However, the email only indicated that they were ready to be picked up anytime Mon-Sun at their popup location. When we arrived, the told us that they had taken back our order because it had been over 5 days and no one had picked them up yet. Then they told us they would try and see if they could recreate our order. TBH, that is the absolute most ridiculous way to do business. No where on their site did it say it had to be picked up within a certain timeframe, AND no where on their confirmation pick up email did it say it had to be picked up by a certain timeframe either. On top of that, they said that we should have called them. Um no, it's your small business, you have left over orders that need to be picked up, then you need to reach out to the customers and let them know they only have so many more days to pick them up before they are forfeited. That's how all small business, food-related or not, handle thing, especially when there are timeframe constraints. To be clear, the time constraint was not an issue IF they had even expressed there is one, but they never did. Please clean up on your business practices, it's very important to communicate with your customer base.
