Truly the best family owned (and operated!) brewery and restaurant. The service is absolutely exceptional from the time they open at 11:30am to when they close at 9pm. Food is outstanding and they have a very great menu with a ton of options, including vegan! On our second visit here we were feeling hangry & felt impatient waiting to be served. Then Leo came over and we remembered him from our first visit. He apologized for the long wait and some how cast a spell on us with his generosity and kindness. He has a way with people to make them feel at ease. But anyways, we no longer minded the wait and when the food came Leo came by to make sure we had everything we needed. Just returned for a trip to Belgium sampling some stellar beers. The Belgian Tripel is absolutely on the button. Filled up a few growlers for the trip south. Extremely friendly servers, crazy food looking burgers, jammed on a Sunday afternoon. What's not to like????? Will most defiantly re-visit on the next trip to stunning Oregon. read more

5 stars all the way! Coming from Bend, I have been to a few breweries. This one will be one of my go-to places for sure. The burgers were delicious with the brioche bun and "real" meat. And the fry sauce...yum! I tried a beer made from Earl Grey tea and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The service and overall vibe was exactly what I love in a brewery. I only review on my experiences, I only review true experiences and if someone does not like the truth of my review, that's fine. First, good selection of beer brewed on premise, they had a really good ESB and Irish Red, which we tried and loved them both. Second, the food was great - standard pub fare - we had two different burgers - great taste, juicy, cooked as ordered, great fries. Lastly, our server was terrific. Friendly, accommodating. They have merchandise, good food (looks to be seasonal) and obviously fabulous taps. This review is all about that delectable kobe beef burger that absolutely melted in my mouth and completed a full cycle of joy from first to last bite. The USS Canberra Burger. Buttery beefy meat, a bun with stamina, oozing cheese, crisp bacon, tender earthy mushrooms and a delicious sauce. Seriously, God's personal chef couldn't cook a burger patty that perfectly. The wall seating it tight and slightly unpleasant. The parking lot is packed (they have overflow parking thankfully). The service was nice and I sense the place is typically busy. Prices aren't bad. $8 - $13. Fries are great. Menu is perfectly sized. I typically would not return due to the crowds but that burger... I'll fight my way through with a flamethrower. read more

Had the opportunity to enter this fantastic establishment for the first time tonight! My wife and I have driven by on many occasions and tonight we were looking for a new adventure. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at around 5:30 to find what a restaurant on a Friday night should be like. Family and friends waiting in the lobby area, the bar full and tables being serviced professionally and quickly. we were told 30 minutes and about 20 mins in we had a table. Food was great! We ordered some wings along with a Multnomah Reuben sandwich for my wife and a USS Canberra burger both with fries. All in all, service was fantastic atmosphere was clean and didn't smell like a brewery but was nice and sanitary. Mckenzie our server was responsive attentive and really sweet, all great things for the restaurant to have representing them tableside. read more

Absolutely amazing. Beer, burgers, and fries, what more could you ask for? To start they have all their beer that they brew, a rotating cider, and some wine. Literally something for everyone. The same goes for the burgers. They have burgers ranging from a classic burger, fried chicken, BBQ, and a vegan burger. I had the vegan patty and it was really quite amazing, there are so many great options in this area for vegan patties and this is one of my favorites. With your burger you get fries: plain, parmesan w/ garlic, or cajun. All of which were quite tastey. Or you can sub a salad for $2 and even sub the meat patty for a vegan one for $2 as well. They also have a salmon salad that is really quite good and it comes with a pretty big piece of grilled salmon for just $11. The staff are great, the venue itself is nice and cool (for hot summer days) and has a great view. they also have a patio that will be nice on warm days or cool summer evenings. Can't wait to go back! FYI: If you really like them, they also have merch up for sale. read more

5 Stars for the first visit. 4 Stars for the second visit. 5 Stars for the beer. 5 Stars for the TASTE of the food. 4 Stars for portion/cost. 3 Stars for the Kid's Menu. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I really do. I'm torn in that they deserve a 5 in so many areas but there's just enough missing that it also could be a 4.5...but since we can't split our stars, I"ll take the lower road to give them some room to impress me in the future. The only qualm I have here is the food. The beer is fantastic...from the porters to the stouts to the reds and the IPAs and beyond...it's all good! I love the space...could use a few more tables but the Grand Table in the middle of the room has always been available for us within 20 minutes of arrival every time we've been with our group of 12! Now the FOOD...ounce for ounce...the food is packed with flavor. The bacon cheese thick cut fry curls are just shameful, over the top deliciousness. Yet, there's the refined and uppity Garlic Parmesan Fries that compliment any burger you pick...and honestly, given the options here...sticking with the burger is your best bet. They use Wagyu Beef...so they start with quality product but of course with quality they sacrifice quantity. I'd much rather have a hand made fresh patty made from something less pretentious with a bit more flavor. I just don't think Wagyu Burgers taste any different than local beef or even commodity for that matter. When it comes to steak, yes...Wagyu shines but anytime you grind it, you're still just making ground beef...there is no difference. Meanwhile, I've had the reuben and the cheesesteak...again...lots of flavor and delicious...I just want more...not necessarily a lot more, but at least something that fills the plate. Sandwich and fries and there's still room on the plate. The fish and chips are fantastic. They use Ono, a Hawaiian fish that has the density of Tuna, and it just jumps out on that platter! FANTASTIC! Now, the other downer were the kids meals. Grant it...they are kids...their palates aren't refined...my kids won't eat a grilled cheese unless it's American so of course, this place is much nicer than that and boasts cheddar...to which all kids at our table turn their noses up at it...that's 6 kids who say no to the cheddar...sometimes what is good for the parent is not for the kids...I'd consider dumbing down the kids menu a bit because the only other thing that was available were chicken fingers...which were actually little 3-4 oz bs chicken breasts not even tenders. Thin, emaciated and incredibly dry...not enough sauce in the world would have gotten our kids to eat those. They all ate their fries though...I guess that's something. I would probably drop another star just because of the kids options...but since most of you aren't looking at the kid's menu...we'll keep it at just a 4...but if you are coming with kids...you might have to wrestle with your kids to eat here. It's not exactly kid friendly. read more

I like industry more for the food then for the beer, although the beer is good. They make delicious burgers. Fish and chips are really good. I've actually never eaten anything that didn't taste good. Service was fine, fries were good, beer was great. But please for the love of god do NOT get the "which came first" chicken sandwich. It was the most unpalatable chicken I've ever put in my mouth. Fresh off the sysco truck, frozen, woody, rubbery, nastiness. I had to pull the chicken off and finish it as an egg sandwich. I can still feel the lump I my throat from the texture. Love this place! Not fancy at all but really yummy food and fantastic beer. Lots of TVs to watch sports as well. Visiting the Portland area for work and a co-worker suggested this place for top notch craft brews and delicious food. Well, I owe my co-worker a HUGE thank you!!! Beers: many styles, varieties and seasonal sand in my opinion, all world class. My favorite: Best Coast IPA- hoppy, clean, citrus/pine aroma and an incredible finish. Food: menu is creative and ambitious for the size of the kitchen, but well thought out. I was impressed by the fresh fish offerings as well as the Kobe beef burgers and starters/salads. The Ono fish & chips were incredibly fresh, well prepared, large portions and the Parmesan fries were crispy and perfect! I look forward to visiting upon my next business trip to this area!!! read more

Love this place! The cold brew coffee is is a classy touch! And its delicious coffee served with nitrous! Thats right kids. Coffee on N2 nitrous. Menu small but flavor and originality high! I had the Coral Sea burger and regular fries (aka: Brie Burger) The fries are cut small like McDs (and tasty) - salted just right. The burger was thick, fresh, and juicy - a tiny bit rare - perfect. Served in what appears to be brioche bread. Plenty of Brie cheese on the burger and just right amount of sauce. I was surprised not to see classic ingredients like onions or lettuce but didnt miss them much. Karl served me with excellent service at the bar. Im coming straight back here after work to try a few of their 21 house beers on TAP! You heard correctly. This little place has brewed 21 different varieties of beer (and they're not all IPAs!).
