They come once a quarter and will spray the perimeter of your house for 5 minutes and call it a day. After I complained that there are wasps and roaches still crawling around the exterior and eventually getting into the house, they sent the technician out again to do the same thing. They also said they can not really control pests outside the house (then what is the point of just spraying out there each time and charging me for it?). I understand if this is a one time service but if I'm paying for your services every few months then I expect not to have a pest problem on my exterior walls. Sorry I don't have pictures of the roaches because they come out at night. Finally, I went away for a little over 3 months for work and got an email telling me I needed to pay for the last visit that had occurred while I was away or it would be turned over to collections. I had already told them that I do not need this service if they can not take care of the wasps because obviously I will not have this problem over the winter months. All my previous visits were paid for except the last one because I was not home to receive the bill. $80 is not a big deal for me and I have already paid it, but to send an email like that during a pandemic where many people will struggle to make ends meet shows you the character of this company. I emailed directly to the owner himself, Brian, and told him regardless of whether service was rendered or not, I am not a satisfied customer and I have made that very clear. If he wants to charge a customer for services that they are not happy with then that is his decision. Last Monday, I found termites in two locations inside my home. I called and reported the issue on Monday. I was promised that Angela, the Office Manager, would return my call. When my call wasn't returned, I called again. I also sent emails and photos. I asked for a copy of my policy and Sonya, the HOA manager, sent me a black form (see photos) in response. I replied that I wanted a copy of my policy not a blank document. She sent me a letter on the company letterhead stating I had a treatment & repair warranty on my home. The company is only agreeing to repair the wood on the floor but they're refusing to inspect or repair the 2 walls we both photographed and documented. They refuse to agree to repair the walls. On the phone, on Friday, Angela said their General Contractor, MCC, will inspect the wall and provide an estimate for repair. Today, Saturday, MCC owner, Larry, said he will not be coking to my home as he was told by Rick at Team Pest USA to only replace the damaged flooring plank in the photo. He said he had no notes about any walls, despite the photos. Team Pest USA stopped responding to emails or calls. They are not honoring their agreement.
