Bad experience all around. When I ordered wheels I ordered tires through anthem also. I could of got the tires locally for quite a bit cheaper, but I thought what would be better than getting brand new wheels with tires already mounted with TPSM installed. All I have to do is bolt them on my truck. WRONG. They didn't install the TPSMs I had spent extra for defeating the purpose I paid extra for the tires. They mailed them to me after I contacted them to let them know. I had to get them installed at a local tire shop that ended up scratching 3 of my brand new rims. All which could of been avoided if anthem did their job in the first place and sent me the rims with tires and tpsm mounted like they had promised. When I complained to them about the whole situation they just told me it wasn't their problem......they didn't recommended the tire shop to me. I guess they didn't understand none of it would of happened if they did their job right. They also recommended tire/ rim size and told me they wouldn't rub.........but of course they do. Fast forward just under 2 years and the powder coat finish is already coming of in several places. When I brought this up on their IG page someone else commented they had the same results. Then our comments were deleted........go figure. These rims are garbage their customer service is garbage. Don't waste your hard earned money on rims that will look all messed up not even 2 years later. Oh and I live in San Diego so these rims aren't subject to snow and salt or any harsh conditions really. Get your rims elsewhere unless you like wasting your money on subpar rims. I've attached pictures. You can be the judge. You can see that around the word anthem the paint is coming off. Yet the area isn't scratched. Same with the other area. The paint has come off, but the are is still smooth. So it's not like its curb rash. Plus my tires stick out quite a bit. The tire would hit the curb if anything. That's how all 4 of my rims look. read more

After working a great deal over 3 days on what was described as over-stock wheels with Ryan. He sent me a special check out link and I paid with a credit card. I was suspicious that the deal was too good and I asked at least twice to confirm they weren't blems and was assured they weren't. Since Ryan was the "Operations Manager" he must know what is going on...Right? Wrong... 1- 1/2 days later Ryan sent me an e-mail and tells me the wheels are scratch and dent not over stock and he is sorry he made a mistake. And needs me to say that's okay before they ship. I said they should honor the deal that was struck. Ryan said they couldn't and offered a free t-shirt and said I was still getting a good deal. No thanks, I'll buy somewhere else. They refunded my account promptly at least. read more

Only had the wheels 7 months my truck never sees mud or snow and the clear coat is peeling! I tried to get help but they blew me off! I'll never buy wheels from you guys again! I even washed it with the soap they recommend. When you reach out to them they make up excuses why it's your fault Update after a year these wheels become trash customer service is a waste. trust me go to fuel they have way better wheels and they actually stand behind their products read more

i tried to call them several times. the best I could do was leave a message. they never contacted me back. they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. after weeks I finally got ahold of a human who then directed my call to another answering machine. I will never buy a product from this company again. I'm not even going to attempt to get my money back at this point as it would be a total waste of my time. read more

I've bought multiple sets of tires for 5 different Jeeps, 1 minivan, 2 mini coopers, two sets of 6 tires for my former light weight motorhome. I brought in a tire from my Jeep Liberty to be repaired under the road hazard warranty. They denied it, claiming the tire was too worn. The tire had more than double the tread left over the wear bars, approximately 1/3rd the tread depth. Mind you, I just had another tire on the same vehicle repaired a little over a month ago. He looked it up and said "oh that guy is no longer there - couldn't follow instructions." Like ya right. Just making stuff up to force me into new tires prematurely. I remember the service guy, he was actually pretty sharp and had good mechanical aptitude. So I will not go to this store again and now I question my loyalty to Bridgestone. I've bought Bridgestone tires for everything I own, including my motorcycles and my current heavy class motorhome. About 6 months ago, I wrote Bridgestone corporate asking them the technical difference between two of two of their tire types for my Goldwing. All I got was a reply sales pitch, rather than the actual difference in characteristics. This makes me question Bridgestone as a company over all. My experience with the local store is the final nail in the coffin.

I had a rotor that cracked while driving that damaged my rim. I like the way my Anthem off road rims look and didn't have the money to replace all 4 so I emailed Anthem and they replied back right away. We exchange a few emails to figure out exactly what I need. They found the same rim I've had (even though it was discontinued) set me up with an amazing price and sent me my orders. This company is AWESOME. I have been in the market for wheels for a while now and I am very picky. I came across Anthem Wheels from their YouTube channel and after looking at their wheels it was hard to decide what to get since they were all so good! Love my 2 sets of wheels . I have a set of Equalizers 20x10 on my 2018 F250XLT work truck and a set of 20x12 Commanders on my 2019 Tow rig i am pleased with both sets and they look awesome on my trucks. They are easy to clean and withstand the Off-Road use my work truck gives them. I would recommend these Anthem wheels too anyone and stand behind them 100%. I have known about Anthem for several years, so when it came time for new wheels for the truck, I knew who I was going with. I did have an issue with the first set being drilled a little off center, but the customer service folks were easy to work with. They made everything right and got out a new set to me!
