    Alex, Nick and Quinn were very helpful when I came in for help with my phone. They were real knowledgeable and quickly answered any questions that I had. They also quickly assessed the issues I had with my phone and how to fix them. I am so glad they were ones that assisted me. I would go here again since the staff were so kind and knowledgeable.

    I came in to ask about settings on my phone since the font is so light. Kirten helped me and he's very knowledgeable and said I need a new battery. I can't be without my phone for more than an hour!! The store itself is petite with the perfect amount of Apple geniuses. They are so happy to help with any issues with phones or computers or iPads. A++

    Instead of solving the problem onsite, they threw it to customer service who told us that the problem needs to be fixed at the store

    I accidentally spilled coffee on my MacBook keyboard and brought it to Ray right away. The repair…read morewas a bit pricey, but completely understandable given the amount of work involved. He had to remove the keyboard components and thoroughly clean the inside of my laptop. Thankfully, he was able to fix my MacBook. Ray was also incredibly helpful in explaining how to properly back up my data and what steps to take if something like this happens again. He even helped me back up my MacBook to iCloud. If you ever spill liquid on your device, shut it down immediately and bring it to Ray. He saved me from having to buy a new laptop!

    My computer crashed the other night right around 5:30 pm so I got on the old interweb and found…read morethat TechCare was open until 6pm. I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.

    John did it again! Omg! Again faced the screen of death on my 9 year old lappie and I DID NOT panic…read morebecause now I have God's number ;-) Seriously, folks, he's a really great guy! He's a maverick with laptop repairs, fixing computers is his superpower! I texted him and he responded immediately. Tried to troubleshoot on the phone but didn't work, so I had to go in. Within minutes he started a surgical and meticulous procedure to open up my laptop and get to root cause. I was superbly calm throughout, I have 100% confidence in him(pls read previous review). I went on to run some errands while he ran some diagnostic and registry fixing softwares, and when I got back, it was done! Yay! He knows what he's doing and always does a stellar job! If you have ANY issues please contact him, do not hesitate. Very friendly and genuinely honest person, who's just all heart! Super reasonable(still shocked at how much he charged for close to 5 hours of work), and very service oriented! They don't make 'em like him anymore! THANK YOU JOHN!

Super friendly, helpful and made the experience in store worthy with some laughs to kill the waiting time of transferring data from an old to new phone. He was eager to help other people that came in while I was waiting, and was super efficient overall! His willingness to help was reassuring and definitely went above and beyond during this experience, and it's been over 10 years since i had to be in person and do an upgrade!!     The staff kept saying that the store manager would call me which he never did. The business manager…read morewas also supposed to call me. He never did. I ended up managing to speak with the Store/district manager Walter at the Campbell store. He looked me in the eyes and said he would call me the next day at 2 PM and did he, no. Now my bill is coming back up for payment and I'm not sure what to do. I can't cancel my service because I don't trust that I'll ever get my money back from these people and I contacted the people below and they are opening up a case, and it will take them 12 business days to help me out, which won't help when I have to pay again. I also contacted "7 on your side" and I'm hoping they will look into this matter and shine the light on how poorly Verizon/Victra treat their customers.
