I'm a huge fan of In-N-Out to begin with, and I've been to many locations. They've all been very consistent in their quality of food and service. This Tulare, CA location however is my Favorite. It is about 30 minutes away from my home in Porterville, I wish we had one in our town. This restaurant is always clean inside and out, fast, friendly and efficient service. There is a lady named Maria that is so helpful, not just to old people like me, but to everyone that enters the door. First time trying the Tulare location, it was "ok". It seems now a days when you ask for Well Done fries animal style, you get your fries animal style, but definitely not well done. 50/50 they will do well done at the Mooney location, but the other location in Visalia, now Tulare, it's gonna be a no lol. Service was pretty good, fast and somewhat accurate. I don't like how your sodas are no longer filled to the top, they are at least a 1/4 short inside then before.
