The Apogee has been here since I was a kid. Loved getting pizza brought home on the weekends after the parents came home from a night out. I continue to eat and drink here as an adult, until maybe now. For the 4th and maybe final time, of picking up an order to go it was wrong.... AGAIN!! The order was repeated perfectly back to me on the phone, but when I picked it up I had the brains to double check it before leaving. The burger was not made correctly, wrong cheese had the tomato on it. Fries, what fries? The tartar sauce was in the bag but fries were nowhere to be seen. When I brought this to the attention of the employee handling my order he was like, what? No way ... really?? I told him I would keep the burger as is and remove the tomato and the cheese would be fine.... whatever it is cheese right? He didn't apologize or offer a credit or perk of any sort. Deer in the headlights! So.. I just want my fries. I have been through this before, "let us remake your order, here sit down and have a drink, at my own expense" while waiting. Not this time! I am totally disappointed in this place!! Not once has anyone tried to compensate me for my time and expense for fixing the mistakes of the employees, REALLY, REALLY DISAPPOINTED!! I know there was just a 30 year reunion on Friday, which probably brought in some good money. I will be sure to show this to future reunion committees, and make sure we go somewhere else. read more

I go there usually late by like 9pm tell close to eat and try for happy hour but every time I go with a few friends we get our drinks and play pool. It's usually distantly pack but the staff is super nice and always helpful. Get our orders out asap. It gets done and it's at our table or counter right when it's off the grill and the don't push you over more drinks and food. They actually check your stuff first to even ask if we need anything. I absolutely love how they don't harass you and yet give you the top most respect and great service. The old guy at night is one of my best employees there cause the sense of humor he has I wish I remembered his name. Now I'm the type to say if I make a mess I clean it up and give my glasses to the bar counter and they start cleaning them.even though the staff ask me not to and they do it but they still thank me. Just love the atmosphere the kindness. I will always go here on the weekends. Other bars have drama and idiots. Here at apolgees is not like that. So thank staff for the great experince read more

Food is excellent. Third time at this place and all three times we have had HORRIBLE service. I am not one to complain but this last time i had three servers to choose from. Two of them i have had before so after waiting for 25 minutes - I walked up to the bar and fired the female server from our table. NO KIDDING - first time for me EVER doing this... I then specifically asked for the guy server and told him of our past experience there. I told him basically the only reason we were coming in was due to proximity and the great food. I asked him if he would be our server that night,. He was great and bent over backwards to make our latest experience one i would want to repeat this time. he received a $25 tip that night from our table and the bill was not over $70. The female servers there just are horrible. Sorry but 2 stars due to past experiences I may revisit this in the future but for now 2 stars. They need to re-evaluate who they are hiring =( read more

The first time I ate here, I ordered the steak and it was non-stop chewing. If that's what I want, I'll chew a piece of gum, thank you. The second time I ate here, I ordered a salad. It was alright, but it had too much dressing. My friend ordered a burger and fries and the fries weren't warm and the burger was bland. Not sure I'll eat here again, but if I do, I'll probably just stick to a salad and not take my chances. Also, it seemed like it took FOREVER to get any service at all. And when we asked if we could get some sound on the basketball finals instead of The Mariners game (not ONE person was paying any attention to any of the TVs), they pretended they would try, but refused to anything about it. My best friend and I had an awesome time at this place! The meal was a real treat, and the food was on point - a solid combination of great taste and quality. The food and beer selection were impressive, catering to our cravings perfectly. It's safe to say we had a delightful experience with both the fantastic food and the great people.
