We headed there and took seats at the far end so we could talk. I ordered the Pasta Norcina and he ordered the Carne pizza. The pasta was one of the best pasta dishes I've had in the last 18 months. Granted, I don't eat a lot of pasta, and even fewer cream sauces, but it sounded soooo good and exceeded expectations! He enjoyed the crispness of the hand-stretched crust and quality toppings. Cody was our server and was simultaneously handling all the drink orders with occasional help. He was a good server for someone pulling double duty. What made the day super sucky (until dinner) is that my guy's father had passed away in the hospital after a recent cancer diagnosis. My guy needed to eat after days of intense worry and erratic mealtimes. And we needed some quality time together. Thank you, Osteria Mia, for making a dark day a bunch brighter.

The butter comes conveniently packaged on the side, making it easy to spread over the roll. The lobster was flavorful, the roll was delicious, and the value for the price was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately told our family members who live in the area that they needed to check it out for themselves. OK Saturday Evening @ 5:30PM and you schedule your TEAM meeting with your staff and you customers wait 20 minutes! The Hostess Tried to help and was very sweet the Waitress also apologized that was the start of the evening. If you waitress miss orders a meal and realized that she did when placing the order CORRECT THE ORDER , DON'T SERVE IT! to her credit she did try to correct it after it was served. But there is no Excuse for a RUDE Manager, When we mentioned that the $10 dollar specialty drinks which there were 3 of contained NO ALCAHOL the Managers reply Was that she knows her "bartenders and they defiantly pour alcohol".... Bad response! ... We live 2 minutes from this establishment and after the 3 time having Bad and Rude Management will frequent the 32nd street location...With all the competition moving to the North Valley I would hope the owners look at what is happening to this store and correct it ....Coming from the Customer Service industry the rule that I always taught my employees was the Customer is always correct, or you just wont have customers in the future....Here you go.... read more

I recently visited Angry Crab Shack and discovered a seafood experience that blew me away! My family and I shared a mixed seafood boil packed with shrimp, corn, tofu, sausage, hard boild egg and crab legs. The seafood was cooked perfectly, nothing was chewy, and the shells came off with a little effort. The corn, soaking up the Cajun sauce, was absolutely delicious - juicy and incredibly soft! This was the first seafood boil restaurant where I couldn't finish everything, and had to get a doggie bag. The only minor drawback was slightly overcooked tofu, but everything else was exceptional. The trifecta sauce is great if you enjoy spicy flavors! It's a game-changer that elevates the entire seafood boil experience. Overall, Angry Crab Shack made my first seafood boil a memorable one. She greeted us with a smile even though she had a mask on her face like we all do ha ha, but on a real note that she was very kind and polite to add to our every need and wanted to make sure that everything was great with us. This was my first time going to Angry Crab Shack, and it did not disappoint! My wife and I split an order of fries, an order of snow crab with potatoes and an order of shrimp with sausage and potatoes, loaded with an awesome mix of seasonings and sauces. It was fantastic, an nothing left take home!! The customer service was great, our servers were Blake, and Darby and they both were friendly, energetic, and accommodating!! It's ALWAYS a fun time going to Angry Crab. There's an energetic atmosphere and you get to eat with your hands! The only thing that could make it better is great company and an outstanding waiter! My business partners and I (20 people) headed to Angry Crab to wrap up a wonderful work conference to add a bit of chaos. BLAKE was our waiter and did a fabulous job keeping up with all of us, making sure we received the correct order and had our checks organized and delivered to us in a timely manner. Service was good. DO NOT GET THE BLUE CRAB. Waiter told us they had a special 2lbs for the price of 1. (Mislead us) Come to find out from the manager that was not true. The blue crab barley had any meat in it. Definitely not worth $13.50. We had to order snow crab. Manager was not able to take the blue crab fully off. But did what she could. Other locations we usually go to (Ahwatukee & Alma School) have way better portion sizes and are better tasting! Angry Crab is one of my favorite places to eat! We went there last night and ordered oysters for an appetizer, they came out frozen. Then we ordered our entree's, my daughter and I ordered king crab $40 but they were out of any sort of utensils to crack them open, another person at the table ordered some fried cod which never came out and my husbands muscles came out after we had already finished our meal (somewhat because we didn't have anything to open the crab legs). BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Great music, atmosphere, staff, and most importantly, FOOD! Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned to perfection. Last Friday I had a party of 10 people from work all have an out of work dinner. Our server was Darbi. SHE WAS AMAZING! Not only was she on top of things and always making sure we were good to go, but she was hilarious and made our dinner great and entertaining! I use to be a server for many years, and I am a huge critic when it comes to customer service. And Darbi is by far fantastic at her job!! She is an asset to your restaurant! One word... WOW!!! Being from the east coast ive had my fair share of seafood and being in the middle of the desert i had been really craving some seafood. Angry crab didn't disappoint. Not only was the food on point, but the service was fantastic. I had the Snow crab with the trifecta sauce with a side of corn and a potato. Also, had the shrimp with trifecta sauce as well. She seemed happy to be there and had a genuinely positive, kind and professional attitude. Been coming to angry crab since they opened the first one in Mesa. Rated best seafood in Phoenix for good reason... its delicious!! The snow crab with trifecta sauce is amazing and never lets me down. Add a couple corn and potato and you're set! I really love doing the charred oysters for an appetizer. This place is new and packed so we did not expect much, but it was awesome. Our server Brandon explained the menu better than any other Angry Crab server I've ever had and the food was really good. Really good quality shrimp and sausage and the sauce was good too. Everyone else at my table also liked their food, which included mussels, crab and cod. I started turning people around because it took 10 minutes to place my order. I must have turned seven customers around. And then it was over 25 minutes to get my order. The shrimp was hard the chicken was cold the fish was still. Another customer came in and started throwing food because it took her 30 minutes to get two piece dark meat and she got the wrong order it was scary it was unsafe it was unprofessional and it was very unclean. This place needs to be closed down. I told the manager I can come back there and cook my own food. I also told the manager if you would stop talking and just serve our food you would be doing a great thing you have chicken up there there's only four of us why is that you are just standing around talking I've never seen or experience anything like it in my 58 years of life.

I would have given this place 5 stars just on the food alone but there were some things that wasn't too great. 1) We were only checked up on 30 minutes after the food arrived so our drinks needed refilling like 20 minutes ago by that point. This place wasn't busy, there were maybe 3 other diners besides us there. 2) two menu items we wanted to order were out of stock that night: rice and mashed potatoes. My 2 fave carbs, oh no. 3) after our group was done eating, we waited an additional 12 minutes with our empty plates until our server realized we were already done and ready to cash out. I actually felt like giving them 2 stars out of spite but the darn food is really really good so 4 solid stars. Service here is normally 99% very good but maybe because it was Labor Day dinner time last hour closing shift, anyways I still recommend Chili's.

Went through the drive thru to grab some food. We ordered the Honolulu chicken with the Mac salad…read moreand rice. Ordering was fast, the additional questions they ask AFTER the order is quite annoying. Name for the order, do you have the app, you can download it blah blah blah. Just tell me the total so I can pay for my food..... My son enjoyed the food , which I am glad, hence the 4 stars.

The above two were basically the same except the first had plain teriyaki soy sauce while the second must have had sriracha sauce mixed into it. The HONOLULU Chicken Is a Savory Chicken Infused With Fresh Garlic, Green Onions And Sesame. It is basically the same as the first one, but with the fresh garlic, green onions, and sesame. They both have the same soy sauce teriyaki sauce. The LUAU Pig Is Slow Roasted kalua Pork seasoned with Hawaiian Sea Salt. The Seasoned Vegetables were very salty and flaccid. The KILAUEA Chicken was a Sweet & Spicy Grilled Chicken With a Lava Hot Kick. I thought it tasted much like the second dish, but with even more sriracha sauce mixed into the soy sauce. The meal has the meat on a bed of rice and There is Also a rice ball in one of the sections. The other section has macaroni. They also have DOLE Soft Serve. It is a Tropical Soft Serve that IS Fat-Free, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Low Calories. Service is pretty fast.
