To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them.The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

Hana and all the workers are the best. have been coming to Hana for a few years and have been her client ever since she was at the other location. They are all friendly and do there very best to attend to all there costumes, you might have to wait a little but well worth it. One has to understand that even when there are a few workers you might need to WAIT for excellent service . They always make you feel welcomed.
