While in Bend we stopped by the old mill district and decided to grab a light lunch. I ordered a clam chowder & Cesar salad combo which the clam chowder was very good and filling with lots of potatoes and clams, the Caesar salad was fresh and crispy, but the Caesar dressing was heavy and think like bottled dressing. I also needed to ask the waitress for crackers for the chowder, everyone was enjoying their chowder with soup crackers? It might now have been her day, because the other waitress brought over water and bread to other tables, but we sat with no waters, which we had to ask. And no bread? My wife wasn't too hungry so she split her hamburger sandwich with our daughter and they enjoyed their burger and French fries. The restroom were clean and the restaurant also clean and well maintain. The view is nice with the old mill town and people shopping and some rafting down the river. They also were pet friendly as they had customers with their pets sitting at the outside dinning area.

I enjoyed my salmon bowl with jasmine rice and sauce on the side. Wild caught salmon was delicious but a little skimpy on the serving size. The salmon should be another ounce or two in my opinion but everything tasted really fresh. My service was excellent and the beautiful flowers outside of my window were perfect. My fresh peach cosmo was so refreshing! I had a great experience.

Food was excellent Service also excellent. Curtis was our waiter and he was very helpful. Ambiance was perfect, outside umbrella table in Old Mill area with nice weather at sunset. Very special experience.

Anthony's is gigantic inside, almost feels like it was built to welcome a king. When you walk through the doors, you know you're in for a treat. At least that's what they imply with all this larger than life architecture. I had a few drinks at the bar, testing various cocktails while we waited for a seat. Then my family and I were seated by a 16 year old somewhere dark and moody with riverside views. Kinda romantic if you were on a date. The Gen Alpha waiter didn't understand humor unfortunately and probably thought we were all unc. For some reason the menu seemed to lack variety and I felt forced to pick finger food instead of gluten and or giant meaty dishes that cost 50+ ...I can't ever finish those anyways. The Hawaiian nachos were not nachos, but some poke on little tostada things with some crema on top. Kinda underwhelming for 15 dollars. They were nice but more of a sharing dish, too much fishy flavor and lack of variety for one. I wonder why the menu is so boxed in and uninspired, like can we get a bit of creativity outside of appetizers? For a place with such a powerful presence, I expected more.

I love this Anthony's location! We've been to the one south of Seattle which felt dated but this Anthony's in Bend is very nice inside, located right on the river, expansive with high ceiling and big windows. I enjoyed a most delicious fresh Copper River salmon dinner and my partner enjoyed the blackened rockfish. Coconut prawns were a refreshing starter instead of the usual chowder or salad that we often gravitate to. Service was attentive and pleasant. Highly recommend if you're in the area and thinking of fish or seafood.

Great food, wonderful service. I was really disappointed leased to find a place in Bend that had non-fried fish, and Anthony's delivered. I had the halibut with potatoes, snap peas, and mashed potatoes. Everything was tasty, and I would definitely order the same again. My only issue is the portion of fish was a bit small for the price, but the place is popular, so I get it. I'll be back for sure.

The food was really fresh and delicious! Started the evening with calamari-- it was crispy and perfectly battered. Crab dip appetizer was great as well; savory and cheesy.. comes with toasted sour dough which was great. They serve quality seafood with amazing flavors. Loved the rich cream sauce from the salmon fettuccine! Our server Tiffany was amazing-- she made the night so easy for us. Would come here again!

The chowder was fantastic on a chilly and windy day. The Rockfish was seasoned perfectly! My colleague got the lightly crusted black cod and was very satisfied! The restaurant lays right next to the river with huge bay windows overlooking the river. Our server was very helpful and provided recommendations that did not disappoint!

Stopped in at Anthony's in Bends for lunch and had a fantastic experience. We sat inside, but still had a beautiful view of the river through the large windows--peaceful and perfect for a relaxing midday meal. Our waitress was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right without hovering. She kept our water glasses full and checked on us often. We ordered a variety of seafood dishes and loved every bite: * Fish tacos - super fresh with bright, balanced flavors. We ordered the Mahi Mahi Tacos, Blackened Rockfish Tacos, and Wild Salmon Tacos. * Clam chowder - rich and creamy, packed with clams * Oysters - fresh and briny, served ice cold. They were so delicious and fresh, we had to refrain from over ordering * Calamari - tender and crispy, not greasy at all * Seafood dip - creamy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing with the warm delicious bread * Bread - warm, crusty, and perfect with butter, the chowder or dip. It was so delicious we had 2 helpings Every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Portions for the tacos were a bit smaller but luckily we had all the prior appetizers that helped make us content. Overall, Anthony's was wonderful. Great food, a peaceful river view, and top-notch service. Can't wait to come back on our next visit to Bend! This is such a great location with not only the river views, but all the shopping in the area is a nice added bonus.

Between the exceptionally good food at Hook and Plow, a most pleasant hotel experience, and a memorable trip to the High Desert Museum; our trip to Bend turned out to be a pleasure instead of the miserableness I expected. We had the Steak Tartare, the Chef's Board, the Blackend Crabcake, the Pear and Burrata Salad, and the Bone-in Pork Chop. We each got the cheesecake for desert and split the other dishes. This was more than enough for the three of us and we left full, happy, and with three large to-go boxes. The flavors of the various dishes were amazing.
