Such a great way to celebrate my birthday. We were sat quickly and watched our server was so friendly. The hostess Cami was super sweet and checked in on us as we were sitting near the host stand. It's nice to see employees taking the extra step to ensure customers are happy. Our food was delicious and the Snow Crab Legs were to die for. Good old fashioned messy fun! The end of our cross country journey celebrated with a seafood feast at the Angry Crab. We had a dozen oysters on the half shell to start. Gumbo and cornbread was very tasty. Then came the muscles, king crab legs, crawfish, and veggies in the trifecta sauce- delicious! Spicy! So be careful if you are wimpy for spice like me :). I ordered level 1 and my mouth was on fire...still enjoyed every bite! Delicious. We joked about the bibs they provide...but seriously this is messy- sauce was flyin' even when I was being careful! Each type of seafood comes in a doubled plastic bag...simple no frills family style fun. Horrible service, Waitress was clearly frustrated from the minute she saw our large party, we came to celebrate a birthday & enjoy lunch. Sadly we didn't enjoy our lunch due to the lack of friendliness & frustration of not being attended on in a timely matter. I observed the patience & friendliness for the large table right across from us. I didn't understand why we couldn't have gotten the same attention. The food was good but the experience was awful. Spicy/salty food & no one in sight to refill our drinks. We will not be returning to this location. Also due to being a large table the tip was forced upon us which normally wouldn't have been a problem but in this case it was trully not deserved! read more

It did for us for quite some time This place used to be a Chinese buffet or something and it's Avondale and it's on Litchfield south of the 10 This is like three strikes and you're out right??!? Went in on a whim with my daughter and was completely surprised. This place is fun and the food is awesome! Others have posted how you get your food so I won't but I will say that the trifecta blend of seasoning is perfect and I love the level three Get extra corn because the corn is the best when it's just been soaking for 30min inside that saucy bag!! I have been on a shrimp boil kick lately and have been wanting to try Angry Crab for a long time. I got the lemon pepper easy peel shrimp with potatoes and corn. It was very good, but I was disappointed that they do not allow you to mix a couple of seafood items together in a 1 lb. bag. For example, I would have liked to have the bag with half shrimp and half crawfish. I have been to similar restaurants where this is no problem. However, the food was tasty and was ready very quickly so I cannot complain too much. I think this is a great choice for casual dining. read more

If you are expecting a nice quiet place to dine, this is not it; we were there and it was complete bedlam. Yelling, screaming kids, crying babies, loud music. Employees yelling and screaming for birthdays of diners, banging on pots or pans, listening to a siren wail and employees standing on chairs yelling or screaming out birthday wishes. I was sitting at a table and employees kept banging into me chair while I was eating. I am partially deaf and still my ears and head hurt being subjected to the noise. The side portions are a joke, a red potato side..yes just one golf ball sized potato and a soggy half ear of corn. The crab was just so-so. Not the place to go if you want peace and enjoyable, quiet dining; its too noisy I couldn't communicate with the other two people at my table. read more

Went with daughter and mother in law, girls night out. The shrimp, mussels and snow crab was great. The trifecta and level 2 spice was just right Will definitely go back for date night. This place is a complete RIPOFF, they charge $30.00 for a Pound for snow crab legs that cost $11.99 a pound at Safeway. We completely do not mind paying double the cost but this was almost triple!! Gouging customers is a horrible thing to do. I spoke to the manager and he said call Corporate and that the prices were going up because they want to give the cooks a raise, wtf!!! Give your people raises but do not raise prices when your already RIPPING people off. Take from the profits you already are making and pass on to your employees, who's running this place, a bunch of yahoos??? We ordered pick up from here a few weeks ago and when my husband went inside to pick up, he spoke to a young man at the front who told him "I don't deal with that s**t. You need to go to the back for that." Lol what? Since when has it become okay to talk to customers like that? The slowest service I've experienced in a long long while. One hour from sit down to food arrival that's along time for fried or boiled food non fancy food served in plastic baskets. It took 10 minutes before we were even recognized after being seated. Overall not a very well run operation. I observed most tables had the dinners delivered piecemeal with some waiting long times to get their meals after others at their tables were served. In our case They brought out the fried cod almost 10 minutes before the grilled salmon stating it takes longer to grill the salmon(what the heck). Food was OK nothing special. Love this place! I'll start off by saying I have never eaten inside and always do pick up. Have done it many times and never received a wrong order. I like that they make sure to check prior to letting me leave too! Everyone has always been really nice. The food is always really delicious and fresh. The corn bread is great but super tiny portion, wish it was bigger lol I mainly get the shrimp and I range with head on or off. My bf mainly gets the gator nuggets and loves them! My daughter and I were craving for seafood so we decided on a early dinner of shrimp, snowcrab, and all the fixings. We were looking forward to a delicious seafood feast. We ordered two pound of both shrimp and snow crab with trifecta 1. I started off with the shrimp that I added sausage and corn, sausage looked like it was old. Brown and mushy, too scared to eat it. Then I moved on to the snow crab which was very disappointed. The crab was sooo salty, to the point that I had to stop eating. I mentioned it to the waiter but he said its because of the sauce so I decided to just take it home for my husband. He tried it and said that it was way too salty. I learned my lesson to not order the crab and just make my own at home. The seafood wasn't fresh either. The shrimp shells were sticking to the meat. read more

Never been to this place but have always wanted to try it. So took my daughter here for lunch today and I gotta say it was a pretty good first experience. Our waiter, James, was very helpful and attentive. We ended up getting the calamari and clam chowder soup for appetizers, which was very good! Ended up getting a sample of the #3 hot (can't feel my lips) spice and adding it to the soup and let me tell you.....that was delicious!!! The can't feel my lips is true to its word. If you like spicy things that would be a good choice for you. I absolutely loved the flavor but I added the trifecta to it and it was good flavor. My daughter on the other hand was overwhelmed with it but still loved it, she just drank more in between. Also added it to the calamari dipping sauce to spice things up a bit. We also got the shrimp and snow crab legs which were also pretty good. Definitely a good experience for me and I would return. Very satisfied! i'm genuinely so surprised by all the terrible reviews. We thought our food was so good. We got dungenous crab boils with medium trifecta seasoning. Seasoning was delicious and it was an good amount of crab. I will say our drinks could've been more attended too as we sat with empty drinks for a while without refills but our server was really friendly. One of our group got the lobster rolls which was okay but I'd definitely stick to the boils when you come here. It would be a 5 star review except that they couldn't find the shell crushers (i don't know what they are called lol). It's a seafood place without a way to open the crab legs. Other that it was amazing and we'll def be coming back. read more

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Goodyear. We order super spicy seafood (crab and shrimp) and it is AMAZING! Amazing taste, spice level and even better when reheated the next day. Also highly recommend the Phoenix children's hospital Cajun fries. read more

This is probably my favorite location. I've been here once and maybe 3-4 times at the Peoria location. When we arrived it was packed. But we didn't care. We went to the bar to wait, then ended up staying there because the service was amazing. We were next to the POS system so many servers would turn around and talk to us. There was one waitress that was talkative and friendly but made us feel awkward with the way she would look at us. Not a big deal but just random. Lol. FYI, their Bloody Mary's are beyond amazing! A must if you like them. They put a crab leg in it and asparagus. I was so blown away! Also, get the gumbo. And a tip: Ask for the rice on the side so you get more gumbo!!! And if you get sausage with your meal, add it in as well. If not it's amazing as is. I just love this place! read more

Every trip here is delicious and amazing but today our server Tommy as well as the trainee Mari were both so wonderful! My fiancé and I had the greatest experience with the food but most of all the service. An appetizer of ours was taking awhile (we weren't concerned with the timing of it at all they were so wonderful) and even took care of it for us for the long wait time. Totally wasn't expecting it but was a kind gesture. My crab bag was amazing as always and the new twin lobster rolls is not only a STEAL.... but again it was tasty and incredible!!! It had been a while since we went to This restaurant and this will be the last time we go. The first few times we have went a few years back was good service and food. This time they have this obnoxious siren/horn they sound for birthdays. It's terribly loud and you can't have any kind of conversations with it going off. It's really sad when you go through the 15 minute process of checking out a new restaurant online, setting up your order through a delivery service, being very specific that you want to be contacted if any part of the order can't be completed, but when the restaurant gets the order they just cancel it without even giving you a courtesy call. Totally unprofessional. I have no patience for a restaurant that apparently doesn't need my business. They probably don't need yours either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don't know why they cancelled the order. But then again, that's what happens when they can't follow simple instructions and call a customer who was more than happy to spend $100 at their place. Zero. Why have a phone if your not going to answer. Tried to call in a take out order and they never answered. Called about six times and got no answer. Service is terrible came in and order to go and the workers were right by the phone talking. I called to see if it rings and it rang right by them. Ordered 2 Dos Equis draft.. disappointed, it was the most flat draft beer I've ever had, on top of that it wasn't cold. Second the garlic, medium seasoning is saucy with no flavor.
