Worst Service imaginable. I should have paid for the $7-$20 express as that's what I got for the detailed service for $135 plus tip. I brought my car in because my dog spilled the ends of my daughter's hot chocolate in my 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 SUV. I showed them exactly where it spilled and asked him what will it cost to have the carpet cleaned, the car detailed and have it sparkle again. The salesman said "oh no problem $135 we can do a complete detail for you." Sold went and paid and gave them my car from 11:30am-4:30pm Came back to the car and it was still dirty. Not close to the service I imagined. Carpet was thrown in my trunk, and the toe rails and interior doors still were untouched with some hot chocolate splatter and dirt on them. Owner came over and said "just spray some lemon scent on it to treat the smell". Never even swept the center council or back seat middle council. Windows were all hard water spotted, the bumper was still spotted with dirt which they waxed over. Dirt still in between the seat by the driver and passenger door. Don't come here. Don't waste your time or money. It doesn't matter how much you pay you will get a $10-$20 express wash. I have my airplane cleaned for cheaper than this. read more

I've had my car washed here two times now. Everyone was nice but the first time they forgot my lemon scent so I went back to get it washed and second time. They said they'd honor that because they forgot. No big deal. Second time I was there it took over an hour. I paid for the upgrade at $30. And my floor mats were filthy. Worth Reading...I took my child's little BMW X1 to get detailed. It looked as though she hadn't cleaned the inside of it for years. Food was dripped everywhere. It looked like thieves took it on a wild road trip to Mexico and back. I cannot over emphasize how incredibly filthy it was. I called around to see who could detail it that same day and there was only one person willing out of about five who called back. He gave me a really good deal on it, $250. It was worth every penny. It looked brand new when I got it back. They took so much time on it and cleaned every single nook and cranny. Not one thing was missed. It look like a show room car. A certain doctor in the business called me back to schedule a detail in the week ahead. I told him I was having it detailed right now at Angels car wash and auto detail. Came in with a Groupon for a "Premium Complete Detail," and was met with the most unwelcoming, sour reception. The person who served me dislikes accepting Groupon, and tried to sell me a detail job that was significantly more money.There was already a $40 upcharge for a SUV, which I understood ahead of time, but I will never go back to this establishment even though they did a nice job. I regret coming here for my first detail. I drive a simple average sedan and figured I'd be easy for them to do a good job cleaning my car. WRONG. I went in with a Groupon at first and the guy asked me to refund it and he'd give me the same price deal as well as a complementary service. (Absolute Lie). I get there and he starts explaining that by the looks of my car, I would need to pay an additional $200 for my headlights to be cleaned as well as steam clean for the stains in my floors (there were no stains, they were dust remnants from under the mat). He said he would no accept my card (sketchy) and made walk 10 min to a nearby 7-11 to withdraw $200, and then charged me $160 on my credit card. He said the service would take about 4 hours to complete, but within 2 hours he was blowing up my phone to pick up my car already. I didn't want to believe that they had rushed the job, but indeed they did. When I finally arrived, the same guy from the front desk was extremely aggressive towards forcing me to tip. Generally, I don't appreciate a business where they DEMAND a tip. Extremely unprofessional. I was going to tip the dude who did the job regardless, but the fact that the guy at the front desk walked me over to the ATM to ensure I pulled out money was extremely embarrassing. I left, pretty disappointed with the customer experience I received, but what really ticked me off was going home and realizing that they hadn't even completed the job right!! I took my car because I had a lot of dirt in my carpet, and it looks like all they did was smear it around with water and shampoo. Not only that, but my car now REEKS. I can't drive without the windows being down. They had the audacity to tell me the mats had to be laid out to dry when I got home, when in reality they hadn't even been shampood!!! THEY HAD THE SAME DAMN DIRT AND TRASH PARTICLES AND WERE THE SAME DRY MATS I HAD BROUGHT IN. They didn't even touch them!! Now I have to go somewhere else to get the DISGUSTING SMELL OUT. I've never been more scammed in my life. They might do a good job on higher end sporty vehicles, but if you drive an average car, don't even bother coming here. They will rush it, overcharge you, and ensure you receive the WORST customer experience ever. Truly upsetting. read more

This place should get ZERO or NEGATIVE stars. Called to ask about their Groupon special and the owner told me to just come in directly and he will give me Groupon price for a detail. I told him what kind of car I have and he said it would still be the Groupon price. Made appointment for next day and of course they didn't honor the price when I showed up. Wanted to charge an extra $65 for a $89 Groupon detail. Owner denied everything and said it was his son that promised everything. These people are shady; I should have listened to all their bad Yelp reviews. They don't deserved the 4 stars they have; the way they operate, they probably are fake reviews. All the pictures on their Yelp page are posted by the same 4-5 people. If you look at the pictures from their profile, those people only contain pictures for this business. SHADY! Dishonest people like this don't deserve your business. Some people might get decent service from here but that does not excuse all the people they try to BAIT & SWITCH and waste people's time coming here and having to go away empty handed because they LIE about their pricing. read more

I was shocked, I haven't had my car detailed in the 4 years I've owned it and it looks like a brand new car! I had a lot of scratches and dents on the outside and the scratches are gone and the dents are barely noticeable. The white color of my car is pearly and shiny again! I got my smog check done here and Phu helped me out a ton. My check came back failed because of an electronic issue and they retested it for me for free when I got it fixed. Sunny was incredibly friendly and talked me into the steam cleaning for upholstery and the engine detail and man I wish I had taken a before picture. This place is terrible. I go in for an early special at 8am and the owner is immediately rude. I say hi and he doesn't even respond. He takes my ticket and sees my debit card and starts rambling on about "if you want the early bird special, we don't take credit card." How the heck is anyone supposed to know that? How about post a sign. Then he precedes to do it anyway and somehow he makes the credit card charge $9.99 anyway. Seems a little suspicious to me. After that, he starts lecturing me on how I should use my money and that I am going to get into credit card debt and that credit cards are evil. No places should take credit cards. As I'm about to go out and wait for my car, he asks me "what would you have done if I didn't take your card?" What place of business asks that question? Totally unprofessional.
