    My recent visit to this facility has been a gift that keeps giving, but not in a good way. I would only recommend this place if you enjoy when a routine blood draw during a yearly check up leaves you sore and bruised for days afterwards. I'm in my 30s and overall very healthy, no preexisting conditions, do not bruise easily at all. Have had blood drawn before, as most adults have a time or two, and this has never happened. Included are progression pictures of each day after said blood draw on Friday, Dec. 20. Now looking ahead to a visit with a different doctor to make sure this isn't infected or anything. Merry Christmas to me from Quest, I suppose.

    Easy parking and very nice service. Clean and large waiting room. Won't go to the hospital location again.

    Make an appointment to speed things up. Walk ins can take hours on busy days. Website is easy to use

    Appointment times are not met. This is my second time here in one week and both times we waited over 30 minutes past the Appointment time.

    This place was great. I was in and out in under 20 minutes with no appointment. The tech was very professional and pleasant to be around.

I took my 2 year old to do a blood draw. After a whole 1+ hours of struggle, they drew half of what's required of the sample and told us to go the Texas Childrens. Don't let a child suffer if you don't have the skills/equipment! 1. Check in - all automated, there's no information about anything, how long the wait will be, any direction from the kiosk. I only learned after a kind gentlemen told me that we can check the queue on the TV in the waiting room; 2. Charge the maximum upfront - my insurance covers lab 100%, the technician draw up a bill $36+ and told me that this is the maximum they'd charge, they won't draw unless I pay, and that they won't do a bill to be mailed, and it's my responsibility to talk with my insurance - there's no customer service attitude at all; I don't think any other industry allows them to charge the maximum and for customer to argue to insurance to get refund; 3. Poor skill - the technician draw one of the two required tubes and there's no more blood coming, she repeatedly said my daughter is dehydrated, don't put blame on the patient when you don't have the skill to draw blood fully, my daughter was poked on both arms and she maneuvered the needle so harshly I can't stand to look. Just upfront refuse to take the order if you don't have the skill, you are just making a two year old suffer by going through a whole exercise and then discard the 1 tube that you already drew!

Not until you call at least 3 times. Then the person calling you, in our case, Regina, calls (finally) and I find that they are in Kerrville, Tx. We are in Houston. She tells us to send the sleep study results that was a home study and gives us her email address. We verify the address twice. I emailed the study yesterday. Not only did I not get acknowledgement but when I tried to call, no one answers any of the extensions except for billing. (no surprise there). It's an independent billing place but I told her that I'm having a problem reaching Texas Sleep Docs (the actual agency Cinco Ranch Sleep Center uses) she replies that she's had this complaint several times. She tried to help but she only had the number I have. So, fortunately, there are other sleep centers in the Katy, Cypress, Houston area and we will now go elsewhere. Three weeks just to hear from someone is ridiculous.

How nice! After driving 40 minutes I was in some pain, I took some meds and thought I could make it through the 30 minute MRI. I did not . First, the office staff was so helpful and accommodating , they agreed to make payment arrangement because my co pay was so high , I could not afford to pay the entire amount up front . They were really accommodating . Awesome staff!!! And the technician who did the MRI was very kind, helpful, and understanding after 10 minutes I couldn't take the pain and had to reschedule . The morning of my rescheduled appointment I realized that the drive would be too much ,again , and I just needed to find a place closer to where I lived . Now I will have to save the money to pay the outrageous co pay I have . Nancy and her supervisor were so nice they refunded my money ( the portion I had already paid)and wished me well . I at least wanted to make a review and state the positive experience and interactions I had with the staff of Alliance ! Thank you for everything !

    Incompetent front staff. Alliance MRI Katy cancelled my appointment twice without notification…read more(April 2026 and May 2026). I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.
