I've been searching for a new nail shop and didn't want to skip on quality. The nail shop I went to before did great with the look of it, but gave terrible massages. I'm talking half-assed soft touch that did absolutely nothing. You can tell they didn't want to be there.. then I passed by this shop one day and say this lady GET IN THERE-- elbows and all. Here I am.... Not only is the massage great, but the chairs are modern, the services are unique (like this salt scrub that is pictured!), and they really give it 100% with everything that they do. This is an easy YES- can't wait to come back!

I called on Friday to book a pedicure, and the man who answered was really nice (I didn't catch his name). I booked my appointment for Sunday and asked if they could put on my Halloween press-on nails. He said yes and that there would be no charge. When I came in on Sunday, the pedicure was amazing -- the lady who did it did such a great job! But when it came time to put on my press-on nails, the person helping me seemed unsure of what she was doing. Then I was charged $11, even though I was told it would be free. Unfortunately, the nails only lasted two days, and it looked like too much glue was used. I would've preferred if they'd just said no instead of doing a rushed job and still charging me. I was really disappointed because the pedicure part was great, but the nail service and miscommunication left me unhappy.

love my nails. i got the volcano pedicure and gel x nails to treat myself out to a relaxing spa day, and this place was just that! so relaxing. they have massage chairs for people getting pedicures, and they will even do your nails at the same time. my friend's and my nails/toes looks so good! we couldn't be happier with how they came out/the price we paid

This was my second time here and more than likely will be my last. I asked the man (didn't ask for his name) for a fill on my gelx . I also asked if he could make them a little more rounded as the original nails were more pointed and asked for white tip. As he was doing my nails, I told him I didn't like the shape and was ignored. The first nail he painted turned out fine but not sure what happened to the others. I made a comment saying they weren't even and he just proceeded to do what he wanted. You could see where he filled them. He didn't even file them properly. Leaving disappointed is an understatement. I left almost in tears as these were supposed to be my "Mother's Day" and vacation nails.

Really wanted to love this place because it's so close by but I think I'll be sticking to my normal nail salon. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean, I came in to ask for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was aware of the 20% off for the opening month and they let me know about it too so I was excited. I thought to splurge a little bit because of the discount and got the $28 lavender scrub pedicure- there seemed to be really no difference between that one and the classic, except maybe for the fact that they put oil. They told me it would be $25 for my gel too, somehow though, my total came out to $83. I assumed it was because I got french tip and chrome dust, but it still doesn't make sense to me- that was pretty much full price to me. My pedicure came out nice, but not the best job on the lining for the french tip. She did do a great job at prepping the nails though which I really appreciated. For my gel nails, I asked for a second coat of the white tip and she only did it on one so now one nail has a darker french tip than the other. Overall, they do give okay quality nails but not some outstanding service and I definitely wouldn't come back again to pay for the service full price if a 20% discount still came out to $83. read more

This was my first time here and maybe my last! They were rude based upon me just walking in. I love my toes, thanks to Kim ( she's great). My nails are already sensitive due to the previous nail salon which I explained but the guy closest to the wall kept burning me with the drill. He didn't want to be at work to day, so I believe he should've have stayed at home because everything I asked was an attitude. His work was really terrible so I just ended up getting all black nails which surprising look worst. $92 down the drain and that was with a "discount". I came back today 10/13 to get them fixed and David did an amazing!!! He was extremely gentle and kind the entire time, I will be returning:) read more

I was in the area and had down time so wanted to get nails done and think I made a mistake with which salon I went too. Worst nail experience I've ever had- truly. The service was awful. I was told to wait 10 minutes, and waited over 30. The woman who did my pedicure was so terrible. She hurt me multiple times, cut me, hardly cleaned up my nails at the end, and gave me a MAYBE 20 second "massage". The guy who did my gel manicure was better than her but the finished look not that good at all. Never returning as I'm not in the area and truly hope you never go. Not to mention it was filthy in there. Nail clippings and acrylic dust everywhere. So terrible. read more

I'm not one to leave a bad review but I feel like the work I got done was not worth the money at all. Everything was perfect except for the design I asked for. It's more like a beginners work than anything. Also I don't think I'd be back if with 20% off my full set was $72 I can't imagine how much they would charge for full price. Crazy. read more

They are rude. After being a bi-weekly customer since day one. I was very saddened to know my pedicure lady lanni was no longer with them. They lied and said she was on vacation after going back a second time they said they didn't know when she was coming back. They lied about my girl lanni she was treated very poorly and she was not appreciated. Lanni has a great attitude and personality when it came to her customers she was always very respectful and helpful. Treating a person with no respect or sympathy in these circumstances is not having a good leadership. I will continue to be lannis customer where ever she goes an I will take my family to support her work. read more

Tried this new salon because there is a 20% off services right now. It was very clean as again it just opened but still missing a lot. I guess you get what you pay for. The lady who did my pedicure, cut my skin while cutting my cuticle on my toes to the point where it was bleeding. She did not apologize or acknowledge it. The man who I could assume is the owner rushed through my mom's gel manicure. Didn't even bother to give her lotion or oil or a slight hand rub when done. Price list/service description states it includes it. All in all I would not return. I definitely would not pay full price for the type of service we got so I hope that they can improve before they start charging the full price. read more

What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Hana and all the workers are the best. have been coming to Hana for a few years and have been her client ever since she was at the other location. They are all friendly and do there very best to attend to all there costumes, you might have to wait a little but well worth it.
