David came out from Economy Heating and Air came out and offered me an estimate for $89 of which would be waived if I had them fix it. After looking at it, he asked me if I would like to fix it for a few hundred dollars or replace it for thousands; I told him I'd rather get it repaired if it wasn't too old. He repaired it that visit for under $400 and I was so grateful. I told him they would be the company I would call if I had any further problems. It's been running well since his visit. He was on time, was very polite and very efficient; I can't thank him enough.

This morning, I was very pleased to hear from Stewie, they were able to move my appointment up to this morning, instead of mid afternoon. YAY!! Stewie was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and professional throughout my AC service. He determined the problem and performed the necessary repairs at a reasonable cost. Explained turning off the water and propane and my fears of potential fire due to the propane leak& water. The representative ignored the urgency even after exclaiming this was an emergency. I stated if this isn't an emergency line or company that can help tell me so I can get help : the representative continued to ignore me and ask how I heard about the Buisness and what apps I had to share their business -! DISGUSTING service and in an emergency I can't believe I had to deal with that. What stood out most was their commitment to making sure everything was done right. Garrett even had this cool tool that analyzed what size unit we would need based on the size of the house, orientation of the sun, ups and downs in the weather during the day, and the temperature we like to keep our home set at. I've never seen anything like it. Any time we had questions or concerns, they were responsive, patient, and willing to help. Even when there was a small project miscommunication along the way, they completely stood by their work and made sure everything was corrected and handled properly without hesitation. That level of customer service and integrity is hard to find these days. The quality of the installation and follow-up support exceeded our expectations.
