However, during my pedicure, they switched nail techs midway, and the quality dropped significantly after that. It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a more professional and consistent experience.

The quality of the work is all over the place. The nail tech I used to love is gone, and ever since then, I haven't had a consistently good experience. The salon has never been very welcoming either, which made it easier to decide not to come back after this visit. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more somewhere else. I'd rather pay more for quality than waste money fixing someone else's work. Thankfully, I had everything I needed at home to remove the bad gel and redo my own pedicure.
