Came at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He took the dishwasher apart to see what was going on. Sergei was very professional and let me know that it would be a better move to purchase a new dishwasher rather than trying to repair the one existing machine. If you are looking for appliance repair/services I would highly recommend AMPM. The pump on our Bosch dishwasher went bad (thanks to small plastic unicorn toothpick....). AMPM came out quickly to figure out the problem. They ordered the part and came back the next day to install. This week I called them to come back out because the dishwasher was not properly draining. Dennis the service tech came out next day. The line was clogged and nothing to do with their repair. Today I called with a problem with my ice maker. No water and no ice. I thought I might have to buy a new ice maker. They came out to fix my AC at a rental unit. They were able to fix this rather quickly. I got a call for a reasonable bill and I gave them my credit card number. Then, apparently, the tenant asked them to install a new thermostat that they had already purchased. I wasn't even informed of this. When they put it in, it didn't work. The tech called me and said I had a wiring problem at the unit and it could be up to $900 to replace the wiring. It ended up the tech had just gotten confused with the color codes and got it installed. They still charged me the $900 for 2 1/2 hours work and almost no parts.
