I've had pizza from a lot of different places in town and I keep coming back to Angelos. Their Pizza is consistently good and the prices are very fair. And consistent is the key word here, because you might get a good pizza at another place one time and then the next time you order it's complete crap, but Angelos is always good! just make sure you order extra sauce :) read more

Absoutly the worst manager . I.love Angelos pizza and that's why I kept ordering from them but when they mess your order up the manager never wants to make it right. He literally said oh i can give you $2 off your next order when my pizza was $22 alone. He has said that a few times and one time he said cant you just eat it. Are you kidding me ..No send me what I paid for. The other people that work there are very kind but they can't remake and send out correct order without his consent. Ordered a small pizza and asked how many slices it would be. They said 6... it came as a small personal pizza size. The regular slices of pizza are $2.50 and I go there all the time... so to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Could've just bought $10 worth of slices and got double. We waited over an hour which was fine because we love Angelos. Called them to ask about the sizing and the "allegedly new girl" said that's the size nothing she can do about it. They ran out of dough also just now. How convenient..... They also acted like they could care less, asked what they could do when I talked to someone else on the phone, and asked if we want a discount next time. I was traveling thru from AZ and I meet the owner Matt. He was so cool and made me a real NY style pizza. The food was awesome. Gave me a Hat to represent his place, I work at a Italian bistro where we do brick oven pizza. Matt if you are ever in Williams AZ come to station 66 and ill return the favor. Girls that take the orders on the phone are always short and rude, last time I ordered pizza they burnt both pizzas. I didn't call and complain we just ate them of course were all hungry. I placed another ordered recently and will be my last. I said on the phone that my last order was really burned please put a note to not burn them. He just says "ok" no sorry no nothing ok whatever. Food gets here and tastes like they made it yesterday and was ice cold...I have never left a bad review on a business before but after numerous interactions with serval employees there and numerous orders I've come to realization that nobody there gives a shit about customers or wants to take pride in their job. Angelo's is hands-down the best cheese pizza you'll get in Auburn. It's run by a superb group of people. The dough is always fresh, the sauce is tasty and the cheese doesn't leave pools of grease. It is a cash only business, but so are many locally-owned small businesses -- there's no deception there. I'm from Rochester and Pizza Stop downtown is the best pizza upstate. Angelo's was decent. It's got good crust and for Auburn it's like a NY style pizza place. For Auburn this is good, For me this is OK. The sauce is a little odd but it's alright. read more

This is what i look for in a pizza. Chewy, sourdough style crust, Thin crust, but the sturdy dough makes every slice sheer perfection. VERY comparable to Nino's, but Angelo's gets the edge. Great pizza with a white sauce instead of tomato based. Huge, filling, tasty and cheap!!

To start with they got my order wrong. The girl acted like it must have been my fault as she stated what they wrote down. That all could have been avoided if they had online ordering. When I went to pay, they only take cash. Are you kidding me, wake up. It is 2019 not 1979. The produce stand where I buy 2 tomatoes takes credit and debit cards. They also didn't have 2 of the toppings on the menu so it's obviously poorly managed. When we got the pizza it was ok, but all the cheese was in the center so you couldn't even get the slices out without a huge mess. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Pizza is historically great. Some of the best in town. If you get the slices fresh. Staff is nice until there's a problem, and won't make anything right. They serve dried out slices at times, and uneven slicing means you might get small servings at the same price. Manager was impossibly rude in the past. Drove by a million times, always went to BBs, Marks or Ninos. Finally tried it, and it was amazing. New York style pizza at its best. I will definitely put it into my pizza rotation. Perfect crust. Any pizza lover knows that is the most important part. Also the hardest to get right. Prices were good, $16 for a one topping pie, and my wife and I had lunch the next day leftover. One thing to make a note of - they are cash only. We didn't know and got lucky that we happened to have enough on us. Other than that, A+ pizza. Very happy. read more

My experience with Angelo's tonight has been mind-blowing. After ordering a large pizza with sausage and pepperoni, Angelo's delivered a cheese pizza. My buddy was starving so he grabbed a slice. I called Angelo's to let them know they forgot the toppings. They said they would make a new pizza, but they wanted the cheese pizza back. About 45 minutes later, they showed back up with the right pizza. I asked why they wanted the 7 slices of cheese pizza back, and I was told they were going to try to resell it. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it was literally the worst. There was hardly any chicken and what was there was soggy, mushy and flavorless. The buffalo part was a joke maybe a drizzle? Any time I've had buffalo chicken pizza before the actual chicken is coated in buffalo sauce, not chopped up frozen breaded chicken fingers. To top it off when I called to complain I spent $21 on a horrible pizza all I got was next time we'll give you a free topping. Now I'm waiting on my pizza from another establishment to be delivered so we can actually eat dinner tonight! read more

You people suck, My boys have a 20 minute lunch break, they ordered food for 530 expecting for their next break at 830, didn't show up til 852, and the driver continued to argue with the employees, where I almost had to break up a fight. Your driver was unprofessional and your manager was unprofessional, calling one of the employees bud over and over again. I think it is about time you actually started to keep track of your drivers and how late they were or what they are doing on their runs because this dude looked doped out of his mind. read more
