Literally.... never coming back. I asked the technician nicely to not paint over the cuticle area because when technicians do that, it always peels off. She kept cutting off skin around the area she painted... which by the way hurt like hell because at this point there was no more skin for her to nip at. Meanwhile, not resolving that all she had to do was clean off the edges so the polish was not sitting on top of my skin. I appreciate the other lady (maybe the owner) who tried to fix it by repainting (one toe) but as she was cleaning, I can see that she seen the lifting on my other toes. As soon as i got to my car, i took a look at it and what do you know... polish peeled right off. Im just glad i didnt by the "deluxe" pedicure. Waste of time and money read more

Hanna is great! This is a small place with only four massage chairs but I'll follow her anywhere. There was one other person working there when I visited. There is a decent selection of colors, plus I also recently discovered their color change selection! Decided to try a pedicure here since i was in the neighborhood. Pros . The technician was nice. . Did a good job on the pedicure. Foot Massage felt nice. . Clean and awesome massage chairs Cons . This place is tiny. Only 4 pedicure chsirs and 2 mani chairs. And they dont have a/c so it was really hot inside . Color selection was really limited and no magazines . This is a no fluff place. Only one type of pedicure which kind of sucks if you want the nice treatments. Probably wont be coming back because i think youll always habe to make an appt unless you come in really early. read more

Uh - nope. Standard nail place with the "get them in and out" attitude. My pedicure resulted in bleeding and nails cut woefully crooked. (How was that not cut straight across?) Tech tried to convince me to get a fill when I just got one 2 weeks before. (My tech from my regular place was on vacation.) When the woman sitting next to me said she was a long time customer who got a new set once a month, I saw why they pushed the full set. I also thought, how badly do you do nails where I'll need a new set once a month? Well when my daughter and I lost nails in the first week and our toes chipped during that same week, I answered that question. They do have 3D nail design, great nail art, and chrome nails, but the poor workmanship doesn't make up for that. I can be assured they won't be looking at YELP reviews to inform their professional practices. read more

I love this place! The owner is so sweet and goes out of her way to make you happy. Hanna has been doing my nails for 15 years now and she is consistently awesome. I've moved three times and will drive to her from wherever I'm at. There are two other women in the shop and I've seen people leave very happy with the work they do as well. My sister and I came here on a Sunday to get our nails done and Hanna was so attentive and welcoming. It was my first time here but my sister and her friends always come here and after today's experience, she will be my go to manicurist too! Sitting in pedi chair as I'm writing this. When my husband and I walked in there was no one here and they started the water on 2 chairs. But another customer walked in to get her nails done. So I'm waiting in a chair with my feet in luke warm water and the second tech is working on my husband. Something's wrong with my basin because the water level keeps getting low, she says in Viet that I'm kicking the drain... Which I'm not. She said it rudely, let me just say that I cannot stand that shit! I cannot tolerate it at all. I reply in English that I am not kicking the drain but she's so dense she doesn't even realize I understand her. She finally asked me if I'm Vietnamese, I reply and said I'm Chinese. Then asks the owner if I'm pregnant. Let address that right now... It's a food baby! I will not be returning here again. Just because I said I'm Chinese doesn't mean there is zero possibility that I don't speak Vietnamese also. read more

I just want to say I was very disappointed, I wanted to try a new nail place around the area and have been seeing this place for a while it had good reviews so I said why not. I got gel with tips, I normally like it when they remove the cuticles and clean around the nails before placing them on and they didnt do that which would have been fine but the lady did such a bad job shaping my nails and cutting them. they are uneven and different lengths. also cut me while filing with the electric file! and theu didnt even provide a towel over my clothes so I had powder all over me. I'm never going back. they were friendly i guess. the massagechaor awas the only good thing. it wasn't cheap either. read more

I wish I had the experience that others had, for they all appear to be quite positive, but that is not the case for me. Appearance & Interior || The nail salon from the outside does not look as inviting--and you can say the same for the inside--but the workers greet you immediately when you walk in, which rids of the dutiful emotions. It is quite neat inside and tidy, but it is not as spacious. They do not have a lot of room for their set-up, which was fine in my experience because there were only two others in the shop. However, when it becomes crowded then I suppose it would be another story. Ambience || The ambience within this place is inviting, and that is because the workers construct an alluring milieu. The music they play is typical radio 96.5 tunes. To place it simply, it feels like any other normal nail salon. The Staff || Judging from my last two excerpts you can tell that I was quite fond of the personality of the workers. They smiled and greeted me when I walked in and I was immediately asked what I needed to be tended for. I was aided right off the bat, and that was also a plus. The Experience || This is what brought everything down to one star. That one star is strictly for their kindness, but the process of getting nails done really is something else. I had acrylics that needed to be taken off and I wanted a pedicure as well; so, I asked for my acrylics to be removed and to have a color over it, and a pedicure. The lady who removed my acrylics made me feel somewhat rushed. She told me to choose a color and a few moments later she asked me to sit down and choose later (which I am assuming is because she wanted to use her phone; she directly did once she finished removing my nails). It started off painless since she was just trimming them and removing the tip of the acrylics from my actual nails, but once she pulled out the drill machine that was when it all became painful. At first it was just minor heat on my nails, which was easy to look over until I felt them on most of my nails--and it is due to the high speed of the nail drill. I didn't say anything because it did not cause too much pain and discomfort for me, but I assume that you should not feel the burning sensation on every single nail bed. Out of my ten fingers, eight of them were cut from her lousy work, and two of them even bled. She told me to just place my nails in the acetone nonetheless, and brought my hand into the liquid and I was immediately met with a stinging sensation--to no surprise. She completely rushed through the process of removing my acrylic nails and it was quite painful; I never had such a horrendous experience. I then got moved to the pedicure station and had my feet done. The lady with ten times gentler compared to the first; oh, and she did my manicure. She worked slowly and with care, and I did not feel a ton of discomfort compared to the first lady. She massaged my legs and arms with much expertise, and I did not want that to end--because it was /that/ good! She did a wonderful job with my toes, but I wish I was able to say the same for my fingernails. It is evident that she was rushing after she added the first coat of color, but one would not really tell unless they scrutinize my fingers. The lady moved me back to the chair and helped me carry my belongings, and I had a lot. One by one she took my purse, book, phone, tea, and jacket to move it to the seat next to me. I appreciate it a lot since I did not want to leave it on the pedicure station, and she had done the work for me. Overall || I'm not coming here again, sorry to say. The workers were kind, but not all excel in their profession. I'll be stuck with paining cuticles for a while! read more
