I've been going here since high school. The reason why I keep coming back is because it's familiar faces and they do an excellent job at making sure your mani/pedi looks gorgeous. The drawback is it lacks ambiance (obviously), and they're always talking in Vietnamese and sometimes it feels like they're talking about you.. it's kind of rude, but I weigh in that with the price (it's $18 for both a mani & pedi) and that's better than the other places I've been to or have tried. read more

After my pedicure the lady nail tech told me she couldn't give me a manicure because she had another appointment. Very disappointed. Frustrated. When they first remodeled and changed owner i was thrilled with them. Slowly they've gone downhill. I went there 2 weeks ago and i was the only client. No one waiting either. Cost me $61.00 plus tip for mani pedi with gel on mani only. I have really strong natural nails. Instead of removing previous gel with liquid she filed it off. She took my natural nails to the point of being super thin. I have 2 nails broken ridiculously short now. Even with the gel they bend easy. Toes chipped within 2 days which was also a new experience. Usually they massage hands and legs but nope. She put lotion in my hand so i could rub it on myself. Charged me an extra $5 for design and i didn't get a design just topcoat of glitter for 2nd color coat. I had to do the side trim again myself at home as it was done with gouges. Won't be going back there again. 10 yrs of being a customer including previous owners. I'm done. read more

I had a manicure and pedicure. The staff was very attentive. The pedicure was ok altho please don't tickle someone who has sensitive feet. I was disappointed with my manicure because when I left I noticed some of the length of my nails were uneven so some were longer than others. The texture at the ends of the fingernails were rough and should have been filed smooth! So I need to file and trim my nails after my manicure. He did clean the nail bed so that was good. read more

Terrible place. Very unprofessional. When the lady was doing my nails, it became all crooked, and when I asked her to fix it, she tried to make an excuse and wouldn't do it. Worse of all, her friend came in and they began talking in Vietnamese in front of me for the full 45 minutes I was getting my fill done!! Before that, she even answered her phone 2 X, probably to tell her friend to come on in and chat. Hey!! Stop talking Sh*t about me!!! So rude and talk about not knowing how to give customer service!!! This place is a lot more expensive than a lot of other nail salons in the area. Tried this place for the first time as a walk-in because it's nearby. Had a gel manicure done by Sandy, she didn't really do a good job, very sloppy and ugly. Wouldn't come back for her again. Told the new owner, Nina, and she fixed it for me and apologized. That's why I give 4 stars because of her service rather than the 2 I would have rated otherwise. The pedicure was very good. Maria is gentle and careful. Will come back again but will request Nina the owner and Maria. It's an average place to get your nails done. Don't come here if you want to be pampered. I've been coming here for years and continue to come here because they do a great job. The spa mani/pedi is $22 and for an extra $5 I get an awesome foot massage. They also do waxing, facials, gel or acrylic manicures. My favorite thing: they take walk ins and are open 7 days a week! read more

She stops in the middle of your service to rush over to someone else, then does the same thing to them.
