I found that the driver's window frequently did not operate correctly, and they fixed it at no cost as I had hoped. Received the car repaired, washed, and even vacuumed! Very appreciated when I need to bring the car in for maintenance, and depending on the time of day have not had time to stop for breakfast or lunch but need to wait until the service is complete. The dealership is about 40 minutes from my house, but they make the wait painless. Very courteous staff. I highly recommend the dealership.

Kia missed the mark from taking market share from the SUV community and men by failing to add things like a performance suspension, performance exhaust, upgraded wheels, a good stereo system, a performance tune and a hood scoop like Toyota. So i did it myself w my race mechanic. Kia is so undesired that even the aftermarket industry doesn't want anything to do with them. Just passing along the info.

While they're inspecting the car, Fransisco notices I need a new battery. "Eh, out of budget for me right now" I tell him. BUT WAIT Instead of trying to sell me a battery, the legend Cisco points out that a new battery is covered under warranty for my 2022 Lincoln Corsair. "I don't have a warranty" says I. "You do for 9 more days!" says he. So I come back Monday for a new battery. In and out in 90 minutes, I am -- but the whole time I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. And drop it does. Jimmy tells me I need new hood struts. Again, I'm no fool -- I'm not falling for this upsell. le sigh Okay Jimmy, what's that gonna run me? "Oh we can get it covered under your warranty since it's still good and it's when the car is dropped off that matters." "Oh!" I respond, completely surprised, looking around for that other shoe that never hit me. Okay can we do it today? "Well..." Ah, here it comes I'm thinking. "It takes a week or two to replace those." THERE IT IS! I knew there was a catch! Except... "But don't sweat it because we can get you a rental under your warranty for the whole time it's in the shop!" This is wild. Okay, I'll be back tomorrow (12/16/25, cutting it close). I get home and get a call from Tracy. "Hey there, this is Tracy from Covert -- I'm calling because you may have gotten some bad information on rental coverage." Bummer. I knew it was too good to be true. Except Tracy called me back the next day and said they worked it out and I'm good to go! So I bring in the car on 12/18 (eek, 3 days left of warranty), they order me a lyft to take me to hertz, get me my big ol' SUV that fits me (I'm large) and tell me my coverage is good for 10 days. This is slightly worrisome with the holidays and all, but they assure me it'll get done. I call on the 26th for an update, and they tell me the parts were ordered that day and take 2-3 business days to arrive. I voice my concern about my coverage ending the 28th on the rental, and get a call back from Patrick that afternoon. "Don't sweat it, we got your rental coverage extended another 10 days!" WOW. Fast forward to Tuesday, 12/30 (well past warranty end now), and I get a call from Cisco. "Hey Mr. Bengal, mixed news for you sir -- the car is ready BUT there was an issue when we were doing the struts. TLDR (too late for that but still) the warranty wouldn't actually be able to cover the struts, but because they said it would, they honored it on their end by applying a bunch of discounts. Cisco felt bad, but let me know I *would* have to pay a bit. Total out of pocket: $21.85. I brought them a catering tray to show my appreciation, but that damn sure isn't enough so I'm writing to share the experience. and let everyone know that I will 100% be buying my next car (looking at a Lincoln Nautilus) from Covert Ford/Lincoln, and splurging for the extended warranty -- all because of Tracy, Cisco, Jimmy, and Patrick. This is the first time in my life that i've ever felt like my service center is trying to help me rather than trying to upsell me, and I couldn't be happier to have car trouble!

Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.

She's always paid a fraction of the cost I pay for services at BMW, and yet she's never had any problems with her car. After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! You really don't get good customer service all the time in the car service industry.

Within approximately 50 miles, I discovered multiple defects that should never have made it past a pre-delivery inspection: peeling and bubbling paint on the driver's door, defective window tint, damaged steering wheel trim, a rear bumper scuff, and damage to the front grille. I dropped the vehicle off on June 16 and was initially told it would take 4-5 days to determine the next steps. Instead, the process dragged on for weeks with little communication. Most updates only came after I reached out myself, and the response was usually that they were still "waiting." It took nearly two weeks just to get the paint repair approved, and only after Honda Corporate became involved and opened a case. I also went more than a week without a loaner while my brand-new vehicle sat at the dealership. While Eduardo was professional and courteous whenever we spoke, the overall experience has been unacceptable. Spending nearly $60,000 on a new vehicle only to have it spend its first three weeks in the shop for multiple defects is not what any customer should expect. The most frustrating part is that I still don't have the vehicle I paid for. A brand-new Honda should not require body shop work almost immediately after purchase, and customers should not have to chase down updates for weeks to find out what's happening with their vehicle. Between the quality control issues, lack of proactive communication, missed timelines, and extended repair process, this has been one of the most disappointing new-car purchase experiences I've ever had. I expected far better from First Texas Honda.

I brought my 2026 Ram 2500 diesel in because the rear ParkSense system suddenly started falsely detecting an object directly behind the truck every time I put it in reverse. The truck immediately beeps and shows an obstacle in the center even when nothing is there. The dealership insisted my receiver hitch was causing the problem. That explanation never made sense because I have owned this truck since November 6th of last year with the exact same hitch setup and had never experienced this issue until recently. The hitch also flips underneath the truck and is not even visible when stored. I repeatedly explained this to Louise, the service director, and even suggested a simple test: install a similar hitch on another new Ram truck to see whether the issue could be recreated. Instead of testing their theory, the dealership continued insisting the hitch was the problem. After picking my truck up, I removed the hitch myself and recorded a video clearly showing that the exact same ParkSense problem still exists even with the hitch completely removed. I sent the video directly to Louise, and I still have not received a response. At that point, rather than acknowledging the possibility of a faulty sensor, moisture intrusion, software issue, or an incomplete diagnosis, I was essentially told to lose their number and take my vehicle somewhere else because they did not want to continue discussing the issue. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership over the years. I previously removed another negative review after Louise helped resolve a separate issue following the sale of this truck. I genuinely gave this dealership another opportunity because of that prior experience. Unfortunately, this situation was handled very differently. Instead of receiving a professional diagnosis and reasonable customer service, I was dismissed, blamed for the issue, and ultimately forced to seek service elsewhere after proving their original diagnosis was incorrect. I expected significantly better treatment and professionalism from a dealership that has earned this much of my business over the years. After this experience, I will not be returning.
