Andy's is our "go to" spot in Ranson. After a weekend of traveling we ALWAYS get a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and a chicken Caesar salad. Always great! Last night though, our salad didn't have chicken on it. I get it, accidents happens. I called just to let them know and that I was close by and could pick up some chicken if possible. They said they got it, made a new salad with chicken, and delivered it to my home! Great service and just another reason to keep coming back :) thank you! read more

By W.va standards pretty good, referring to "Andy's Cut" Italian sub. Needs better Bread, nicely made good ratio meat to veggies, more care needs to be taken in carry out. The server, Savannah, was a hoot. Very friendly and very helpful since it was our first time. We have a large cheese pizza-$13 and it was huge. We added ham and pineapple, for an additional $4 for a total of $17. We had a couple of very decent salads with a giant roll and butter for $8, and ice water (free in a to go cup) Nancy was working with other customers and still found time to be cheerful. The crust is on the thinner side, did I mention the pizza is huge, so large maybe too much! We had to take 2 pieces home and we are not ones to wimp out and push through the 2 slices left! It was respectably busy for a Tuesday night. It has a friendly atmosphere. We dined in, but I believe they have a good price for delivery, and plenty of the orders were take out. I would not recommend anyone eat here if they want there food to be prepared in a clean environment. I had this pizza previously at an event and it was good so decided to stop by one day and just ordered the lunch special. I ordered and then watched it be prepared and was horrified at what I saw. The man making the pizza was going between making the pizza eating cookies out of a bag another employee brought in and drinking his Dunkin coffee all while keeping the same gloves on. The outside food was in the prep area. I saw other employees eating while in the other food prep area. Not sanitary at all. I wanted to support a local pizza place but it definitely won't be this one. I will keep looking for a better option. I just threw my pizza away when I left because I wasn't going to eat it. read more

My wife and I are self-proclaimed pizza snobs. We like mom and pop shops the best but what we call Mall Pizza is the near the top. That's what we think of Andy's Pizza. The crust is chewy and crispy. Last night we ordered wings & a slice of pizza. The pizza was delicious, the wings, not so much. They almost appeared to be microwaved- not a hint of crispness. They had a raw appearance on the skin but were somehow cooked on the inside. We had to pop them on the oven on broil for them to be remotely edible. read more

Finally, a pizza place in Charles Town that I really like - like enough to crave. Full disclaimer as a NJ transplant in Northern Virginia (and commuting sporadically into Charles Town for work) that I take pizza seriously. There's options in the area, but none as good as Andy's thus far. I grabbed lunch the other day and ordered one slice of cheese and a small antipasto salad (or cobb, I cannot remember but I wanted salad, and I wanted meat and cheese and I was going to have it!) and the slice was HUGE and so was the salad! I couldn't believe how much food I got. More importantly, the pizza was good. The crust was thin (the tip didnt flop but that is forgivable, lol) and the sauce was not too sweet, not too manufactured as if it came from a jar. I was really pumped at how good it was so I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. read more

My wife and I were visiting the area for the first time and tried Andy's Pizza over the other local joints based off of the reviews. We ordered the large white pizza and large meat lovers pizza for pickup. The lady I spoke to over the phone was super friendly, and the pizza was ready very quickly. When we arrived, I was greeted warmly and with two fresh, piping hot pizzas! Even with a 15 min drive back to our room, the pizza was still hot and both tasted excellent. Not too greasy, not too dry, and just the right amount of toppings. I've had some of NYC's finest pizza and can confidently say that Andy's Pizza is high quality pizza at a great price point. I would highly recommend Andy's Pizza if you're looking for pizza in the area! read more

Well I'm not sure where to begin with this one, I'm one to give everyone a second chance so I will update this on my next experience. So this was my first time getting Andy's in Ranson, took an 1:30 hours for it to be delivered. To make matters worst I'm 99% positive the women who answered the phone who told me it left a couple minutes ago is the same person who delivered it....not sure how that's possible. To make matters worse it was barley warm(I'm sure it was sitting on the oven in the box for some time) and to top it off the order was wrong anyways. Needless to say not a great experience. That being said the pizza it's self although not hot wasn't to bad, crust was tasty and held together nice. Hopefully the next time will be a little faster so I can try it while it's hot. read more

I made a delivery order for one 1 topping pizza, large steak and cheese sub and fries. Fries were soggy, greasy and cold. Sub was mostly bread, which is hard because the large sub was so small. The pizza was also room temperature. Not satisfied with any of the meal at all. AND it took forever to get to me and I only live a few blocks away. I would have driven but I'm on crutches. I typically don't order Andy's and now I know why! I will stick with Pizza City. Pizza City is very good! Just wanted to try something different. Tired of the other pizza's, I decided to finally order Andy's pizza for the 1st time. I ordered the meat pizza with onions ( thinner crust) I must say it was Absolutely Delish ! I've not had a New York pizza in for ever, I was reminded of it today! No crazy delivery fee added on , delivery was less than 45 min. I will definitely be ordering again! Be VERY wary ordering from #AndysPizza online. We placed an order, the credit card was charged. After an hour, we call to ask what is going on, they say that it's out with a driver. After an hour and 45 minutes, we call again. We told by the manager that they don't charge our card, a 3rd party servicer charges the card and send them the order. We tell his we want out money back, and again are told they won't make our pizzas unless they're told by the 3rd party servicer that we paid AND they can't give us our money back, we have to contact the 3rd party servicer We call the 3rd party servicer who tells us that Andy's had to refund our money. After we explain five times that Andy's is throwing them under the bus Ana saying they have to refund our money, we are told we should be nicer to him if we want our money back. Then, the call for Muslim prayers goes off in the background, and he hurries off the phone, saying help call is back. He calls us back and wants us to give him our credit card number. But tells us it's been refunded to our card. If that's the case, why does he need our credit card number? Very shady 3rd party company (Menu drive) that Andy's uses, and Andy's is behaving really shady. Use cash only with them, between their employees lying to us to tell us the order was being delivered, but they never made the pizza. The girl answering the phone saying they have 2 drivers delivering pizzas, so it could be with either one of them, only for the manager to say they have way more than 2 drivers. To telling us that even though they've charged our credit card, that they don't take the money. NOWHERE on there website does it say they've farmed out Credit card payments to India, and nowhere does it give a phone number for Menu Drive to call for problems, it's only Andy's name all over the website. And it's yet to be seen whether Andy's OR Menu Drive will refund our money, and being accused by the manager of Andy's as trying to scam a pizza out of them. Horrible customer service. read more

I absolutely love their pizza. I'm not a huge fan of the chain pizza places. When we order delivery, this is who we call. I've had their subs and they were just ok. I made the mistake of ordering a large pepperoni roll - BEWARE...it's HUGE! It fed 2 adults for 3 meals!!!! read more

I was on the hunt for a new pizza place to try, because Dominos and Pizza Hut have become such utter garbage that small pizzas places are the only way to get a decent pizza anymore. The pizzas that I've gotten from Andy's have always been great. They arrive quickly and hot. The crust - which chain joints seem to forget is an ingredient, not just a plate to hold toppings - actually tastes good and has good texture. The steak and cheese sub is tasty, with quite a bit of meat. My wife loved the mac n cheese bites. My only complaint - I LOVE chicken parm as a meal or as a sandwich. Sadly, the chicken parm sandwich is the one bad thing I have had from here, as instead of a good piece of chicken breast, lightly battered and fried, it instead comes with some chicken tenders on it. Big thumbs down on that... but this is not the only place that screws up that dish with that mistake. Overall a great pizza joint, and definitely a step above what you can get delivered from most other places in the area. read more
