Came in here because I had strep throat. Was seen quickly however there was only about one other person in front of me. When i left the place was full, guess every one has heard that this facility really tries to take care of you. Very clean facility, the doctor was nice and through and prescribed me exactly what I needed and then some. They also call you to check on you the next day. Do not take the 24-48 hour COVID test here at the cyfair location . This place steals your money and you get no results .. you will fully quarantine before you get your COVID test results . The lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional . She answered the phone after like the 20th call and then put me on hold and never come back until the operator comes on . When you call back they don't answer the phone . I Think she has short term memory loss. She forgets she has a customer on the line . I mean what company does that ? She doesn't call you back and doesn't answer the phone .It's crazy They don't respond to messages on the answering machine . I took the test on Thursday last week .today is Wednesday . One more day it's going to be a full week and I still haven't received my results . The lady finally answered yesterday and told me to call some lab number .I called the lab number and they don't answer wtf ? Why should it be my duty to run around trying to get results when apex is the place that tested me . Shouldn't apex gather the information ?The advertisement said 24-48 hour results .Can you believe that . If you need test results get the rapid 20 minute results that's the only test that you can get the answer quick read more

My husband went here after I forced him to. He had fever, cough, and several cold sores. I didn't go with him because I was at work. He told me they were very thorough and he loved the treatment. He's feeling much better, but now I have whatever he had. I feel like crap and am definitely thinking about going today myself. read more

The staff was friendly and there was an area for my kids to play and stay entertained. The wait was not long at all and Dr. Adewole was very helpful and knowledgeable with my diagnosis and my child's. Our medication was sent to the drug store before we even left and was ready for pickup by the time we arrived. I will definitely be back if I need to be seen short notice. read more

Boys will be boys.... My son and his friends were horse playing until he heard a pop! We arrived, did the paperwork and were triaged within minutes. Saw the MD, he did his assessment and my son was was sent for ON SITE x-rays! The Doctor was patient and listened to my son's concerns as well as my own. We were in & out with prescriptions and X-Ray images on a disk within the hour!! Faster than the ER would have been on a Friday night that's for sure! Definitely will be returning! read more

I sprained my ankle but at the time thought I could be broken or fractured. Went to Apex to have it looked at as it had the best reviews of most urgent care facilities nearby. I had an excellent experience here. Dr Adewole was great! I am even pretty sure he gave up his own bag of chips so my hungry kiddo could have something to eat. Got an X-ray and was in and out in about an hour. Great urgent care facility! Will definitely be back if I need to. read more

Wow, the reviews are all correct. This place is great ! Clean and had sodas as well as coffee and hot chocolate. Nice perk. Some places don't even have water. We were first in line (no one was there yet) and were called in within 10 minutes if not less. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. David Odawali is his name. He made sure I had all my questions were answered and talked to me in detail about my daughter's ear. She just had a basic ear infection. This place is great for after hour care. I didn't want to drag my girl out of school, take 2 hrs pto, go back to work, or take a day off. It's a hassle. Most ENTs latest appmt is 4 pm. My daughter gets off the bus at 4. Smh. For basic checkup, you can come here (mine was ENT). They open till 9 pm. This is not categorized as an ER so you won't pay the usual 100 copay. If u don't have insurance, they give u a discount card to buy your prescription. That was, nice. Says up to 75 % off. I had insurance so don't know how much I would have saved but good for non insured . Got a call back to check up on my girl. Hardly any place does this ! We returned here recently because my partner and I both had come down with a severe cold/flu that migrated into bacterial infections. Again, Dr. Adewole and his staff were kind, helpful, sincere in the wish to help us get, and remain, well. He does not overprescribe, which we are grateful for, and definitely takes a pro-active approach in making sure that what he has prescribed is working. If not, he changes it up to help us heal. I went to Apex Urgent Care a couple of weeks ago for a sinus infection. The location is very close to my neighborhood so it was really convenient. The facility is very clean and they have drinks/water available to you while you wait. They close at 8 pm which means that I didn't have to take off work and didn't have to wait a long time to be seen by a doctor. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Adewole was very thorough and accommodating. He prescribed three different medications and I feel so much better! I do have to mention that they did send my prescription to the wrong Walgreens but that totally could have been my fault. The Walgreens that I went to was able to fill it at their location so this was no big deal. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat! No long wait and the hours are convenient. read more

I hesitate to write this review because I would love to keep this place secret. This is the second time I have used Apex Urgent Care and my experience was awesome both times. A few months ago, I pulled a muscle in my back and could hardly move without pain. I walked in without an appointment and was finished with two prescriptions in hand in about 30 minutes. This time, I was running a low grade fever and a pain in my side and it was a Friday evening. I could have waited for my own doctor to open on Monday, and I might not have gotten an appointment for a day or two and meanwhile, I would have been miserable! So at 8:30pm, I decided to try to get in at Apex. They are so kind, clean and professional. I had a short wait and a quick visit with the doctor. I was prescribed an antibiotic, and an anti-nausea medicine without having to ask for it. I didn't think I would need the anti nausea medicine, but after taking the antibiotic that night, I was so glad to have it. They called me the next morning to check on me and the following day, they called again with lab results. My own doctor doesn't provide that kind of service. So nice to have this place in the neighborhood. You never know when you will need it. Highly recommend! read more
