My sweet tooth was going off so i was craving desserts. ordered the chocolate lava cake and rasmalai for delivery, and it hit the spot! lava cake comes with a side of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and sprinkles. Sooo good! tried to take pics but couldn't stop eating it lol

Favorite part of thali was sweet milk Dalia . Thali was ok . Service was quick but felt rusty rushy . Ambiance ok . Overall experience was okay .

Chat Bhavan - we just love it here .Call it ambience, staff or the food .Always a fan . Arsch grewal was super nice to us and he surprised us with chocolate lava cake for his birthday today .My little one was 7 months old when he first ate rice and dal and it's his favorite restaurant and we come here without fail for his birthday apart from regular visits.

My friend dumped coke on my meal

It was pretty good I guess. I had to watch my whole family eat before I even got my food and it was really hot so I only had like 15 minutes to enjoy my meal before they ordered dessert

Worst experience ever! I was so disappointed in the service. I had asked for a knife and I watched him mock me to another employee. The rest of the evening I felt so uncomfortable. The chaat was okay but the paratha had no filling and was too crispy.

Very nice vegetarian Indian food, I often order online and pick up from Chaat Bhavan. Service is always polite and rapid for takeout, and ordering online is a breeze. My favorite dishes I've tried: the Dahi Papdi Chaat, vegetable biryani, and exotic Baigan bhartha. I also liked their Lacha Paratha to pair with their curries.

I wouldn't expect traditional Mexican food coming here because it's definitely more of a Cal-Mex fusion! The presentation, ingredients, ways of preparing are different and I love that :) Asada Fries ($25): I enjoyed this much more than I expected, and I thought I would bring some home...I didn't. The ranch and BBQ sauce surprised me, but the flavor profile worked! Also loved the shape of the sidewinder fries, kind of like c-shaped wedges. Crispy Plantains ($14): I enjoyed these dipped in sour cream! It came with a lot, so I would for sure save some to eat with vanilla ice cream at home :) My friend got a side of black beans ($8) with it which she said was okay; I think she was thrown off by them being drowned in water lol Our server was lovely even as the evening got busier. We hadn't decided what to order before arriving and the menu at the cash register didn't say what was in the different dishes so we asked the cashier what to get and yolo'd. Think we got a mylappre dosa, a marsala dosa, and a pongal vadai combo but I couldn't tell you for sure. Then, before we'd even settled in and googled what we ordered, the food was at our table with a waiter that had a bunch of sauces on a tray. I grabbed one of each not realizing each plate came with their own set of sauces and that they'd be rotating around to bring more if you needed. Whoops! Overall, food was fine and meal was obviously super fast, but it was a whirlwind and not necessarily kind of newcomers interested in trying the cuisine for the first time. Oh! I did get a chai which was lovely, but even that they give you a token which you redeem whenever you want your chai. I was super confused and asked the cashier when I could get my chai and he said, "oh, you want it now?" and took the token back before making my drink. Just felt overwhelming but it'd be easier to go back now that I've done it and maybe that was an authentic experience?
