You can get double this amount with better ice cream (this is purely soft serve) at something like an Andy's. I felt this medium stacker my partner and I shared was good but not worth $8 when I can get an almost equivalent, twice the size cup of soft serve at the sams club cafe for $1. Every time I walked by on both Saturday and Sunday, the line was out the door. After seeing how busy it was on Saturday, I honestly expected better preparation for Sunday -- especially with staffing. I finally stopped by around 8:00 p.m. Sunday night when the line wasn't nearly as long, but it still took over 29 minutes just to get an ice cream. There was only one person working the register and one person preparing all the orders on his own. That said, both employees remained calm and professional the entire time. They did not appear stressed despite the constant flow of customers, and they handled everything with patience. Major credit to them for keeping it together all weekend. Management, however, could have anticipated the volume of a large cheer competition and staffed accordingly. With better preparation, the experience could have been much smoother. I like the idea of this place, but it missed the mark for me. It's a pretty small location and they only have two people working so depending on the day, the wait could be longer than expected as it was for us. For starters, they only offer two soft serve options: vanilla or chocolate; and their Stackers lacked variety (imo). It was mostly chocolate/fudge dominant. I got the Reese's Witha'Spoon. It wasn't bad, but I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't overwhelmed with the amount of PB chips I consumed with every bite. It was a lot. I love the variety of flavors that they have to offer , the funny names of the flavor, the flavor of the week ice creams, and the options that you can get your ice creams in! The basic flavors they have are always chocolate and vanilla, and then the weekly flavor of the week. On top of that they'll also have and ice cream sundae of the week as well. I have so far tried the Ritz, NOLA, It's your birthday, death by chocolate, a couple of the weekly sundaes and a red velvet one. By far they've all been KILLER! (My favorite is anything that they do with bananas which is ironic bc i hate bananas) the best part is you can select from S,M,L cups to waffle cones to BUBBLE WAFFLE! (Let me just say getting the bubble waffle with any of the sundaes is a whole meal in itself. If you're getting a small sundae I swear that can be shared with 2 people! If I had to say a con it's that sometimes I feel like the sundaes are made half-hazardly, for example we got the NOLA last time and al the caramel was at the bottom of the cup. The ice creams (the sundaes specifically) can be overly sweet so make sure you have water with you.
