First off, you obviously cannot beat their prices for a lobster roll. They say that they get their lobster from Maine too which is super impressive. I have been wanting to try this place forever but kept forgetting it was close to my job until I drove by one day. I decided to try it the next day for lunch. Service is quick, they get you through the line rapidly and I didn't experience any hold ups but I was also the only one in line. The food: They load up the lobster which is rare and it tasted fresh. I got the Lemon butter but couldn't really taste any hints of lemon, it was still good though. The fries with the Angie's sauce were also tasty. I got the lemonade for a drink and was glad it wasn't tart like a lot are. Everything was flavorful and for $9.99 it is an amazing value and I will definitely be back. The only cons I saw are that fries are the only side option and I don't really like fries but the roll is relatively small and would not be filling without a side of some sort, especially for an adult. Service was fast and friendly, way beyond the typical caliber of a fast food establishment. =ORDERED= The included drink can be either iced tea or lemonade. *Combo 1: warm and buttered lobster roll, Angie's sauce, fries and a drink. Best eaten warm or else it'll resemble combo 2 but without the creaminess. The butter was subtle and it didn't overpower the lobster. The roll was buttery itself and slightly toasted, being the perfect carrier for the sweet lobster meat. *Combo 2: chilled lobster roll tossed in mayo, Angie's sauce, fries and a drink. My favorite combo as the mayo offered moisture without masking the lobster. Since the roll was warm, the chilled lobster provided pleasant contrast. *Fries: a generous portion and they give McDonald's a run for their money. Nicely salted and crispy. *Angie's Sauce: an oiler and looser version of the Raising Cane sauce. However, the main note in everything seemed to be salt. It was so overpowering it made it tasteless. The chicken was slightly dry and salty. The Teriyaki dressing was an overall abundance of salt and a weird underlying flavor. This place is a legit! Got lunch for the team today and was absolutely pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately it was a bit of a distance from work but fortunately it's down the street from home! Bonus! I got #1 (warm lobster): 1. sufficient amount of real lobster guys!, 2. the buttered bread was delicious, 3. the fries so good (I think it's my new 2nd fav), 4. Sauce was delicious both on the lobster roll & fries, 5. it comes with your choice of drink! Note: they don't have soft drinks but what they do have more than makes up for it. I have seen Angie's Lobster advertised on IG and recently saw a YouTube video at this location, which made me want to try this place. I'm glad I was finally able to try this place. Angie's has their ordering system down to perfection. This truly is a fast drive-thru, but the food tastes like you're at a sit-down restaurant. The menu is limited, but very easy to order from. Once you get to the pickup window, your food is quickly delivered to you. The only downside is that there is no actual sit down place to eat your food. Luckily I do not live too far and the food was still warm when I got home. Angie's does not skimp on the lobster and it is delicious. The lemon butter makes it even better. I'm glad it's on the side because it helps get your food home without the bread getting soggy. I would definitely recommend this place if you live nearby or just in general and just eat in your car. Two lobster buns dipped in egg batter with cinnamon were great and had a dusting of powdered sugar. Two strips of bacon and a decent pile of crispy spicy potatoes was delicious and all for five dollars plus tax. What a value.
