When you ask for neutral colored nails (and repeatedly tell him you don't want pink) with a white line tip and instead you get pink nails with half your nail in white sparkles... ugh I really tried with this place. They don't listen to what you want or they just don't know how to do it. Last time they were all chipped after a few days. We'll see about these. The price is also different each time even though I got the same service as last time...$123 plus tip for dip nails (no nail trim or shaping) and gel color change on my toes (and no pedicure). The guy used his finger to scrape skin and polish off of my big toe and did this repeatedly. It didn't feel great lol. It was BIZARRE. I'm done with this place. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Polish all over my toes and uneven toenails. I mentioned it to the front desk and they brought the same nail tech up to me where I had to point to the polish on each of my toes so he could remove it from the skin and cuticles. It still looked bad. I was offered a 10% discount and they told me to make sure I tell them I don't want to same guy next time I come in. There will be no next time. Do better. read more

Such a great nail salon! I've been to the Anthony Vince in Worthington and had a great experience so I had to try this one out. I got a pedicure and it was incredible! My technician was kind and the whole appointment was extremely relaxing. It's a really big nail spa and there is even a bar you can get drinks (soda, wine, water, etc) from during your appointment. My massage chair was good as well as my foot massage. I definitely recommend this nail salon! read more

This is the second time I've gone here. The first time they basically burned my daughter's fingers when putting on acrylics - AWFUL. Not nearly as bad of course but then two days later my gel nail polish was already cracked. But I thought you know, it's been two years, I should try one more time. Maybe it was a bad day. Right, that's fair. This time... To start I got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure. When the pedicure was complete, I found air bubbles in my nail polish as well as nail polish all around my toes that I had to ask the girl to clean up as well as fix air bubbles. When I go to pay they charge me for a pedicure I didn't even get and when I explained to them that I didn't get that particular one and show the manager on their website for Bridge Park, not another location, he says they have the wrong information on there - I explained to him that's not a me problem, that's a you problem and I'm not paying for a service I didn't get. He again stated that the website was wrong but then reluctantly took $8 off the pedicure. Fine. When I got home I realized that my fingernail was cracked, that gel manicure that "lasts so long." I called and I said remember me, I just got home and my gel polish is cracked and he says send me a picture. I send. Doesn't get back to me until I text back saying I see this was delivered. He responded I already gave you the discount on the pedicure. I had to remind him once again, he did not give me a discount for my pedicure. I paid for the pedicure I received based on their menu selection on their website. Then told me if I wanted to come in tomorrow they would fix it after I already explained that I can't come back tomorrow as I work a full day and then I leave for a trip which is why I needed to get my nails done tonight. It was an absolutely horrible experience. Customer service and professional service! FOR THE SECOND TIME. I will never go back. I encourage you to find some somewhere else to go. Too many places around town then to deal with this. read more

The facility and setting were very nice. I've never been to a salon as big as the one at BridgePark. The techs clearly work on commission and will upsell you the entire time on services and drinks. On my budget, I find that annoying but can't really blame them for trying. The shop is a little misty with nail dust. It's in the drink holders and the residue was throughout the shop. With the volume of work they do I suppose it's not feasible to stay on top of it throughout a given day. The floor was not spotless and that was a bummer. I am squeamish with cleanliness in these kinds of places. The technician did crack open a newly sterilized set of tools which was comforting. What I learned is this chain isn't for me. The work on my pedicure seems very good though. read more

Last time my husband and I got mani/pedi's we wanted the manicures first (we like to end with a relaxing pedicure and a drink). My manicure took longer so they wouldn't allow is to do our pedicures together. This time I was VERY specific when I made the appointment. Not only were they not accommodating when we arrived, but the man who checked us in said he explained to me on the phone that it wasn't possible to do the manicures first and still have the pedicures at the same time. Had a terrible experience here today. My nail tech was extremely rude. I asked for rounded natural nails and he made them completely square. When I asked for him to fix one he seemed extremely annoyed and barely did anything and then threw my hand back at me and said "better?".
