This company was contacted to bid work for my company. They did not disclose a fee associated with the bidding process prior to coming to the property. After receiving a $300 bill, they were emailed and asked to provide documentation that we were notified of the fee - however they declined to provide, and we advised we would not be paying the amount based on not receiving the information. They sent several invoices to our corporate office - in which we again asked for documentation advising that we agreed to the amount which they again neglected to provide. Here is the kicker - they hired a collection agency to collect the debt - but instead of putting my company's name on the letter - they used my personal name which is against the law! You cannot go after an employee of a company to collect money. I immediately contacted the collection agency and advised them of what they did and they advised that my name was given to them by the company as the one that owed. Of course, after speaking to them and providing proof of the correspondence they advised they would remove my name from the collection. I have filed a complaint with the BBB due to this companies unprofessional and shady practices. read more

Worst company Ever! If you have an iphone you have as much as they do to check for rodents. Save your money and CALL someone else. I asked the supervisor if they had thermal imagery to check for the rodent that is trapped in the wall and he said "NO" we should probably invest in one of those. So basically they do NOT invest at all in there own company. I went ahead and bought one for $200 bucks. So I have more equipment than ADM. Using your iphones flashlight... REALLY! $185 down the drain. Adrian, the technician was really nice and was working with what they provided him. Jess the supervisor took off leaving Adrian to collect the money and explain they couldn't find the problem. read more

We called for them to come out for inspection on our property for rodents in our Attic. After 3 phone calls and text to "Joe" he said he had a 7:00pm opening but we wanted him to come while it was still day light. So we agreed for him to come anytime Sunday or Monday during the day. He said he would call us to confirm. Sunday came by no calls, Monday we call and text him no response. They were also recommended by another company . Bad business if they don't care??? read more

Never thought I would write a review on a "exterminator" company but these guys are EXCEPTIONAL. My backyard was overrun with gophers, moles and ground squirrels. I was referred to ADM through a friend and immediately felt good about working with them. When I called, they set an appointment and showed up on time. That alone is a pleasant shock! The technician (Rafael) was knowledgeable about what needed to happen - and was observant about the cats/dogs I have around the house - so he explained how he would do the work safely. The best part: he did exactly what he said, when he said he would, and the rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them! read more

I work for a property management company so there are a number of companies in our address book, but when I called this one they were more friendly and understanding that I was on a budget but scared out of my mind that there may have been a possum under my house. Dennis came over and showed me where they were entering and set up a few traps and told me to check on it the next day and give him a call if they were there and showed me where i should look (from a safe distance). It took 2 days for something to bite but he caught 2 babies and double checked to make sure I was closing the openings correctly. I believe the total cost with trap and live animal capture was around $300-$400 which is not bad since other places were charging up to $600-$700 read more

Had a rat inside the house. Our HOA management company had Gabriel from ADM come out and do a thorough inspection. He found a couple of holes in the garage, and patched them with wire and expanding foam. Then he went up into the attic and rooted around for a while - found and patched two holes that led to the outside. Laid a bunch of traps. He'll be back next week to check the traps that he laid in the attic. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. read more

When I first started services with them, they were great...responsive to calls, helpful, going above and beyond. I even called the company to give a commendation about my technician, Dennis. After over a year of service, he became unresponsive to calls, conveniently forgetting to get back with me. Said he would have his fill-in contact me as he was going on vacation. Needless to say I did not hear from the fill-in. I have had ongoing rodent problems and had ADM "rodent proof" my home, which I later come to find out it is not possible to "rodent proof" a home. Little bastards are going to get in if they want to. So if you need good services for a short period of time, they will help you out. But if you continue their services for an ongoing period, you may come to find out they will become less than responsive. read more

Someone from this company came out to Sakamoto school in Halloween, while my friend and I were walking through the school this man appeared to be following us. When I asked him why every time I turned around he was there he stated he was maintenance he was extremely rude and started to cuss me out. I asked him why he was cussing at a school and he stated I look suspicious it was Halloween and we were in costumes just walking? We left the school and when we got to the parking lot he followed us out and continued to yell and be rude in front of my neighbours he also got the kids from the basketball court to side with him. I did not walk home for over 20 minutes in gear from this man! Do not use the services he was supper creepy and rude! read more

Engaged them for 4 services during one month =weekly. Prepaid. First service provided the day we signed up. The second week we had to chase them down to provide the second service. Have not seen them since despite calling twice. Lots of promises but no service! read more

Back in August 2019, I contacted ADM after interviewing many companies. My hillside property was completely overtaken with ground squirrels and gophers. No, I am not exaggerating. Rafael came by to assess the problem. He said he could do the job. To tell you truth, I really had my doubts. Rafael proved me wrong. He is deeply knowledgeable about his trade. With two months, my property looked amazing. I have bi-monthly service to keep things clean. Seven months later, I am beyond pleased with the work Rafael continues to do for me. Completely incompetent - late for appointments and had no clue about how to do anything.

I live in an area that contracts with ADM for gopher control, so that homeowners can call them and get discounted service. Totally not worth the phone call, or the $ spent. It was incredibly hard to get an appointment even though they are in my area every Friday. They say they'll have a technician call & stop by, but he doesn't. When they do, they were here for about 10 min, and said, "you've got a gopher issue." Ugh...duh...what gave it away...the dirt mounds??? Really guys, I wouldn't have called if there wasn't evidence of gophers. I've had them out 3x, and guess what, yes, I still have gophers. I finally gave up on them as it was just too frustrating. Every time I found a mound in my beautiful lawn Denny came out promptly, even though the visits numbered almost into the double figures. Although the hyperactive mole created three-four mounds a day, and earlier methods failed, Denny placed two traps under a flagstone path, and finally the little intruder found his way into one. "They're persistent" Denny said, "but I'm more persistent." He was, and now the lawn is recovering nicely. A first rate organization that stands behind their first email to me, "We can help." This is the place to call if you have a funky smell in your house and you're pretty sure that an animal has died! Before stumbling upon Animal Damage Management I called Animal Control who told me to call Pest Control who told me to call Vector Control...no one would help and we didn't know what to do! The smell was so bad that we couldn't even sit in our family room. Then came Colin to the rescue. It wasn't obvious where the smell was coming from and he spent a lot of time checking out all the possible hiding spots. I would HIGHLY recommend Animal Damage Management to anyone!! read more

I have used this service twice in the past and have been very happy with their services. This time has been a nightmare. On Christmas day we discovered rats were living in the heating ducts. We called the following Monday and someone called back to say he was not the correct person and he would have the "rat" person call. Never called. I returned from an out-of-town trip and called again. Was told no appointments available for over a week. Cleared my schedule for today and waited. When no one showed up I called the office and was told the appointment had been cancelled because of the rain. This is for a job in my attic where no rain comes in. There attitude was oh well. I will never use their services again. read more

Please do not use this service; they are unethical and way overpriced! I contracted with them for traps for 5 days/nights, and they picked up the traps on the morning of the 5th day with no warning and unwilling to discuss the service they promised. Then they had the audacity to charge me for the full 5 days/nights. I called the office and they could "do nothing." I was referred to the cell phone of the "manager" who originally contracted with me, Rueben, out of Morgan Hill. I phoned his cell repeatedly but he would not return a simple phone call. Don't sign a contract with them! When I complained to my bank re credit card charges, ADM lied to the bank saying that they discharged the contract in completion. Now I don't know what I can do. These people should be put out of business. read more

Never use this service. Dishonest. I have a problem with a dead rat that got into my heat vents. Smell is terrible. It was deep into the vents and I knew approximately where it was located. I called Animal Damage Management and they told me that they had a tool that could "snake" into the venting system (with a camera), locate and extract the rat. When the technician arrived, he had a tool about 2 feet long and wasn't able to get into the vents at all. Said he couldn't reach it...sorry! But they had assured me that they indeed had the tools for this extraction process....charged me $180. read more

I had them come take care of a gopher problem on my backyard. I paid good money and they didn't solve the problem. I called them to have them come again, and they wanted me to pay the full amount again. I decided to use someone else since they can't even take care of a simple problem. I don't recommend them. They are incompetent. read more

Called ADM yesterday due to a mouse problem. I was quoted $150 just for them to come out and an additional $180 for them to go under the house (if it took longer than an hour under the house there would be additional charges). Minimum grand total of $330!! I questioned the prices, as I've had ADM out in the past for mouse issues and it was no where near this amount. Nope...was told $330 was correct. Called another company and was quoted $25 for a visit, which would be applied to any work I had done if I wanted them to proceed, and that they used flat rates vs. hourly charges. Talked to them about my past problems with mice and this other company said it sounded like temporary solutions, such as foam and steel wool had been used, which was why the issue was never permanently solved. And they were right! I went and looked at the previous repairs ADM had done and sure enough...foam and steel wool. This other company (again, NOT ADM) said they used heavy duty screening (he told me the gauge, but I forgot) and cement to permamently resolve the entrance holes. I will definitely NOT be using ADM again. read more
