The service was there. It's a middle morning Tuesday. Only seen the server once to take the order and then another who brought food. That was it. No one was rude. The food, hit and miss. A typical American breakfast wasn't too bad. You can't really mess up a typical American breakfast (a pancake, hash brown, eggs, bacon, sausage) hash brown did taste like it's been sitting there. Now the "south of the border" I DO NOT recommend the chilaquiles. Maybe it was a bad batch. It's in a green sauce and it tasted beyond tangy. Definitely had some lemon juice in there. It was not enjoyable. Since the sauce drenches the rest of the plate, everything else (beans and egg) tasted like lemon too. It was topped with some Carnitas (+$4 extra for meat) and even some of it tasted too much like lemon. The restaurant itself, doesn't look bad inside. All wooden. Spacious. Its giving a giant cabin vibe. I would definitely come back still but I have learned a lesson that the south of the border selection here, leave it alone. Don't bother ordering from it. The coffee was great though. I don't think they do refills though. I didn't see a server often to ask.

I would ask Yoli's in Riverside to read this!!! Tried Annie's for the first time and the Moreno Valley store#3 excels in service!!!! A short wait in busy restaurant is no problem especially when you are seated then served promptly. I'm not a picky eater, when order eggs over easy I appreciate them showing up that way, when they don't I feel like it's necessary to mention it! I did and our waitress immediately said "I got you" before I could say another word walked away and back in a flash with a fresh plate and complete order of eggs made perfectly! Other business owners should take notice to this! Not only did Breana take charge to ensure I had what I wanted but checked in on our entire meal and satisfaction. Truly a professional at accessing a situation and rectifying without question. I would recommend this store as her and teammates were all positive and friendly making for a great experience and atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The meal the was tasty and I really enjoy a good breakfast! I look forward to returning and experiencing more their offerings! Great job Annie's

This is comparing my prior experience at the lake elsinore location. Service a bit slower here, waitresses were friendly but had to ask for things twice. Both entrees were tasty, coffee cake slice was very cakey and much smaller than expected, especially given the upcharge. Comes with some entertainment as the staff did a dance show. Plenty of free parking. Pay by phone feature available. Sort of set back location in a deserted strip mall.

Great parking all the way around. Roll up glass garage doors line one wall letting in lots of lightThis place is loud! They have vanilla creamer on the table as well as several different types of hot sauces, 2 different types of syrups, and jams. The ketchup is generic and very sweet. I had sausage and eggs with hash browns and sour dough toast - delicious!

So it was totally the misters idea to come here. This use to be the old hooters and now we have this nice little breakfast/brunch spot, that I might add is always packed. Our service was great, wait not too long, and the food very good. I must have been really hungry because I forgot to take pictures of our food. However we did run into friends who were waiting to be seated. So glad our community is getting some good places to eat, I will definitely be back.

We always love trying new breakfast restaurants and when we heard this one opened up, we just had to try it. We got there around 8am and there was no wait at all (on Memorial Day), which was perfect because it did start to pick up around 9am. We were immediately sat and greeted by our server! Our server was quick to bring our drinks and was also really kind to give us all the time we needed to look over the menu. She was really great, though, as it got busier, we did see her less and less. We each ordered something different: deep fried Monte Cristo sandwich, double whammy, totally cheesy omelette (with bell peppers), and ham & eggs breakfast plate. Each item was really good! The home fried potatoes were really delicious, I wish I had gotten them over the hash browns!!! The only thing that was a little disappointing (at least for us) was that the totally cheesy omelette only had some slices of cheese on the outside, rather than inside. It could've really just been scrambled eggs with cheese on top. Also, when our biscuit came out, it was room temperature (not warm), and that was a little disappointing because warm biscuits are the best! Nevertheless, we had a great time! The vibe was really great, with lots of space, music, and even some cool paintings on the wall. It was such a great space to hang out and chat with family!

Decided to try this place out on a Friday afternoon, it was pretty busy so I was hopeful that it meant good food and service. We were greeted right away and seated in an area that was near to where the servers pass through which was fine but left little to the ambiance. Our waitress was friendly enough but weird for her to assist us and then sit next to a couple across from us to chat. I ordered the bangers and mash, both were really good. Prices are a bit on the steep side in my opinion but that may be the norm now with everything going up in price. We asked for our check and noticed the total to be a bit high and realized the items were incorrect and the check was not ours. We alerted the server and she had to create a new check, not really sure what was going on there with that but maybe she was too distracted by her company to accurately settle our table.

Food! Service!! Ambiance takes you to the outskirts of England... Large and accommodating place for large families or just party of two. Service was quick and reliable bringing our food out. Tasty and delicious breakfast plates.

Quirky Brunch Spot with a Slight British Twist in Southeast Riverside When you walk into this cafe, you can't help but notice the fantastic wood interior. But then the Union Jack and the fine pastoral paintings, the fake suit of armor all make you realize this ain't your ordinary breakfast joint. It's Annie's from Temecula, and now the British fab fusion has invaded the Riverside area. We came in on a Saturday, and while busy, we got seated right away. Here's what's good: The Winston. Classic semi-full English breakfast minus the black pudding (sad face for not having it) but the addition of potatoes (I got the hash browns). Sausage was big and snappy on the casing, great flavor, which went well with the tomato flavoring of the typical canned baked beans. The back bacon was super salty and paired well with the mushrooms, which were barely seasoned to offset the saltiness. Came with choice of toasted bread, and I got the English muffins, which you can tell are made from scratch here. Best English muffin you ever had: soft and chew with a slight crust, and lacking much the bitter flavor typical for this; comes with butter soaked right in and, as always, goes well with my favorite orange marmalade. Best hearty breakfast platter, and a must order. Sourdough bread. So good! Not too sour like typical sourdough. Also came with butter soaked in on the one side. A definite recommend. Biscuits and gravy. Biscuits are slightly sweeter than typical. And the gravy is spot on: not too overpowering and savory, but just right amount so you keep coming back for more. You only get 2 biscuits for this side order, and they aren't too thick like most places. Definite recommend. Overall, a great experience with great food and attentive service. If it's your first time, they offer to put some hats on you for a dance challenge, too: if you can keep them on during your meal, the servers do a dance, but if you take them off, you have to dance. We kept them on, and so all the servers actually did a coordinated team dance, and if was a hilariously good time! Highly recommend coming to eat at Annie's because it's breakfast that just hits different here.

Annie's Cafe is the newest restaurant to open in southeast Riverside on Valley Springs Parkway - just east of the 215 freeway and south of the 60 freeway (bordering Riverside and Moreno Valley). It is located in the building that used to occupy Hooter's so the layout is very spacious and open. I came out here for breakfast with a small group. We were greeted at the door and immediately shown to our table. Annie's Cafe has an extensive menu offering not just breakfast items but also brunch and lunch items. For breakfast, I ordered a Hobo Skillet, which has a little bit of everything mixed with scrambled eggs. It came with a side of biscuits. My skillet was a little heavy on the potatoes and too easy on the bacon, ham and sausage. I wish it were a little more balanced. I ordered a Coffee Cake to go and it was good. The atmosphere was lively for a Saturday morning and we were entertained by the staff dancing to Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling". I'm not sure if they dance everyday or every weekend or since they recently opened up but it definitely made for a unique experience. The service was okay. They got one of party's order wrong so she got her food a little later than everyone else's. And the first server brought out the wrong food items. They must have mixed us up with another table. A little mishap but I'm sure it's because they're still working out the new business kinks. Overall, the food was good and we liked the big open space to enjoy our breakfast. I'd like to come back and try their chilaquiles next time,

This is a cute cafe in what used to be Hooters. They have a large food selection to choose from. It's a nice cafe and are open until the early afternoon. Perfect for breakfast and lunch. The staff are friendly and take care of their customers. I had chilaquiles and coffee. The chips were crispy I asked for them to be well done and they were delicious.

Our party of 5 waited over an hour and a half to receive our food! We saw tables that were seated after us receive their food and leave while we asked our waitress what the hold up was. Annie's Café is absolutely fantastic! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell there's real care in every dish. The staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a full meal. Everything from the coffee to the desserts hits the spot. If you're looking for something to satisfy that sweet tooth grab your coffee cake!!! It's something you can leave without trying. Had bad service today My server came took my order and then i Never saw him again. I asked to speak to Manager and she never came to talk to me. Cups were dirty and had lipstick on it. After 12mins of no help, I got up and walked out. You should have a Manager on the floor at all times not in the office or trying to be a sever while your customers need attention. HORRIBLE Service Paloma brought my food out it was not correct. Creepe was wrong and cold . I asked her to have it re made, and she ignored me. Strawberries were old and slimmly . I had a coupon For 15% of and she didn't even honor that. Besides giving poor service ,she ignored my needs . Table beside me was also complaining and never filled our coffee cups. Tried bringing my family here for breakfast. The host took down my name and number said it'll be 15. I get the place gets busy etc. my family is very visibly Hispanic. 30 minutes go by, nothing. People who had just arrived and had barely made a reservation got in before we did. The family that got in were all white elderly people. I asked the host we had been there for +40 minutes and if our table was ready, host said it should be ready soon and kept continuing conversation with the other host. Another family had arrived and registered (i know because I was able to hear them as I was waiting with my family) within 10 minutes they got seated. We left and didn't get the table. I was looking forward to this location but was disappointed as how we were treated. If I could give negative review I would. read more

A great place for breakfast or lunch. Our favorite breakfasts are Mediterranean Omelette and for lunch their Fish and Chips. The serving size of the cod fish huge. Great service. The food was delicious, I had the omelette with spinach and mushrooms, the home potatoes were very good. The only negative is that if you want the home potatoes and you want onion and bell peppers added it's an additional 1.25, those normally come with it at all the breakfast spots I have been too. That's the only thing I didn't like. Otherwise, you will enjoy your meal. Prices are decent,and again the food is good. Staff is very nice. read more

I decided to try this place and they have a nice menu. I ordered Annie's Rueben and my husband ordered Breakfast. first of all the waitress who was very nice never came back to ask if I wanted a refill on my drink. out food arrive and his potatoes were cold my Rueben was cold in the inside and some of my fries were cold. She did discounted our bill. I'll give them another chance only because the waitress discounted our bill. read more

Annie's Cafe is one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh and full of flavor--you can tell they really care about the quality. From breakfast to lunch, everything I've tried has been consistently delicious. Even the coffee stands out--it's rich, smooth, and honestly better than a lot of coffee shops I've been to. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it feels like they put effort into every detail. Definitely a go-to place when you want great tasting food and great quality all around. I visited annie's for the first time yesterday and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Nobody was rude but we weren't helped by our assigned server. We never saw her face once on the floor. The host was Alyssa she was the only person who greeted us with a smile and was being attentive to our table. We watched Alyssa be the only person who would repeatedly check up on that whole section. She grabbed their drinks, did coffee refills, and cashed out bills. When my food arrived it was very cold and I couldn't enjoy it, in result I took it home. I went to go pay upfront with the host Alyssa and complained about my service. After asking to speak to the manager, I found out my server was the manger Paloma. The kind host apologized multiple times and gave us a discount to try and make up for something that was not her fault, nor in her control. We assumed the tip would've went to the host which is the only reason we left one. Sad to find out the manger/server was the one who was going to receive it when she didn't help us not once! After talking with the host, the young lady convinced us to give annie's another try. Shame on annie's cafe for having such a horrible manager! Restaurant Mangers are not supposed to get tables in general let alone a whole section! She could have at least had another server take over her tables instead of leaving them neglected. It's sad to say the young lady at the front was not only an amazing host but was doubling as a busser and a server, when it should've been my assigned server. We will update when we come back to annie's definitely with a different server. Thank you to the host for convincing us to not give up on annie's just yet and clarifying that she will sit us with a different server and being the only enjoyable part of our visit. read more

I'm leaving a review as a bystander to the semi altercation that occurred as my family and I came to visit. I seen multiple families upset as to food not being up to par or just simply getting forgot about, i know it was busy but there is more than enough workers there to accommodate to our needs. Manager is this young kid looking guy, not too consoling, rude, looked like he was giving an attitude. After we seen it all unfold we just finished our food quickly and rushed out. seated at 11:11 am, did not receive our breakfast until 12:05pm. 3 tables around us that were seated after us were served within 15 mins. Our sever Lilian M did not have a clue. We asked for a manager and he said he would look into the problem. Came back with a slice of coffee cake and 10 mins later our meal came out in 4 different time about 3 mins apart. The portions were small for the price. Will not be back. read more

I think this is really good considering how busy they were Location it's near Cinnabon and Chuze fitness, so it was on the opposite side of the mall from where we entered (Macys). DRINK ORDERED: Banana Pudding Matcha I'm only going to be rating the drink I personally had. RATING: 7/10; I never thought banana pudding and matcha would be a flavor combo I'd drink together, but it was overall decent. I wish they would have put a small layer of banana pudding at the bottom of the cup and then the layer at the top. I was only able to taste the banana pudding until I was almost done with my drink. It's not something I'd drink again personally, but it could be others cup of tea! My other two parties got a Coconut Matcha and Luna Latte and they both gave it a 10/10. So, maybe I just didn't get one of the better drinks on the menu. Overall, my aunt and grandma stated that they would definitely come here again. I personally wasn't the biggest fan of my drink, but that's just me

It tasted like something you can get frozen from the stores that you just microwave or air fry.I enjoyed the cheesecake, but I didn't really like the pistachio milk cake, it tasted Joe they just mixed their milk solution with pistachio pudding powder (based off of the to bright/unnatural green color of it) and didn't flavor it with any real pistachio nuts. I enjoyed the coffee as well however I feel that the prices of everything was expensive especially when we didn't even know the prices of 3/4 of the things we purchased. Drinks came out looking right! Until I had a sip of my coffee in the car and it was not banana matcha :/ It was just a regular matcha with cookie crumbles on top. Additionally, i paid about $21 for two drinks and it was very HEAVILY iced. I will say, the cream is very good. It's made more on the thick side, which I do prefer. I hate when the cream just seems into the drink like how it does at Starbucks 50% of the time. Ambiance was great, the coffee shop was super cute, and in general a great addition to this area of the IE. Service was okay, and I would give it another chance considering they are a small coffee shop with a great offer, just some things that can be refined to make it a truly great experience! Definitely recommend but make sure to have your order repeated if it has substitutions and request less ice because they do go heavy on it here.

The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Came here for breakfast with my husband and we actually really liked it! Our server Breana was AMAZING from the beginning, literally 10/10 service. Even though the place was super full, she was still really attentive and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. The coffee was so good and honestly the timing was crazy fast. We ordered and got our food within like 5 minutes which shocked us. We got the Bigger Breakfast and it was really good, super tasty and filling. We also ordered the pancakes and the portion was huge since it comes with 3 pancakes, but unfortunately they just weren't really our favorite. I also liked the whole setup where Breana took our order and another person brought out the food, everything still flowed really smoothly. The ambience felt really comfortable and happy. It was someone's birthday while we were there and the staff sang for them which made the environment feel really fun and welcoming. Definitely feels like a good spot to come celebrate a birthday or just have a nice breakfast. We'll definitely be coming back for my birthday! Love it here! read more

Annie's Café is such a warm and inviting place! I love how the staff comes together to sing happy birthday--it makes the atmosphere feel so joyful and special. The food is absolutely amazing: their Caesar salad is off the hook, and the fish and chips are easily one of my favorites. Our waiter, Josephine, was incredible. She was super sweet, gave us excellent recommendations, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed--water, napkins, and more. Her attentiveness made the experience even better. This place is great! It's a brand-new spot that just opened, so we had to give it a try. My family and I went for breakfast, and everything was solid. No complaints from my wife, and my son actually finished his kids' meal (which is rare). I had the scrambler, and it was pretty good. The vibe inside was really nice, and at one point the staff even did a little dance during our meal--it was unexpected but fun. The menu has a lot of options, so I definitely want to come back and try it for lunch. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
