I was ordering for several people, so I thought it would be more efficient to place my order online, even though it does state that their prices are 14% higher when ordering online (via Doordash). However, when I came to pick up my order, I was shocked that the online prices are WAY more than 14% higher. For example, their most popular item, the Eggwich with cheese and meat, is $8.45 online and only $6.39 in store. That's 32%. Ouch! PRO TIP: order in store if you're gonna go in to pick up anyway. So, how was the food? Actually quite good. What we got: + Eggwich with ham and cheese - bagel was soft and there was a decent amount of ham and eggs. + Eggwich with sausage and cheese on Jalapeno cheese bagel - the Jalapeno bagel was spicier than I expected. I had to pluck off a few Jalapenos, but I enjoyed the sandwich. + Pastrami sandwich on a roll - this was served on dutch crunch. Sandwich was tasty with a generous amount of pastrami and a good combination of veggies. Overall, a good bagel/sandwich shop in a great location. Their sandwiches are quite large for the low (in store) prices. Oh, they also have boba tea drinks and Vietnamese coffee. But we didn't try any of the drinks.

My omelette was made with bacon, sausage, ham, and a medley of chopped vegetables and it tasted pretty good. The accompanied Cajun seasoned country potatoes were pretty pedestrian. George gave me one of his tacos and it was delicious. The deep fried catfish used was crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. Service we received was very good. The staff member were attentive and efficient. The restaurant biz is challenging these days so hopefully the new Clementine's will be able to find its footing. I am also concerned that my previous complaints and reviews about my experiences were viewed negatively rather than as legitimate customer feedback. My intention was never to cause problems, but to share my honest experiences and concerns as a customer. I believe my feedback was valid and should have been considered as an opportunity for improvement. What concerns me most is that, even after the employee involved left, the decision remained unchanged. I hoped there would be an opportunity for an open and reasonable conversation, with all sides of the situation reviewed fairly. I have always valued supporting local businesses, and it is disappointing to feel that a long-time customer can be dismissed based on information I believe is incomplete or inaccurate. I hope management will consider the importance of hearing all perspectives and addressing customer concerns in a fair and professional manner. I noticed he was wearing a 'Back to the Future' hat and we both agreed that a rumored potential reboot of the franchise would be a terrible idea. Our food came out pretty quickly. You get a lot of food which helps to justify, but I'd take smaller portions for lower prices. The other thing is that I'm a big hash brown person, but I like them all crispy. The hashbrowns here are more like bricks (see picture) and so the center is just hot potato and not as much of that delightful crisp, which takes away a lot for me. Regardless of those gripes, I've been here many times and will continue to come here.
