This is one of the better chain breakfast/ brunch spots in Atlanta! If we pick a chain to eat at, I always pick this one! I have had great experiences here. I've been on weekends for brunch and had to wait 20 or 30 minutes, but it wasn't too bad! And my servers have always been nice and competent! And there is a good selection of food options! I usually lean toward a brunch with Mexican flair, so I picked huevos rancheros my last visit! Not my favorite huevos rancheros in the city, but still really good! Last time I came here I just had a cup of black coffee after the waitress couldn't help me find something that met my dietary restrictions. Trying to prevent this from happening again I called and asked if they could accommodate my dietary restrictions. The person I spoke with dismissively said yes and that I could just ask my server. I politely asked if there were any items that came to mind. She briskly listed off four options. All of which had eggs, which I can't eat. I tried to be super polite clarifying that when I said an egg allergy I meant no eggs. She then told me "I'm sure you'll figure something out. I've got people waiting" and hung up on me. Put me on hold, transfer me to someone who has more time, and I won't mind a bit. To give me information that is wrong about a severe allergy and then hang up on me is unacceptable. Food was delicious!! Highly recommend using the app to get on the waiting list especially for Sunday brunch because the line is out the door. We had a table of 5 but the app helped you see how long the wait was once we got out of church and before we got there, then we just checked in with the hostess when we actually got there. It was our first time and the complementary beignets for "first timers" were delicious. We had a toddler who was "so hungry" and the waitress Thai was so sweet and put his order in first so his food would come out quickly. We each ordered something different and no one was disappointed. I have heard of this restaurant but never ventured over. This Valentine weekend, my husband got a hotel room near Perimeter Mall and we were hungry Sunday morning. I found this place on Google and we left our hotel around 845 a.m. Upon arriving, we were immediately seated..but I will say by time we finished eating, there was a waiting lobby full of people. So, it seems your best bet to get sat immediately will be before 930 a.m. We were first time visitors so we were given a complimentary plate of Beignets. They were sooooo good and wholesome. My husband got powder all over him trying to bite them :) I ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast with eggs and homemade sausage patties. This meal was amazing! My husband's grandfather is from Sumter, South Carolina and use to slaughter pigs and home make his own sausage patties...and my husband stated Another Broken Egg's sausage tastes just as fresh as his Granddad's! The french toast was sooo good. It was literally like biting into a Cinnabun at the mall. Hubby got an omelette that he says was made perfectly (flat and more toppings than egg). This is my first visit to this chain. First, the food is GOOD, I may start regularly going to one closer to me. However, this location while the staff may be very friendly, they are in attentive. I had to flag someone down for: a drink I ordered from the bar, butter for my muffin (which had gone cold at that point), a refill on my coffee (however I did not get that). The bar tender was extremely friendly, but was quite overwhelmed with the people she was helping. Please note: this was not during a rush or on a busy weekend, I had no wait to be seated. I would give this place a second chance if I was near by, I will give a different location of the chain a visit soon however. The food is fantastic. read more

We were seated in Brittneys section. She is my reason for writing the review. She was such a good server, and in my world, that can make or break your entire experience at a restaurant. She was knowledgeable, made suggestions, and always have our table enough attention. I very much enjoyed our food. We ordered several different options and each one was great! I was terribly saddened today to find out that this location adopted an in prompt to "no phone policy" to only one guest. I watched them remove a guest who had taken a call quietly in the restaurant. And then prompted to lock the door on her during business hours as if she was aggressively trying to re enter. I felt unsafe as this is a fire hazard and closed my check immediately. If you want a good mimosa and hearty brunch/breakfast you must visit any other these locations in Metro Atlanta. The Sunday crowd will require a wait time up to 45 mins but well worth it. My niece and I were part of a large group that could not be sited on time due to how busy the place was and they all decided to cancel the reservation and leave. The price is way too high for such low quality food and small portions (5.60 for one slice of French toast/1 pancake.) I've never left a review before but this was so disrespectful I had to do one. We waited over an hour for a table, which would have been ok if they were turning tables over quickly. However, tables were being left empty for over thirty minutes and when we finally got sat, they were five other empty table around us. The wait could have been easily shortened by thirty minutes. I love brunch, I really love a fancy brunch. This is not that. But its a chain so I get it.This is a terrific place for a starter brunch lover. The New Orleans style food was good enough and the portions are plentiful. Service is just ok but somehow understandable given how busy the place is with large parties of people and people who brought kids. Big mimosa selection plus a full bar which is good in case you need to drink yourself into feeling like it is a fancy brunch. Come here when you dont feel like venturing into the city or other neighborhoods but want a far better breakfast than WaHo. I came here on a business trip and the first experience was terrible. The white manager checked me up and down because of my ethnicity is Asian then checked on my other co-workers (Indian & white). He looked at the waitress with that look and she sat us to the corner of the place behind a wall while all the other white folks sat at the front of the restaurant. Rebecca Wright is a disgrace as a general manager. Upon entry we were told that there was a two hour wait. We called a week in advance and were told they did not take reservations. We were advised to call 45 min in advance the day of, which we did. When we arrived we were greeted by Rebecca Wright who informed us that they could not honor the online system and that we had a two hour wait. We received a message 20 minutes later that our table was ready. Our entire party came and we waited about 15 to get drinks and our order was taken about 20 minutes later. After our order was taken it took another 30 minutes to receive our food. While we were eating, we were told that we could no longer order food because they have an hour limit on our food. If my math adds up, the amount of time it actually took for us to get our food equals to the same amount of time we had the table for. From my understanding of restaurants you cannot rush a table. Especially when it's a party of 12. Understanding we have to social distance, we were given two tables. No issue there. But to put an hour time limit on a party that large is beyond unethical. The only reason there were two stars in this review is because we had a very professional and understanding waitress. As a black professional I do not like to throw around the race card, because everything isn't racially motivated. What was interesting though is that there were other large parties who were in seated for the same amount of time as us and weren't given the same issues. read more
