We chose to sit at the bar in the heart of the restaurant, perfectly positioned to take in both the Peruvian and Asian influences that make this place so unique. Our bartender, Santiago, was exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed every part of our dining experience. Waiting for us at the bar was a delicious green sauce paired with roasted Peruvian corn to snack on--a simple touch that set the tone for the meal to come.
