We went to see her within a week of the birth with some trepidation for our little guy, but our experience with her was wonderful and reassuring. She was very warm and took the time to explain the procedures, the reasons to do the laser surgeries, and the mouth exercises we would need to do on the baby, plus answered all of our questions. Dr. Lee did an AMAZING job on my adult tongue tie release! She is kind, the procedure was quick and my orofasial therapist said she did a beautiful job too! It's healing beautifully and I'm already feeling so much better. I even felt a release in my neck during the procedure - the tension released immediately!! I had a laser frenectomy with Dr. Lee, and it was very quick and easy (under 10mins). She is very informative of how to take care of the wound after the surgery so that reattachment does not happen. For those with neck, back pain and shoulder tensions, frenectomy really helps with postural issues. Really recommend. read more

I found Dr. Lee online so it is only fitting that I pay it forward online! So, here it is: LOOK NOWHERE ELSE! SHE IS ALL YOU NEED! My child is a teenager and so it was a bit late for me to discover that she had a tongue tie condition. I felt pretty guilty and was in a hurry to find a solution to help her. I called Dr. Lee's office and the very friendly Olivia immediately made me feel like I can find the help I seek. She made an appointment for us right away and what I really liked was the fact that she quoted me a price and that was exactly what I paid at the end of the procedure and nothing more! Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time diagnosing my daughter, showing me what she sees, telling me what they are called, offering solutions, and explaining the procedure, the after care, and everything else I can do to help my daughter. What more can a mom ask for?! Dr. Lee was able to perform the procedure right away and my teenager had ZERO complaints about her! I called to set an appointment and Olivia was very professional and polite which is refreshing. Once I arrived for my appointment, I noticed the dental office was very clean. The paperwork process was quick. Dr. Lee's dental assistant Brianna did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. Brianna was gentle and took her time processing my X-rays. I felt really conflicted in deciding what to do about my sons tongue and upper lip tie. While I did believe it was impacting us both, the pediatrician blew me off and an ENT also said he had no tongue tie and while she recognized the upper lip tie, she didn't want to do anything about it. They were both cold to me and dismissive. Dr. Lee was different. She was attentive and kind and got us in right away. She connected with me and I felt she really cared. We had just come from the ENT and my son was crying inconsolably from being overtired and Dr. Lee did not want to subject him to the surgery in the state he was in. That made me feel like she really had his best interest in mind and that she wasn't rushing me to do an expensive procedure that she doesn't bill insurance for. I did worry going into this that a dentist may try to get me to do the procedure to make a profit, but I didn't feel that at all from Dr. Lee. We went back a few days later and I know we made the right choice. I've noticed a big change in his feeding abilities and I now have almost no discomfort, after 2 months of painful breastfeeding. Dr. Anna Lee is fantastic. I have never been a fan of the dentist, but she has been wonderfully kind, gentle and accommodating, and has changed my opinion on dentistry as a whole. First- Let's address the accommodation. She is the only dentist I know that holds hours that are outside of your working day, I can get there at 8am- and with that she is timely- and can get me out in an hour so I can get to work. Second, the kindness- as I mentioned I have not been a fan of dentists so I hadn't seen one in a year. She could tell, and rather than being judgmental about it, she utilized this moment as a learning opportunity and guided me through the process of getting my dental health on track. I was suffering from a left lower molar cavity, which is very difficult to brush well, and Dr. Lee was able to quickly treat it. The BEST! TRUSTWORTHY, EXPERIENCED, CARING Very POSITIVE EXPERIENCE-- I am so happy to have found Dr. Lee! She's the best dentist I've ever been to. I can't say enough good things about my recent visit... I had a very horrible dental experience before her, and was extremely tentative about getting proper dental care. (Also, I happen to be a special needs dental patient) I wanted to do more research and looked into Zocdoc.com, then found excellent reviews for Dr. Anna Lee DDS. Then I looked at her website, read all the patient testimonials, and watched an elderly patient's video testimonial about his experience. Dr. Lee also has over 20 years of experience with excellent USC dentistry credentials! I made an online appointment. The office resides in an unpretentious redbrick medical building. Inside the office, the patient rooms have a nice window view of the trees and mountains - very serene. I sat there feeling like I was at a Dental Spa. As calming classical music played in the background, Dr. Lee took my digital X-rays. Instantly, they appeared on the monitor one by one -- it was literally over within minutes! Usually at other dental offices there would be a wait time and the monitor would be in another room. Also I would get mouth sores because the tech would carelessly shove the bulky x-ray film in my mouth -- not so at this office. Dr. Lee then did a COMPLETE examination ... she was very gentle and efficient as she skillfully prodded my gums and checked for any cavities. I was able to relax and let her take care of everything. After the thorough, yet gentle cleaning, polish, and flossing, we had a discussion on my dental health. I got some therapeutic counseling, and she made sure all my questions/concerns were answered. As I was leaving, I even got gifted with a "goodie bag" of premium dental care items! Dr. Lee and her assistant Olive were friendly, efficient, and totally professional. They made sure I was comfortable and happy during the whole visit. Even better, is that they treat all their patients the same way. It was definitely worth the few extra minutes of driving from San Gabriel Valley. Overall, I had an excellent "FIRST-CLASS" dental experience here; compared to other dental places I've been to in the past that care more about making $$ than about patient care. So this review is past due she had her lip n tongue frenectomy in December. I would have to say the compassion n patience Dr Lee and her staff showed my baby and me stood out very much. The information n teaching she did was amazing. The best part is they did not rush anything not the consultation nor the procedure. My baby was 3 months at the time. She immediately as able to open her mouth wider. And my baby immediately noticed she could now play with her tongue.
