I asked for almond they did them round, the lady had to do five round of coats and my nails came out so bad different shapes. I did not pick the color she used on me. It was way different than the book , it was super see through and the shape was not right. I tried explaining to the owner how I felt and she was not understanding at all and said " next time pick another nail artist" and still charged me for a regular mani. The only reason I was going was for. Liz and Itzel that's it. I am attaching a picture because according to the owner, the shape it was perfect and the color was exactly like the book. The book was a deep dark blue and my shape is definitely not what I asked. I also communicated this to the Nail tech multiple times.

I would never have said yes knowing that they would charge $5 more for the buff! The pedicure cost $40 and when I complained, they were entirely inflexible. I will never return. I get my nails done elsewhere - they lost a whole family of potential customers by being shady on pricing. I get needing to make a living but this just feels unfair.

The older lady who did my pedicure was rough, rushed through it, and didn't seem to care at all. At one point she even cleaned one of her pedi utensils on my foot, which honestly grossed me out. I had grown out my toenails specifically so they could all be trimmed to the same length, and she completely butchered them -- they came out uneven and just wrong. I don't know if it was because it was my first time here, but for something I paid for, I expected so much better. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because of Jennie, who did my gel manicure. She was fantastic -- attentive, skilled, and clearly cares about her work. If I ever come back, it'll only be for her. As for the pedicure, I'm genuinely so upset about how it turned out. I won't be trusting anyone else here with my feet again.

I stopped in for a simple gel polish removal and was immediately met with a rude response: "Can't you see we're busy? It will be 45 minutes." The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I completely understand that businesses get busy, but there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers- we are human beings after all. Instead, I walked across the street to another salon, where they were friendly, accommodating, and took care of the gel removal right away for $10. After years of supporting this business, I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression and made me question whether I will return. Perhaps under different circumstances.
