This store is just great! I was searching macbook pro. But i was in hurry.They did it no time with great service!

I would like to give it no stars. Every part of my visit and subsequent telephone calls to Apple.com were the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Very dissatisfied. First the store told me the wait would be 45-50 minutes. Ok, I'll shop a bit. When I hadn't heard from them after 50 minutes I went back to the store only to be told they had given me the wrong estimate of time at my first visit. I was told it would be another hour and 15 minutes. At this point I was upset (believe me they did not care about their mistake) and they set me up with the Apple Support app in order for someone to call me and arrange a repair. A phone call never came from Apple support. When I got home, then 2 and a half hours later, I was texted a message that they were ready to see me now. All in all a horrible experience. read more

Called this AM to check availability of Macbook Air 13 inch . Asked if they did price matching {local Best Buy Sale $125 off } . Was told yes . Arrived at store which was very busy. My wife and I went in , were greeted right away. Sales person was with us in under 1 minute . Shannon was very knowledgable and answered all our questions . We also took advantage of the Student / teacher discount on Apple Care which saved $66 off the price of that alone. She went and got the Macbook , registered it and brought us right over to a set up person . From start to finish about 30 minutes or so. GREAT experience!! Why buy an apple product anywhere else ? The staff is great, they operate like a Swiss watch, don't get your Apple product serviced anywhere else.

If you don't open till 10am then do what every other store does and close your front door. You can't get mad at someone who walks in when the doors are wide open, all the lights are on and people are in the store. I didn't care for the attitude and being escorted out. I just walked to Target and bought the iPad from them. Should have done that to begin with. Easier process too than standing around in the spot they point to and instruct you stand in. Please, Webmaster, for out of town visitors to the Nashua Store, how about some real directions? 310 DWH is a huge area - and there is no signage worthy of the name. Wife drove an hour, GPS dropped her in front of a Pizza store, she missed her appointment and then had to wait another hour despite "Tyler's" best efforts to talk her in. Take a look at what is posted as 'directions' - essentially USELESS! Where is best to park? What entrance to use? How to find the store IN the mall? Pretend we just arrived from Mars and let's have some help, PLEASE? Walk it through yourself. Thanks in advance, we hope ....... read more

I was extremely satisfied with the staff at this Apple store I was greeted right at the entranced and was asked if they could help with anything and what brought me to the store. I currently have a iPhone 4 and I was looking at other Apple products. While browsing through the store I was greeted by 3 more employees asking the same thing. Now that's great customer service! Came back here to add two iPhones to my plan. Sold me a phone with no SIM card and told me to activate it with Verizon. Had nothing but issues at this Apple Store. I also had a phone under 90 day warranty that they did not want to swap out after the diagnostic test came back with a microphone issue. Disgusted with this store. Tried to give them another chance and it's just the respective disrespect from the team and careless managers. read more

It was our second failed attempt to buy an Apple item (an iPod Touch, this time, hardly a novelty) quickly within the last two months. We knew exactly what we needed and hoped to walk in and out within few minutes....not so fast...There is ONE LINE for everybody, regardless what product you would like to purchase or how much information you would need to make a decision. There is no register in the traditional sense (leave to Apple) and even if you explain the situation to a, so called, "Specialist", she will blow you right off and place you in a "regular" line. We tried to make few customer service suggestions to the store manager...but NOBODY EVER answers the phone at this particular store. read more

Worst experience ever! The hard drive on my iMac died shortly after a failed upgrade so I brought it to the Genius Bar for a new drive. They said it would be done in 36 hours. Almost a week later, they were still going through their "checklist" of possible problems to eventually come back to replacing the hard drive. I actually think that they did nothing until I started calling every day about it. They promised regular email updates but that never happened. On top of that, they wanted to charge me for returning my old drive to me. They finally gave in on that. One week and more than double the price of the local Apple authorized repair shop. I have been on the phone waiting well at the moment over 35 minutes for someone to pick up my call to get help, so as far as customer service on the phone is the worst. no paying customer should have to wait over 35 minutes for them to pick up and talk to someone at the store. they were more then willing to take my money when I was there this weekend but now still waiting on hold read more

Apple made a mistake with my apple care and was waiting 2 hours to replace my phone which at another location took minutes.

i went here just now in hopes to purchase an apple watch. the first guy that helped me came over quickly, but he was absolutely useless. he did not give me any information about the watch, and only asked me if i wanted to try bands on. he basically stood there while i looked. then i left because i needed time to decide which color i wanted. When i came back 20 minutes later, i had to wait 5 minutes when there was no one in the store. the next guy i got was equally useless. once i decided i wanted silver, he told me they do not have one in the store. he didn't tell me how long it would be till the restock either. i could sell an apple watch better than them, and it's clear they know little to nothing about the products. read more

Can NEVER get through with a simple phone call . I had a question that only the store can answer and when I call I cannot get through , it immediately goes to an Apple technician who does not work in the store !!!! Very frustrating !! read more

I was here to fix my icloud issue -- my phone cannot backup. The first associate who was helping us was great. Then he left and pointed us to those technicians in the "genius bar". I went there asking for help, hoping they can solve my problem. HOWEVER, the "genius" guy took my phone and he said it needs to be reset and then delete ALL my iCloud backup!!! I started to use apple devices 4-5 years ago and all my iCloud backup was deleted by him without even asking for my permission!!! I was sooooo angry that how come he can delete all my data and now there is NO WAY to recover!!! And my iCloud issue still hasn't been fixed! read more

My new MacBook Pro and some virus I contacted the Genius Bar at the Burlington store to have an appointment this afternoon I went out to lunch at 12 o'clock this afternoon In town while driving back from Boston for my 345 appointment I saw signs along the way that said Burlington mall closed I went to the mall anyway and it was in fact closed I received an email from Apple at 12:15 today After I left to go to lunch Why didn't you notify me this morning why didn't you call me particularly since I put in the notes that my computer has a virus? I've been a long long long standing Apple I was for a very long time of the opinion that your customer service was superb I no longer feel that way it's like breaking into Fort Knox to get a Genius Bar appointment even though I pay for Apple care protection plan I should be entitled to easy access to the service that I need for my computer I shouldn't have to struggle to get an appointment but you've intentionally made it that way now I spent a half an hour on the phone trying to call the Nashua Stewart directly to see if I could come in this afternoon and get my virus problem taken care of instead I spent a half an hour waiting on the phone get some teenager on the phone can only read a script doesn't think for himself! In addition his listening skills were atrocious I explained right up front I was calling because I had a virus in my computer he comes back on the phone after leaving me on hold for several minutes wanting to know if I need my battery replaced Boy do I now regret the thousands of dollars I've spent on Apple products over the years read more

Just went there today to purchase a new iMac. Have had my last one for 6 years, and have really loved it, but it has been a little slow and I wanted a newer one. Absolutely horrible service in this Nashua location! I walked in at 10:15 and they put my name on the list. They said there was one person ahead of me and it would be 10-15 minutes. They brought me over to the iMac table to wait. I did not get help until 11:08. I first complained after waiting for 30 minutes. I was told that somehow they had "skipped" over me. When I asked how this happened they claimed it was a "human error." (Isn't using an IPad suppose to help them manage people in the store). They said they would send someone over asap. I mentioned that it was pretty slow in there for an Apple store (which it was because its a Tuesday morning), but they claimed there were only 2 people of the floor who could help me. All these Apple employees and only 2 available to help with iMacs? Fifteen minutes later I complained to another one of these "check in" people and again, I was told I was next on the list. They really didn't see to care that I was waiting. When a sales person finally came over he barely said hello and didn't have a very good attitude. I'm not sure what his problem was since I was the one who should have been annoyed. I knew which iMac I wanted and just asked him to explain the difference between two models. He just read what was on the screen in front of us. I can read, but I asked for an explanation! At this point I had had enough. I am about to spend a lot of money on an Apple product but I don't need to deal with employees who do not care about customer service and have attitude problems! Since I know what I want I will probably just order directly from Apple and have it delivered. Pretty annoyed at the customer service at this store. If I need to go to an Apple Store in the future I will avoid this one! read more

I visited this store today because my iPhone 6 cracked after dropping it. The staff in there were super friendly and helpful right away. I spoke with a couple different people throughout my time in there and everyone had the same positive attitude. I would highly recommend their service! read more

15 hours before my daughters first trip to Disney my iPhone 6 goes haywire. It just kept flashing the apple logo at me and refused to turn on. I had no idea what to do, and the last time I checked- in order to fix my phone through Verizon I had to mail it somewhere and wait for it to be mailed back. Needless to say I was in panic mode. I had to be on a flight the next day and could not wait for the mailing process... But I was stuck at a medical conference until 3:00 pm. Once I got out I cruised to Verizon for a word of advice - they told me to go to apple. I didn't get to the Apple Store until 3:45. I also had to be somewhere an hour away by 5:30 to pick my daughter up. I was panicked and in tears because without my phone I had no way of communicating with the family waiting to meet me once I reached Florida, and no way of taking photos during such a special time in my daughters life. I expressed my dire situation seeing how busy it was, and told the rep that I couldn't wait too long because I was on such a strict timeline... I was about to burst into tears. I was new to the area and had no idea how to even get to an Apple Store in my area without the gps that was on my broken phone (I had to catch a ride there from someone who knew how to navigate). Andrew - the rep I was speaking to- took pity on me and helped me despite how extremely busy it was. There was an hour wait as far as I knew, And yet He took care of me and my phone in such a timely and wonderful manner that I cannot thank him enough. I was able to get my phone replaced and pickup my daughter within a reasonable timeframe and most of all, he helped carry me through an extremely stressful time with a smile on his face throughout. I can't thank him enough. Apple is lucky to have such a great representative under their wing! read more

horrible service. no one knows what's going on, or how to help you. they make you wait so someone can tell you that you have to wait 20 minutes. then that person tells you it will be 5 days to service your iphone. two weeks later no one (except stupid robot automated voice) will talk to you when you call the store. read more
