We absolutely love the ice cream here--it has become a Saturday tradition for our family, and the quality is always fantastic. That's why it's so disappointing to leave this review. For the past six weeks, we've been helped by the same woman at the drive-thru window every Saturday, and unfortunately, every interaction has been unpleasant. She consistently comes across as rude, short, and as though she doesn't want to be there. Before we even pull up to the window, we've started joking about what kind of mood she'll be in, but the reality is, it's always the same: unfriendly. We genuinely look forward to coming here for the ice cream, but we've reached the point where we dread the drive-thru experience because of the customer service. It's unfortunate because one employee shouldn't overshadow an otherwise great business. I hope management sees this as constructive feedback. Pretty good desserts, most everything came out in 10 minutes for our group of 7. Evenings are a little inconsistent in terms of traffic, and the 3 employees leave a shorthanded vibe. Service is alright, but not much beyond "we hand you the ice cream you pay for." If you're just here for the dairy smash, then this should be just fine. read more

We have seen Andy's being built and constructed. Since then, we have paitently waited for its opening day. We love Andy's and this location is perfect. We love the whole concept of drive through and a quick window order. Love the fact that the custard is churned and made fresh every hour and the brownies too are made in house. We love their sundaes, our fav's being the brownie sundae and the hot fudge. The custard melts in the mouth and not a typical ice cream. We wish there were better seatings with some tables but otherwise this place is one of favorites. read more

First time here and LOVED IT! First off, we drive by it all the time and it's so attractive on the outside so I've always wanted to go. My boyfriend finally pulled into the driveway and the menu was insane! Soooo many choices! I ended up getting the pumpkin concrete and it was sooo good! Absolutely psyched we have a new Andy's location less than five minutes from our house! We've already been twice since they had their soft opening on June 6th. I got a small, and had to save half of it because it was so rich. I would definitely get it again. We went back for our first official time on Friday evening. The line was steady. I was very excited to see an Andy's Frozen Custard when we first moved to the area. We loved the one we had back home in Atlanta, so I'm glad we didn't have to go without. I visited on a cold night in December. I didn't want to get out of my warm vehicle, so I decided to use the convenient drive-thru. There wasn't a long line when I arrived and I was able to order right away. Service was fast and friendly. My go-to is the Andy's Ozark Turtle Sundae, which comes with Andy's frozen custard covered with hot fudge, crème caramel, roasted pecans, and topped with a cherry. Sweet, creamy, and crunchy. My favorite part about it is their hot fudge and caramel. So good! This location isn't the closest one to my house; there's another one much closer. I never leave reviews, so this has been bothering my girlfriend and I for a bit now. We used to come a lot about 1 1/2-2 years ago and the staff was always friendly and accommodated my girlfriend's peanut allergy well. They still accommodate it, but the past 10 or so times we have had the worst customer service. Everyone was joyous and helpful. I just picked up an order and the guy at the window was making me feel bad for even ordering. Was around 9:15 pm on 02/26/2026. All things considered, the custard is obviously the main draw back to this place, but it really felt nice having the great customer service along with it previously. read more

She was always rude and had terrible customer service skills, especially compared to the young shift leader that was there. She was great. I tried to stop by today and the place was a ghost town with almost no staff. All the friendly staff that was there before are gone which is rather upsetting.
