Pretty good desserts, most everything came out in 10 minutes for our group of 7. Evenings are a little inconsistent in terms of traffic, and the 3 employees leave a shorthanded vibe. We have seen Andy's being built and constructed. Since then, we have paitently waited for its opening day. We love Andy's and this location is perfect. We love the whole concept of drive through and a quick window order. Love the fact that the custard is churned and made fresh every hour and the brownies too are made in house. We love their sundaes, our fav's being the brownie sundae and the hot fudge. The custard melts in the mouth and not a typical ice cream. We wish there were better seatings with some tables but otherwise this place is one of favorites. read more

First time here and LOVED IT! First off, we drive by it all the time and it's so attractive on the outside so I've always wanted to go. My boyfriend finally pulled into the driveway and the menu was insane! Soooo many choices! I ended up getting the pumpkin concrete and it was sooo good! I swear there were real pumpkin pie pieces, like fresh not frozen like other places. It melted a little but maybe i waited too long because i was taking pictures LOL. The service was great! I never leave reviews, so this has been bothering my girlfriend and I for a bit now. We used to come a lot about 1 1/2-2 years ago and the staff was always friendly and accommodated my girlfriend's peanut allergy well. They still accommodate it, but the past 10 or so times we have had the worst customer service. Everyone was joyous and helpful. Absolutely psyched we have a new Andy's location less than five minutes from our house! We've already been twice since they had their soft opening on June 6th. They gave away free treats to help train the staff via their Facebook page/eventbrite. There were a lot of people, but it was extremely organized. I had a Choc-o-rocko concrete, a nod to rocky road ice cream that consists of chocolate custard, blended with roasted almonds and marshmallow crème! It was SO GOOD. I got a small, and had to save half of it because it was so rich. I would definitely get it again. We went back for our first official time on Friday evening. The line was steady. There was only one employee on the register, and she was handling the crowd like a champ! Super friendly. We got our treats quickly and enjoyed them under the misters on the front patio. I was very excited to see an Andy's Frozen Custard when we first moved to the area. We loved the one we had back home in Atlanta, so I'm glad we didn't have to go without. I visited on a cold night in December. I didn't want to get out of my warm vehicle, so I decided to use the convenient drive-thru. There wasn't a long line when I arrived and I was able to order right away. Service was fast and friendly. My go-to is the Andy's Ozark Turtle Sundae, which comes with Andy's frozen custard covered with hot fudge, crème caramel, roasted pecans, and topped with a cherry. Sweet, creamy, and crunchy. My favorite part about it is their hot fudge and caramel. So good! This location isn't the closest one to my house; there's another one much closer. However, this location is convenient and I pass it often. Will be back! read more

You have to be sure to check what you were handed before driving away here. We've gotten all kinds of crazy stuff instead of what we ordered. The latest was ordering a strawberry and cheesecake custard but being given an Oreo fudge one.
