On Friday Oct 11 I called and asked if they would turn 4 rotors for me on Sat. They told me yes. I brought the rotors in at 8am as they suggested. The gentlemen behind the counter told me NO. They would not be able to turn them. I explained to them I called earlier, was told they would and how I need them. When I returned later they were UGLY. "That will be $90." Inner surface not cleaned for a good seat on the lathe (produce runout), EVERY rotor had LOTS of rust remaining. I asked for a micrometer and measured them. The front were still .050 from min while the rears were .030 from min. WHY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME AND PRODUCE JUNK? Now I was faced with waiting for 2 more days until the rotors would be available. Guess they taught me never to have rotors turned. I went elsewhere to buy new rotors.

Gentleman installed them improperly, so i went back and asked for some help. "Manager" told me "we don't install bulbs for free, you'll have to go to a body shop to fix this" I told him that not only do they install bulbs for free of charge but it's clearly listed on their website. He told me there was nothing else he could do and to go to a shop to get this fixed. Extremely rude, very frustrating Went to another local store where they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Will NEVER return to this location. I just read some of the other review and it appears that this location changed many personnel recently and they are doing a great job of performing terrible customer service and ruining the reputation of their store. NAPA batteries are not the quality they once were. This was a premium battery, it should have lasted a few more years. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover a PCV valve I bought from O'Reilly's for my Lexus was Made in Japan... i.e., good quality! Online ordering is a breeze... and quite helpful when I'm in a hurry. The counters are nice and clean too. It's interesting that I can spend a few bucks ordering online at O'Reilly's, go there, and the employees are nice... they hand me the bag, and off I go. I online order over $1,000 at Best Buy in Oswego, and they act so unappreciative with an attitude when I get my pre-ordered items... Probably because I don't give them a chance to upsell me crap I don't need...lol... seriously. I'll continue to shop at O'Reilly's on Lake even though two other auto-parts stores are closer.

Last night I told the man I'm in a big hurry and need 11 lock nuts …read more... so a young boy start checks and says he have only 10 And they don't have any more so I have to go and See another location ... But he got one idea and started looking for a set in the store So that I wouldn't have to go to another store specifically. Then he asked the older man the price for the set is very small the blemish at this point the older man came took went check the prices and he says it's on sale now - then he said I got a very good price for this set so I say if you say is work why should I need pay for one $5 when in a set of four it was $4,. So better if I take more set they buy separate / then he asked what exactly I want ( I say I need 11 lug nuts ) he started discussing with the guy why he wants to sell me this set is different from what i want - and they talk i finally stopped them for talk and I say -ok give me 10 of these and do then quickly and I'm going to the next store, this very indignant one tells me that he won't sell me anything if I'm supposed to talk to him like that... I looked at him, laughed and just left. It was the first and last time I entered the store. I don't know my friends the situation, and they say then I will come there to. I was thinking seriously I know they pay him for the hour but I don't have time for his discussing with other men !!!!!
