I love Apple teriyaki. Every time we've gone there, the food has been top shelf, the order has been perfect every single time. My wife and I ordered there at least once or twice a month, and in the last three years we've lived in the area. We've never once had a complaint about it. The prices are very reasonable, and you get a good healthy portion. I love their spring rolls, and I almost always get the beef teriyaki, my wife almost always gets the chicken. Their fried rice is delicious even three or four days afterwards as a leftover, so delicious! The staff is always friendly, the orders are correct, and it is quick. If you look at any of my reviews, I'm always big on customer service and prompt of service, if those two things are there, the food could still taste less than par, and I still wouldn't have a bad day. I was skeptical about this joint as it had mixed reviews. But wanted to give it a shot since it's the only Teryaki that's close to work. Ordered the spicy chicken Teryaki. It was delicious! And spicy, one guy said it wasn't spicy... lol it's spicy enough to get your nose running but not make your mouth numb. Perfect balance and food was made well! Gave this place a try as I was in the neighborhood and was looking for some teriyaki. Upon noticing this place, it definitely looks like rather a fusion place or a place that just doesn't know what the cuisine really is. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki which ultimately was not spicy, but I should not expect much; it had rather a sweet presentation and overwhelmingly felt like I had a bomb of sugar placed in my mouth. It was cooked decently, but not really something I would order again. Portion size was massive and was difficult to finish, but I can't complain too much about that. There was not really much service to this place as it is a place where you normally order at the counter and then go sit down, so there's not much to say about it. Ambiance wise, it looks like any place where you would order at the counter and sit down and expect nothing more and nothing less. Overall, not a place I would come to again and not something I would recommend. However, if there's nothing to eat, you might find something here that you may like. Not impressed.... We've eaten here before on a quick stop in to just get chicken teriyaki bowls and it's been great, but tonight we decided to try dinner here, and made a bigger order than usual.... Wife got a Bento, and I got a Chinese Combo, both of the Fried items were either severely overcooked, or extremely old, a lot of the pieces of chicken were extremely dry, and tough to eat. The thigh meat for the teriyaki chicken was fine, and the rice was fine, but the Honey Garlic, and Orange chicken was horrible. Waste of $40 read more

I got the regular chicken teriyaki and let me tell you, you do not have to worry about portion size that's for sure haha, love how much they give you and for a decent price too. been coming here for years and honestly i love this place. the food is great and the portion sizes even more great for what you spend. the service is fine, but i can understand why some may have a problem with it. i prefer to go places in and out with little interaction. they have never been rude, just not huge conversation people. when i sit in it's the same deal with i have no problem with. i would recommend this place as someone who's introverted and don't care for the small things. the most important thing is how the food is, and its amazing. read more

I made a mistake ordering from here, I thought it was a different place. Even though I showed up and it was 20 minutes after my expected pick up time, they had still held it. They offered to remake it, but I declined. It was my mistake. My mom used to tell me that if you can eat food that was originally served hot, but it's still good cold, then that's a good meal. We had the chicken breast and beef teriyaki, both were excellent, even lukewarm, sidenote, again my fault. Next morning, I was feeling a bit peckish, pulled open the leftover beef teriyaki and chow down on cold beef teriyaki, and cold fried rice for breakfast. I know, sad, but I was in a hurry. It was still just as good. They have great service, the food is great, you just have to try it out for yourself. It's hard to compare good Asian food around here because we have so much of it and it is so good all of it, but I think Apple teriyaki stands out a little bit more. Give them a try. I had ordered a bubble tea with two mixed flavors in it, and when I received my bubble tea, it was not sweet at all, and it taste like mainly ice. We really like this place! Last experience: called in a take-out order after work and they were plenty busy with dine-ins and folks picking up. The woman at the desk was super friendly, asking if I was off work for the day and how I was doing. Food was ready quickly to go. And it was great. Lots of food (enough for lunch leftovers), hot, great sauces. The gyoza could be crispier and the prices are higher than whats advertised (they don't have a website unfortunately) but this will be a regular stop for us for sure! read more

We recently moved to the area and needed something quick off of door dash after a long, five day move. We were in the mood for teriyaki chicken so we went with this place. We were pleasant surprised how quickly our meal was put together. The food was fantastic, hot, and fresh, I got the chicken teriyaki and my husband got the spicy chicken. I was worried about the portions because a lot of places will rip you off but they gave plenty of meat and rice. The salad and the dressing were my favorites. The portions are big enough that you can have two meals out of one container. We've ordered here about 5 times now and quality continues to be consistent. I placed my order over the phone. The person who took my order seemed a little annoyed that I asked questions instead of just saying what I want that was the first red flag. When I showed up no other customers were at the register in front of me but I get ignored while standing right at the register. One person comes in behind me, they are immediately greeted and handed a to-go order that seemed to already be paid for. Another white lady walks in behind me and the employee looks right past me, greets her, asks if she has an order for pickup, and says "I can help you over here" and helps her before me. At this point I said forget that food I ordered and walked right out the door and will never come back. I have ordered here many times and this is the first time I felt unwelcomed as a black man but all it takes is one obvious racist incident to lose my business forever. read more

Overall the food wasn't terrible. The service was fine, the presentation was alright. Honestly the prices are reasonable for how much food you're getting. But the quality I would say I slightly lacking. They just didn't sauce up the chicken that much, and the sesame seed chicken was more sweet than anything. I ordered takeout form this location last Thursday night. I'm an Uber Eats driver and I've had frequent pickups from them, so I assumed they were popular. I called in my order about 10 minutes before I arrived, and when I arrived went to the counter and paid for it. And then proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. There were lots of people in there, waiting for their take-out food. I didn't see a single customer dining in. About a half hour in, I got hungry and so I began to pour myself tea from their container and a cup of soup from another container. I realize this is probably designed for dine-in, but I was getting hungry and it had been 40 minutes since I ordered. (The tea and soup was very good -- which is why they get 2 stars and not 1.) I would have gone up to the counter and asked at this point, but it appeared there were many customers who had been waiting as long as I had, and it just seemed like they were overwhelmed. Finally, maybe 15 minutes later, I made my way up to the counter (which took a lot of time, since many customers were trying to get their attention ... including three Uber Eats drivers, who had been waiting at least 15 minutes ... which in my mind, as a driver, is a huge no-no. The food is supposed to be ready when you arrive. Uber Eats drivers don't get paid for sitting in your restaurant, waiting). Anyway, mind you, this was about an hour since I had ordered. I asked the clerk for an ETA. She asked my name, and when I gave it, she couldn't find an order for me. Then she finally found my ticket beneath a certain pile. "Didn't you already pick it up?" she asked. No, I said, "I paid for it, and have been sitting here for the past 45 minutes, in front of you, waiting." I presented my receipt. She apologized (another reason for 2 stars, rather than 1) and asked if I could wait 5 more minutes for them to make it rush. I said, a little miffed, sure, I can wait 5 more minutes. Another 20 or 25 minutes went by while I waited. I could see them looking at me nervously this whole time. I had some more soup and tea. Finally they presented my order. I told them I had been there almost an hour and a half waiting, and that this was terrible service, and could they do anything? "We threw in some extra rice," I was informed. Great. I'm on a keto diet and can't eat the rice anyway. It took me another 15 minutes to get home but I kept the food in a warmer bag. My wife was near starvation. (I know, I exaggerate at this point, but suffice it to say I wasn't Mr. Popular at this moment.) The food was cold and the flavor mediocre. My wife didn't find any cashews in her cashew chicken, so I gave her mine to make up. (And added cashews which I paid for in a big jar from Costco.) But we did have A LOT of rice. Oh boy. Here's 2 stars, instead of 1. My advice to other Uber Eats drivers and take-out orderers: Avoid this location. Thanks for reading. read more

I normally do not like that kind of stuff but this was more than decent. Give this place a shot if you like Kalbi, I love their kimchee too, a little bit of meet, some kimchee and rice and boom, it is a South Korean party in your mouth and everyone is invited, except for the fellas just up North..... I have always had great service when coming here, although I have only dined in once, all the other times were take out. One time I was there for takeout with my 2 year old boy and somewhere in the ordering it came up that my son loves kimchee. As me and my boy were waiting for our order the lady comes out with a side of complimentary kimchee, as soon as my son saw it he said "oh, yummy kimchee".
