This little place has good food, great service and reasonable prices. I ordered the half chicken plate which came with a fresh little green salad, rice pilaf ,garlic sauce and hummus. The chicken is tender and full of flavor. The salad is fresh and the dressing pairs well with it. The rice pilaf was buttery and moist. Yum! The hummus and garlic sauce are also very good Pita bread is good. The service is great! You are immediately greeted with a friendly hello. All of the staff is very helpful and your order is ready rather quickly. Give this place a try if your looking for some good Mediterranean food. I called yesterday at 12:30 to order the combo plate because I saw their website and menu online and thought they looked so good and was excited to try it. On the menu it says if you get the Combo kebab plate, then you choose which 2 kebabs you want. When I called, this cashier "Anna" picked up, so I told her I wanted the combo plate, and she quickly said, "it'll be ready in 20 minutes" and almost hung up on me, but I said "wait excuse me" and I asked her if she's going to ask which 2 kebabs I want, and I asked her "how will you know which 2 I want?". She responded saying "that only comes with chicken and beef". So I told her if she can ask someone, maybe her manager because on the menu it says "your choice of 2". And she told me "I've been working here for years, I know that it's only chicken and beef". So I asked her, "can I speak to a manager, because I'm the menu it says that I can choose". And she told me that all managers were out at lunch (how convenient). So I asked her "when can I call back to speak to a manager?" At this point I just wanted someone who would actually help me out. When I asked that, she said "I'm very busy, I have a lot of orders, do you want something or not?" And I told her no, and then I asked her for her name and she told me supposedly "Anna". At this point I just decided to eat at Zankou Chicken, so I called in there and they were very helpful and food was good, but I still wish I got to try Ani's, but the cashier was not being helpful or competent and honestly quite rude when she told me she's very busy because she made me feel like she didn't want to deal with me. So later around 6 PM, I called again to ask to speak to a manager, and "Anna" picked up, and right when I asked that question she said "you're still calling? Don't you have a life?" Then she hung up on me. So I called again, and a man answered and I asked him if he was the manager, he said no, the manager isn't in currently, so I asked him if with the combo plate I'm able to choose my 2 meats and he said yes, so I told him my frustration with "Anna" telling me that it's only chicken and beef, and that she knows because she's been working there for years. And when I said the man said that "Anna" is actually a new cashier that hasn't been working there that long. So I will keep calling until I speak to a manager about this and as long as "Anna" is a cashier there, I will not be eating there. Terrible cashier and service. read more

I called in my order and picked up about15 mins later as directed by the staff. Food was ready when I arrived, yay for good timing. The girl who took my order and was my cashier on pick up was very sweet and friendly. 2 Lula kabobs, yum! Lots of rice pilaf, salad with feta, hummus and pita, beets, and peppers. We really thought we had found a great, local place until our most recent order. My partner ordered two drinks, a chicken kabob plate, and an order of extra hummus and pita. Upon picking up the order, not only were our drinks and extra order of hummus and pita were not in the order, but when my partner pointed out it was incorrect, they were told "That's your order, shoo" So not only did Ani's get our order wrong, didn't give us what we paid for, but then was so extremely rude for no reason. Great Expectations met with Poor Quality It's been a few years since I've tried Ani's, but my usual spot was closed for the night. Got to admit that first time all those years ago should have been my last. I remember the chicken being extremely dry... Today I picked up some hummu, Tzatzki & pita chips. The hummus was Flavorless The Tzatziki was oddly thick and stringy. The yogurt reminded me of the gloopy crud that forms around the sour cream lid. The stringy cucumber was not fresh. No crunch what so ever. The pita chips... I'll admit my expectation may have been a bit high. I expected freshly fried and seasoned pita chips. I received baked chips with no flavor. It's a literal hole in the wall and from the looks of it, you'd think it's a rotisserie chicken place only. They do have rotisserie chicken but they have much more, like all kinds of meat kabobs and fish and traditional sides like hummus, baba ghanoush, tabouleh, tzatziki yogurt, and ikra Russian eggplant dip. I ordered the meat catering tray with chicken, beef, and luleh which is ground beef and chicken mix. It comes with grilled jalapeno, tomatoes, and pepperoncinis. They also serve a generous portion of pita bread in a traditional round bowl for tortillas. Cute touch. The owner lady was super nice and helped me as it was my first time. She said the food will take 30-35 minutes which I was fine with because that means it'll be grilled fresh and not reheated. The food is delicious. Chicken was tender and juicy, not dried out as it often happens with grilled chicken. The beef was good quality and didn't have fat or gristle or tendons which plague lower quality cuts. The luleh is awesome with a nice springy chew and good seasoning. For $43.95, it was well worth the price because it's more meat than getting 3 combo plates at a higher cost. I don't eat rice anyway so I rather put my money towards meat. I also got a small hummus and small baba ghanoush for the pita. Both were tasty. I had to pack a lot of the meat to go and the nice lady and her cook gave us extra fresh whole pitas in a separate bag to take home to eat because they said the leftover pita we had would be all soggy already. I'd definitely go back every chance I get. Next time I'll try the gyro, lamb chops, and fish, but it's hard to beat the meat tray. read more

My coworkers frequently orders from this place when we have a birthday celebration at work. We order a party tray of chicken, rice, and salad. I would say that the leaner meats are really dry and hard to swallow but the fattier pieces are so juicy and delicious. YUM! Comes with delicious pita bread and garlic sauce. Happened 10/28/22. I have to say the food is excellent and tasty(especially the rotisserie chicken) was one of my favorite go to places for lunch. However, I left behind my airpod and confirmed with the cashier that it was left behind. I went back after work and second crew could not locate it. MyFindMyPhone locator gave me where my airpod location was. Monday went back and spoke to cashier who had confirmed airpod was left. Stated they did find and gave to me but it was an old one and did not match other airpod. Asked her who lived at location, she stated she did and did I know which apartment. Maybe if I drove there My location would of lead me to it but I did not have time for that. I am very disappointed in the integrity of the cashier and will not be going back. My family and co workers used love this place but for the past year, quality of food has gone down. The worst part was that when I called to let them know, they did say to bring the receipt back to get refunded and to be fair they did issue a refund however the way the lady was talking sounded like she was more upset that we told them their chicken had blood. Their food is good but I wont be going back. Each time I go, the staff is wearing their masks over their chins thus exposing their mouths and noses around the food.  I ask the cashier to put on a mask which she does.  As soon as I pay and step away only a few feet, she takes it off. Tonight there was a woman working there, coughing as she walked thru the food prep area.  Short older woman with short blonde hair.  NO Mask, deep cough.  Continually coughing around the food and not even covering her mouth with her hand.
