The 2 orders of the sliders did not have any fries. They replaced the fries with Mac and cheese. I appreciate the thought to replace if they are out of certain ingredients, but please let the customers decide. Both of the sandwich barely has any coleslaw, and one of the sandwich only have 1 piece of chicken tender that is so small that half of the bun didn't have any chicken on it. Please let your customers know ahead of time or giving the option to cancel the order since you didn't have what I wanted. If I wanted all mac and cheese I would have bought all Mac and cheese. Came on a saturday afternoon, it was pretty dead when we arrived, two families already eating and two tables waiting for their food. The person taking orders was very standoffish and unhelpful to say the least. As a first timer at this resting he left a bad first impression and is lacking basic customer service skills. After ordering, we looked for a table. All of them were dirty. Every single table had crumbs, sticky stuff, or garbage on it. It was not busy enough for this to be excusable. We ended up eating outside because the only clean table at the whole establishment was one on the patio that guests cleaned up themselves before they left. Both my boyfriend and I used to restrooms, which were very dirty. they were stocked well, but the floor was disgusting covered in water and dirty muddy(hopefully mud and not poop) footprints in the stalls. An employee used the restroom right after me so they were aware of the mess, and nobody came to clean it up. It takes no more than 5 minutes to mop a stall. The entire restaurant was very dirty, the floors were disgusting and sticky, even the counter where you pick up your food was dirty. Again, it was not busy, when we walked in the front guy was just chatting with the kitchen staff instead of cleaning. the food was just alright. The mac and cheese was very good. my boyfriend and i got angry mac with medium spice and this is probably the best mac and cheese of this style compared to other hot chicken restuarants in the area. The side of toast was a mediocre version of canes toast, lacking flavor and softness. the slider was medium spice as well and it was just okay. I expected more, and have had better at other places, however, the chicken seemed good quality. The containers also came covered in grease and fingerprints on the outside, which kind of shows how the kitchen is operating... Overall the service was bad, the restaurant was dirty, and the food was okay, not great but terrible. I would probably not return because if the restaurant & staff is okay with the customer area being as dirty as it was, i can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. the workers also could at least pretend to care about their job, that's just part of working in customer service. read more

For the hot level spice, they will warn you that there's ghost peppers. Even though they were busy, it took about 12 minutes for our order. The Angry Mac is filling. The french fries are good. The hot level spice gets spicy as you keep eating it but it was fine to eat still. My partner tried the Angry Mac hot and said the spice lingers but for me it goes away shortly. I came a couple days after the grand opening and was pretty disappointed in how the tenders were seasoned. I ordered the tenders at the hot spicy level and the fried chicken tasted bitter. It felt like they tried to overload the spice, but it ended up just tasty nasty and leaving a gritty feeling in my mouth. The spice was not spicy at all, but had a burnt after taste while being super greasy. The oil they used to fry the chicken tasted old and I probably would not come back for their food again. Their fries were fine, but everything just feels too expensive for what you get. The sauce is the only thing that might save these tenders, but sauce should never be used as a replacement for actual seasoning. I've had Nashville hot chicken from other chains like Dave's Hot chicken, Howlin rays, and Hot boys chicken and they were all much better priced and tasted better.
