My wife and I 100% recommend Apollo. They installed a screen door for us and the process was five star plus from start to finish. First of all they answered the phone when I called their company and then immediately scheduled an estimate at our home at no charge Unlike the competition. Memo did a great job on the estimate he was on time, he was clear explained all the details and there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. We were so impressed with him. We canceled our other estimate and agreed to have them do the replacement. One of the unique and great things about Apollo is that they are the manufacturer and the installer so there's no pass the buck if something happens later. Jose came out and did the installation and he was on time as well and even sent us a text message to let us know his ETA and that he was in route. He was also professional, courteous and pleasant and did a super job on the installation and explained very clearly afterwards exactly how to use the door and handle anything that came up. He also gave us his business card with his direct phone number and said if we ever had any issues, we could phone him seven days a week allowing that if we phone him on a Sunday, it may take him a little bit longer to get back to us. I'm in a high-rise condo in Long Beach and the building referred a company to me a few of months ago that kept asking me to text when I was available, then he wouldn't get back to me for a couple of weeks and ask me again. We have a very large California room that we wanted to screen so that we can keep our stacking doors open without having to worry about bugs and mosquitos. We contacted many companies only to be told that the maximum size they can go is 25" and that we would have to install a post in the middle to make it work. HIS Clearview said that they have done 30" and getting a 33" opening like ours was possible by installing a support bracket in the middle to keep it from bowing. We got the screen installed and it perfectly fits what we were looking for. They did a great job on the install and the customer service has been first rate. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the 8-shades HIS Clear View has installed for us. It has created a much more usable space out of our California room / lanai area. The shades keep the dust down to a minimum, they help retain heat when we're heating the outdoor space in the winter, and they prevent the west facing room from getting beat down by the sun in the summer. Installation was smooth as silk largely due to the crew working so well together. They were very mindful of the house, had good spatial awareness, and the area they worked in keeping the impact to a minimum and cleaning up nicely after they were completed. Memo, Angel, Pablo, Jose, and German, are all great guys, and did a fantastic job. The electrician they sub to, knew the crew, and they coordinated and worked very well together. They did a great job hiding the wires, as there are no visible wires showing or unsightly conduit to look at. Great customer service, and they really seem to care about their customer and the customers level of satisfaction. Would definitely recommend HIS Clear View as well is this product. read more

We could not be more pleased with both Jose and Apollo Retractable Screen & Shade. We Have French doors leading out to our backyard. We have wanted to install a retractable screen for some time now. We sought out 3-4 different companies to request a quote and check out their products. All said, "we do not have anything to accommodate this type of door. If you want to install a retractable screen you will have to replace the French doors." We really love our French doors so decided to just wait and make do with what we have. Fast forward to the Anaheim Home and Garden Show 2024. We went to just look around. We saw a the Apollo Retractable Screen & Shade booth. Jose was representing at the booth. We shared our story and he said that he would be happy to come out and see what he could do. We scheduled an appointment with Jose. He came out, took a look, took another look, did some measurements, took out some samples and said that he could do it. Today was our delivery and install day. Jose was here maybe an hour and a half. He was professional, personable, explained how to use it and maintain it, went over the warranty and cleaned up after himself. We had dual screen door for our double front door from another manufacturer. It was a bit of a pain to use and it slammed open whenever someone tried to open it. We decided to give Clear View a try. Our double doors were within the single screen limit for width. So far the single screen is working well. Clear View is not the least exepensive but so far, we really are enjoying it. read more
