Regardless of where I sit or how busy it is, I wait about 10 minutes before needing to go to the hostess to ask who my server is. Every single time (the 10-12 times I've been here), there seems to be confusion over who will be serving me. Once I have a server assigned, they end up taking my order right away, but rarely checking on me to see if I'd like a refill while I wait for my order. This is frustrating because I usually wait 45-60 minutes. I'm a business owner myself, so I hate giving bad reviews, but I also know how necessary it is for owners to receive feedback so they can improve. I also know reviews from people who have negative experiences can be overly harsh and exaggerated. However, that's why I've given this place so many opportunities before writing this review. I have had consistently horrible service (although most staff are friendly). The only reason I keep coming back is because the food is excellent. I would like to highlight that as a major positive. If the food wasn't excellent and was just mediocre, this would be a 1 star review. I will caveat that with one bad food experience, which is my experience right now as I write this. My wife received her crepe after waiting over an hour for it. When it arrived, there was a hunk of unmelted cheese in it. That's unacceptable to begin with, but especially after waiting an hour! It is the first time in my life (I'm 36) that I have ever asked a server to take something off my bill. Since asking, I am once again waiting; this time not for my food but for my bill (my wife and son left separately so I could wait to pay). I've waited for 15 minutes for the waitress to come back with my bill. I will continue to come back to support the business and business owner, hoping that service will improve and that the owner sees this message and spends some serious time on training the staff. It needs a LOT of attention. I'm surprised more people aren't providing similar feedback. I will adjust my review in about 3-4 months if my experiences are improved, but consistently. I really want to see this business stick around.

Then they said they were going to give us a dirty table but needed more time to clean it up. Waiting over 40min then having no explanation I asked for the GM. He had no answer. He walked away then came back and gave an apology w gift cards which I refused to accept. I don't need gift cards, I want an understanding of why that happened. If an explanation cannot be given don't try to bribe me. Horrible experience. It's a shame that I won't be coming back to this establishment. We've been coming at least 3-4 times a month and it's only gotten worse. Safe to say this management team needs to be addressed.

They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu.
