lunch special till 3pm weekdays 4/5 Sundubu jjigae $16- really good but a bit too spicy for me so I'd say it's a medium spicy Banchan: 3/5 Dubu- the peanut sesame sauce is sweet, cuda done w/o peanut, Tofu is plain w/o it 4/5 kimchi, kkaktugi- pretty fermented, spicy but so good 3/5 bok choy- actually wish it was spicier 3/5 Odeng- sweet 3/5 Japchae- decent, cuda done w/o bell peppers Took awhile To awhile to get our check & to-go containers cuz there was only 1 server

I went here for lunch with my family a few months ago. We had the Premium Beef Platter, which included marinated galbi, ribeye, short rib, seasoned cubed short rib, and flat iron steak, served with a fresh vegetable basket, assorted banchan, and choice of kimchi stew, soybean stew, or tofu stew. The staff were really nice & the ambiance was nice & spacious

With so many places to choose from in KTown, we decided to give this place a try. We ordered a premium platter for 2-3 people since we had 3 people. It we all ate some stuff at a reception earlier. Being a Wednesday, we got a piece of wagyu each as a free bonus. There were so many different bon chons and our server was attentive and explained each cut of beef we were tasting. All of it was AMAZING! We were offered refills of the bon china if we wanted. The place was spacious and clean and quiet enough for conversations. So happy we came to Antoya.

All the stars to this place!!!! Wow what a fantastic experience. From beginning to end, we were so happy. We ordered the premium meat platter for 2. It came with the most delicious side plates and the meat was fresh, fatty and juicy. It was phenomenal!!!! I highly recommend this place for a fun Korean bbq dinner.

If you know Koreatown in NYC, you know the drill - authentic spots everywhere, but good luck getting a table on a busy night. We lucked into Antoya and honestly couldn't have done better. Turns out there's a reason they've earned a spot in the Michelin Guide. The quality here is a notch above, with a wide variety of meats served in sequence so you can actually savor each course. The restaurant spans multiple levels - you might end up seated upstairs or even higher up - but wherever you land, you're in for a proper Korean BBQ experience. This is the kind of place where you settle in for the evening, traditional Korean style, with friends, family, and a serious amount of alcohol. We ordered the beer tower - literally gallons of beer with its own tap. One tower is supposedly enough for the night. We got two. Let's just say we stumbled out very happy. Fair warning: whatever you're wearing is now BBQ and garlic scented for life. Plan your outfit accordingly. You've been warned, and it's absolutely worth it.

Atoya's attention to detail really shines. The food quality is immaculate, we tried the beef combo and loved it. It is more than enough for a party of 2! The kimichi stew was hearty and reminded us of the kimichi stews we grew up eating. Loved that they also provide some vegetables to ease the mind on the grill. The egg soufflés were wonderfully fluffy and there was a good spread of sides. They do not have radish paper but do have lettuce wraps. Staff were friendly and attentive, plenty of seating especially for a NY establishment.

So happy I got to experience Antoya. I started with the half and half wings. The garlic wings are undoubtedly my favorite over the sweet and spicy. I've already made plans to come back just for the garlic wings. The bulgogi bibimbap was my other favorite - the whole bowl was flavorful and I also can't wait to come back for this bowl too. The glass noodles were cool, even better with what I imagine is a teriyaki sauce [the brown dipping sauce next to the orange dipping sauce]. To my surprise, the wagyu was my least favorite and I didn't enjoy it as much as I expected to. The mango mocktail is good.

Looking for a high quality kbbq spot? Then get the premium platter from here. All the beef cuts were amazing. Every time I hear the sizzle, when we place the meat on the grill, my mouth just starts watering. It is on the pricer end for kbbq, but you got a treat yourself once in awhile. We ordered: PREMIUM MODUEM SO GUI (PREMIUM BEEF) MINI SOONDUBU

This spot was nice and in the center of Koreatown in downtown. It was not a KBBQ that I was used to. They actually grill the meat for you right here, and you just eat! It was a pretty cool feature to experience. I went with a group and enjoyed meat and the rice. There was a lot of other stuff to eat, but not much of it was to my liking. We also tried their flatbread with scallions and pork potstickers which were pretty good. The premium meat we ordered was really good and flavorful. I have been to better places than this, but the best thing about this, was the vac they had for the smoke because I didn't go home smelling like smoking meat. I'd give this place a try, if you're into all the small stuff they bring to the table.

Came here on a weekend evening and it was fairly busy. Thankfully we were able to be seated quickly for a party of 4. Ordered the following: beef platter - great variety & the scallion pancakes are delicious. The stir-fried glass noodles are ideal for sharing. For beverages I ordered the Bae Bae, perfectly sweet and an ideal compliment for the dishes. Great mocktail options as well. *bonus points for great playlist which featured Mariah Carey and Beyonce, and other classics. tldr: incredible Korean bbq, perfect for group or family settings. Would highly recommend

Lunch sets here are amazing!! Really good deal and you get a ton of food for the price. Sides are also unlimited refills! The soup is delicious as well. FOOD: Chive and Brisket Lunch Set (8/10) - Haven't had chives in so long but super delicious! Goes well with the rice. Braised Short Rib Soy (8/10) - Solid short rib as well. Not mind blowing, but for the price, makes it feel amazing!

    Do they accept solo diners?

Yes but becareful of what you order . They are not clean .

Do you have to make a reservation?

    Recommended but not necessary!

I just made a reservation for tonight 5 minutes ago. I want to cancel it - will I be charged the cancellation fee?

Does it serve BBQ for lunch?

I went during lunch so yes!

Will the BBQ be delivered as cooked or raw? For delivery, not stay or take out

The BBQ is serve raw. The server will help you cook the meat at the table but we find it more enjoyable to cook it ourselves. Korean BBQ is always better to dine in, It's more of a dining experience with the companies you're with.

Can we bring our own bottle (of wine) to this restaurant?

    No I don't think so.

    Is there a coat/bag check?

    no there isnt :(

Since our program covered the expenses, we didn't pay anything out of pocket. Now I enjoy a good BBQ cookout at home as much as the next family, but don't care for it as a dining experience. My employer catered BBQ luncheons from time to time, and even then I wasn't crazy about it. Here in Hill Country, a room was reserved for us (party of 36). Our dinnerware resembled army mess tins lined with sanitary papers; our glasses resembled moonshine jars complete with screw threads at the rim for lids. Our dinner was a catered set of longhorn cheddar mac & cheese (quite good), sliced brisket (meh), market chicken (a little tough), fresh baked cornbread (dry & hard) and collard greens (good but could be saltier). I consumed massive amounts of mac & cheese and collared greens to help swallow down the almost rock-hard cornbread. Desert was chocolate chip cookies (that wasn't bad). Some members of the group ordered liquor (at their own expense) to celebrate the good time they were having. Customer service was less than stellar. The waitress did not inform us that soft drinks were complimentary until after we finished eating. That wasn't all. The restroom was located downstairs past the bar room. During my two visits - before and after the food was served - the same staff member was there cleaning. He had just finished the sinks when I went in the first time. On the second visit, the front door was blocked from the inside by a pail - he was mopping the floor. Couldn't he have waited till the off-peak hours to do that?? Customer service and cornbread were enough for me to not recommend this restaurant.

The salad was a bit salty but still a refreshing start -- and Annie even mixed and split it into two bowls for us, which I really appreciated. The meats took a little while to come out, but once they did, we got right to grilling. At first, only about five plates arrived, and I thought the chicken might have been missing.
