The store is designed like many other stores. You need an appointment. I did have to come back twice for my issue but it was resolved. I did love the classes they do. I learned a lot while I was waiting for my tech.

Terrible experience. Salesman right from the beginning had huge chip on his shoulder, an attitude and was useless in helping us buy a phone. And actually told us the SE is better than the 13 mini which it was not.. It was as if he didn't understand the process of buying a phone and registering it with Verizon. I was unable to use a gift card and do that process without coming back and getting charged a $30 fee. I'll NEVER buy a gift card from Apple again. This is not the type of experience we expect from Apple.

Let it be said, I'm an Apple fan girl :) I've always been more than happy with my experience at the Smithaven Apple Store. They are kind and courteous, talkative and knowledgeable. Making an appointment sometimes requires patience because they're often very very busy, but that's usually the toughest part of the experience... and the only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars. In all the years of owning many Apple devices I don't think I've ever once gone in for help and come away angry or even dissatisfied. They've never made me feel like an inconvenience. They always resolved my problem, whether it's software or hardware, and usually they exceed my expectations! I was even given a whole new computer once when all I was hoping for was a new hard drive. Apple knows how to do customer service correctly and this particular store follows suit perfectly.

8+ upgrade from 7+. Maybe next year the X+??

They should email you a detailed receipt eventually. Otherwise, call or chat w them online or on Apple support app to review billing. Plus, if your phone has the capability, setup the fingerprint reader or change password on iTunes. If it turns out…

Everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. He actually saved me as a T-Mobile customer because I was "ready to walk". Although I did not have the opportunity to work with the two gals who also work there, they were pleasant and very sweet. I will NEVER deal with a satellite T-Mobile store again. If you truly want a pleasant experience with knowledgable people, go to this T-Mobile store. Thank you, Patrick for helping me straighten out what needed to be straightened out.

I ordered my new phone online while I was in Miami just to restore basic communication. But the real miracle happened in New York, where my elderly parents went into a T-Mobile store and were helped by Michael. Michael was incredible. Patient, kind, and understanding, he walked my parents--who are not tech-savvy--through setting up new phones after they'd just been traumatized by Verizon. My father, who has diabetes, high blood pressure, and recently had knee replacement surgery, had his phone number of over 20 years effectively "kidnapped" by Verizon. He had no access to doctors, no way to reach family--until T-Mobile stepped in. Michael took the time to ensure they understood every feature, answered all their questions, and treated them with respect and dignity when they needed it most. In a world where corporate abuse is far too common, T-Mobile and Michael showed us what true customer care looks like. Thank you, T-Mobile, for giving my family peace of mind and restoring what Verizon destroyed.

1-Star Review for AT&T Wireless -- After 25 Years, I'm Done…read more I have been a loyal AT&T Wireless customer for 25 years, and I can confidently say I've never experienced customer service as disgraceful, dishonest, and downright fraudulent as what I'm dealing with now. AT&T added TWO extra phone numbers to my account--numbers I never asked for, never approved, and never even knew existed--yet they've been charging me for them every single month. When I went into the store to confront them, expecting accountability and a clear fix, I was told that I should have known about the fraudulent lines they added. The audacity is unbelievable. On top of that, AT&T has been charging me for an Apple Watch line I never activated, and despite clear evidence that I never used or requested it, they refuse to issue a credit. No responsibility. No remedy. Nothing but finger-pointing and nonsense. After 25 years of loyalty, this is how they treat their customers: * Fraudulent lines added without consent * Monthly charges for devices never activated * No ownership of their mistakes * Blaming the customer instead of fixing the problem AT&T has made it crystal clear that loyalty means nothing to them, and their business practices are shady at best. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly urge anyone considering AT&T to think twice. If this can happen to a long-term customer of 25 years, it can absolutely happen to you. AT&T should be ashamed. Verizon, here we come!!!

If dogshit was an AT&T, it'd be this store…read more I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max phone last weekend. I'm currently with T-Mobile but haven't enjoyed the coverage at all. So I was hoping to go back to AT&T which always gave me great coverage and service. Apparently those days are long gone. Not wanting to take a pointless trip, I called them just as soon as they opened to see if they had any in stock. No answer. I wait 5 minutes, and call again. No answer. I wait another 5 minutes and call again. No answer. Screw it, I'll just go in and hopefully they have some. So I get into the store around 10:30am last Saturday. First off, they had TWO people working in the whole store. TWO. On a Saturday, which was the day after the new iPhone launch. TF?!?!? Who does the scheduling for this piece of shit store?!??! There was one man and one woman working. As far as customers there was a man, a woman, and an incredibly annoying couple ahead of me. That's no one's fault. They were there first. But the employees didn't have a sign in, no greeting when I came in, nothing. The woman customer was so damn clueless and slow it was comical. "Wellllll...I mean...I'd LIKE a new phone. But I don't know. What do you think?" Male employee: "It's up to you. We have a lot of new phones in stock". "Ooohhhhhhhhh, I don't know. I just don't know what to do." (Male employee stands there, not saying or doing anything). And she just keeps looking at a phone while the employee stands there next to her, doing and saying nothing. How about a "why don't you think about it, take a look around, and let me know when you're ready?"? Nope. Just stands there. Meanwhile, mind you, their store phone was ringing OFF THE HOOK! It legit never stopped the whole time I was there. Neither of them answered it. The female employee was helping a guy who looked like he's trying to buy about 20 phones. I could tell she'd be tied up awhile. All I needed to know was if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Then I gladly would've waited. I start to walk up to her just to ask her real quick. And just as I do, another woman walks in, bee lines right past me, takes out a phone in a box, walks right up to the female employee, and she starts helping her!!! TF?!?!?! And she has the BALLS to look at me and say, "you can take a walk around the store and we'll be with you later." Yeah. No. Go fuck yourself. I walked out and hadn't even said ONE word. I went straight to T-Mobile, who answered the phone when I called, had the phone I needed in stock, and knew how to treat people. So let's crack open a can of "Fuck You" for this AT&T. No wonder half of your reviews suck ass. Way to lose a customer. Andy

DO NOT TRUST STREET TALK IN SMITHHAVEN MALL -- Worst Customer Service Experience EVER…read more I had an absolutely appalling experience at Street Talk in Smithhaven Mall. I paid $100 to have my daughter's phone screen replaced, and within just six months, the screen began peeling off at the top. When I returned to the store, they claimed they couldn't locate any record of my purchase conveniently forgetting the service they charged me for. Instead of honoring their repair, they demanded another $70 just to glue the screen down. They said a replacement would be free if the issue recurred within 6 months. Spoiler alert: that was a lie. Two months later, the same issue returned. This time, they did find my record yet refused to stand behind their work and demanded another $100 to replace the screen. Seth, the owner and manager of all Street Talk booths in the mall, flatly refused to help. When I attempted to advocate for myself, he became condescending and dismissive, even insinuating that I "didn't understand English" a deeply disrespectful and racially charged remark, made in front of my child. Security had to intervene (thank you Chris and Joe), and I was told to call mall management, Street Talk USA corporate, and even file a police report. That alone speaks volumes. I returned one last time seeking resolution, and Seth literally told me to go away. I later visited Zaag, another store in the mall, where they immediately diagnosed the issue Street Talk had used excessive glue, causing the screen to lift. Zaag cleaned the mess and replaced the screen without hassle. Professional. Transparent. The total opposite of Street Talk. Seth printed a receipt with fine print about "physical damage" voiding the warranty, yet there was no physical damage whatsoever. Their own system noted I had a 6-month warranty, and this was within two months of the last repair. Street Talk's actions weren't just dishonest they were abusive. Avoid Street Talk at all costs. Between their bait-and-switch pricing, false warranties, rude and prejudiced behavior, and refusal to make things right, this was the most disturbing customer service experience I've ever had. I will never go there again and I strongly urge others not to support a business that operates with such blatant disregard for decency and integrity.
