I am 100% blown away by the good service and customer care at Angel's! Sunny/Sonny (not sure how to spell his name) took care of us when we arrived and when we picked up our car. If you are looking to get scammed you've come to the right place. They are charging $160 on groupon but want an extra $50 for small SUVs or "oversized vehicles". Even though on their website they have a deal for $159 for all cars. A terrible scam and very impolite service. Poor attention to detail - I found crumbs under my seats and had to wipe down interior plastics as there was greasy residue on it and my navigation screen. My car is black and I have swirl marks everywhere. I highly recommend this place! This is the second time I've had my car detailed- inside and out and they did a great job! My car had sticky tree sap all over it and they got every last spot off. The prices here are fair and actually lower than the other places I looked up. I recommend offering to pay cash and they may knock a few bucks off. Only con is that it takes awhile for the service. I would give it a 5 star but the guy initially told me it was $15 for the wash and I told him to take a flying leap, so he dropped it to $10, I think he was initially upping his price to screw me. otherwise this place is a great deal for what you get. I would definitely reccomend it. If you don't want to feel like an ass (I personally don't mind) bring a few extra bucks for a tip. Also, if you go before 10am they have some "early bird" special and it something like $7 (except large cars) and you get a wax too I think. read more

Let me start by saying I am NOT one to write poor reviews on Yelp. But this was RIDICULOUS. If I could give 0 stars I would. So i came here to get a wash and they ripped my sons book, the interior wasn't even wiped down N my parking break was just as dirty as it was. If i wanted an exterior wash only i would have paid a flipping dollar and done it myself. I asked them to please finish cleaning it and they said they were...eventually they did half ass wiped the interior, and i ended up cleaning the steering wheel myself. Didn't think i needed to check my car before tipping them (and tipped them well too). Don't waste your time....but hey, if you feel like taking a nap there's an awesome pool lounge chair with some pillow on it that yhe owner's crack head buddies were lounging on. #sketchy Two. Thumbs. First time customer here. I went to Angels Auto Spa today after reading all the great yelp reviews however I am sad to say that I did not have a great experience at this car wash. After the $2 discount, the $18 car wash I paid for ended up being disappointing because my car was barely washed, tons of streak marks were left, water stains all over my car, the interior was barely touched, lots of dust and pet hair remained on the seats and stains all over the windows. On top of that, this place does not do cash back so in order to tip the washer you have to spend another $3 to take cash out. Also, This is the first time I've been to a car wash that hasn't provided a car scent/freshener after the wash. Your money is better spent at a self-service car wash because you'll do better and you'll save money. read more

Awful! Probably the worst place I've been to! My center console wasn't cleaned...given I know I had a lot of sand and food debris but at least try....!! The exterior still has dirt and stains. The dude kicked the door interior, my biggest pet peeve because it leaves permanent scruff marks. My rims weren't even wiped, so there's still dirt on them! I found out about this place through groupon, and I looked on here and saw really good reviews so I decided to try it out. I got the premium deal and my truck came out amazing!! The carpet in it was all dirty with stains and they are all removed. The outside is so Shiney it's insane! It was done in under four hours and they have a great waiting room where I did some of my homework for school. They have great customer service which is definitely a plus. I was in the area and had a meeting to attend to so I stopped by to get my car cleaned up in between. I was talking to the guy who cleaned my car because he had missed a spot. Nothing big or serious and after I think about it it actually wasn't his fault. It was who ever vacuumed my car. The owner comes over and with out even first figuring out what was the issue started yelling and treating the guy terribly. All this while in front of me. As a customer I don't want to see this or find it acceptable. I will no longer be using this car wash and give any business to this owner. read more

My experience starts off with attempting to book my appointment. The owner who I spoke to said he was booked on all weekend appointments for the next month. I told him my groupon was on the verge of expiring and then suddenly he was booked for 2 months. He only wanted to get me in during the week, which I assume is the slowest for him. I called again and blocked my number, said I wanted a detail, never mentioned the groupon and he said he had weekend appointments. The detail itself, not great. Spots were not cleaned inside that were reachable. My carpets were left so wet that my car smelled for the next week even with me leaving the windows down trying to air it out and dry it all up. You could clearly see swirls on my car still and the insides were simply wiped down. For having the "best" detail on their list I was very disappointed. Trying to find this place in a nightmare and then once you find the entrance, it's confusing on where to go - I almost left. I took my two week old car here to get cleaned for the first time since I bought her. No one seemed to want to help me when I arrived. I pulled up to where I thought I should go (turns out I was right) and waited for someone to come help. I was backing out when someone finally ran over to me to ask what I needed. I told them and then asked the man very nicely if he would be sure to vacuum out the hatch (mainly what I wanted in the first place, the car was only slightly dusty) because I had been at a concert, in the grass and there was dirt and grass from when we were tailgating. He said sure and inside I went to go pay. The cashier didn't really acknowledge that I was there and seemed a little irritated that I was paying with my card as opposed to cash. The lobby was stuffy and smelly so I chose to sit outside (and in the 90+ degree weather that week, that says a lot) I watched my car being dried by the same gentleman who vacuumed out my car. I was in a hurry that day so I didn't give my car a once over - that's where I went wrong. There was still a ton of water left in the seams of the doors, lights, hood, ect. I had kept a soft towel in my car from tailgating so while I was waiting for my friend to get out of his meeting, I dried the car. But, I kept the towel in the hatch, where there would be a spare tire. I opened the hatch and guess what I discovered. UNDER THE HATCH HAD NOT BEEN VACUUMED LIKE I HAD REQUESTED! I tried calling the business and every time it just rings or I get hung up on. COME ON! Not planning on visiting any time soon. read more

Seemed like their version of a premium wash complete with wax, etc. He then calls his own $24 service "a Mickey Mouse job" - his own service haha! He then states I should get the premium detail service to "make my car extra shiny". He is mumbling a bit and pretty old so I don't quite catch the rest. I then ask how much and it's $180! I tell him no way I'll just take #3 and he responds with an "awesome deal" of $100. Annoyed and confused I just get back in my car and roll to Beach Cities Hand Wash down the street. I called to make an appointment with the groupon, I had just purchased. Not only did I feel like he was not too happy to take a groupon, but after getting off the phone I immediately cancelled the groupon. I asked when I could make an appointment, first thing he asked, "did you buy the groupon?" then he went on to state that he was booked for a week...so I asked what day worked best and did he have availability for tomorrow. I really wish I could give Angel zero stars! He is extremely rude, and is more willing to combat you over the phone than to actually figure out the cause of his customers complaints, and more importantly, how he can resolve the issues at hand! I found this Angel's Auto Spa on Groupon. When I called him to ask if I could get my car detailed that same day (Saturday, 12/19) and was going to purchase the Premium auto detail, he told me to not worry about it and to just come in and he would give me the same deal. Obviously he stands to lose money if I go through Groupon, and I was still getting the same rate, so I obliged his request. I took my 2006 Honda Accord there immediately, and it took them about 3 1/2 hours to complete the job. They did the Premium detail, along with a headlight restoration for an additional $40, and I specifically asked them to also clean my trunk. I picked up my car around 5:00 pm, and about 10 minutes after driving off the lot, it started raining. Not an issue - I knew it was going to rain. My main concern was getting my car's interior steam cleaned. As it was night time and raining, I didn't have the opportunity to look at my car, so I went home and parked it in my driveway. My family and I were out of town on Sunday, and I didn't get back into my car until Monday morning. I had a bunch of dew on my car windshield because it was 6 am, so I hit the wipers and realized that it wasn't coming off. At first, I thought it was frost, and then I realized the dew was on all of my windows on the INSIDE of my car (and no, no windows were cracked, and this has never happened to me before!). After wiping the windows clean, I felt around my car seats and noticed they were a still damp, but didn't think this could have caused the issue. Upon touching the car floor, I found that my floors were still wet! They literally didn't dry the floors (or at least well, anyway), and instead just threw my floor mats on top of the wet floors. In further inspecting my vehicle, I found that they had not vacuumed in between my car seats, did not clean the some of the coffee that I had spilled near my e-brake, the fabric on my arm rest had warped after having dried, my car was starting to smell like mildew, the in-dash storage beneath my radio was not cleaned, my trunk was filled with dog hair and sand (didn't look like they even attempted to clean it!), my headlight was still yellow after the alleged "restoration", there is some food still on my passenger seat (not a deep stain; something I could likely wipe out with a cloth), there are clay bar marks all over my car (as if they just quickly wiped down my car and didn't look it over for missed spots), AND I found that there is a new scratch on my front bumper! Well, I tried calling the owner on Tuesday, and he was apparently in the hospital. I called back again today, and he didn't even let me finish listing all of the issues I found! He just cut me off and told me to bring the car back into him to look at it. I explained that I am at work in Irvine and live 20 minutes away in Huntington Beach, but that I wouldn't be able to get to him until after the holidays (as tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I will be unavailable until Christmas). He began to tell me that he is busy too, but that he'll still be at work - as if that f*#king matters to me?! I told him I asked him what his intent is in seeing my car because I'm not planning on having his crew ever touch it again, and he just continued to tell me he wanted to see the car, and that he wasn't there when I brought in the car, so he doesn't know what I was told - again, no clue what the hell this has to do with anything. I told him I want a refund, and that I could send him videos and pictures of my issues - otherwise he'd have to wait until after the holidays before I could bring my car to him (but of course, this would be pretty much useless in regards to the wet flooring, as I need to dry it ASAP before it starts to mold). He then stated that it rained on Monday, trying to imply that I could have left my windows down, and that is why my floors are wet! The conversation ended with him yelling at me over the phone, and me promptly hanging up. read more
