After putting a few other things in my basket I got in the long line (15 people) to check out at one of the two checkstands open. It took about ten minutes. The cashier was quick and very pleasant once I got there. Aside from their Japanese items they also have products from Hawaii, as well as produce and meat sections. The fish came out sizzling - perfect scoop of fluffy, moist, cilantro jasmine rice, and several sticks of broccolini. The fish was fresh, good size portion for lunch - might be a bit light for dinner. Everyone else on my side of the table (and as far down as I could see the rest of my table) also enjoyed their entrees. Service was attentive - drinks were promptly refilled - plates were cleared.
