    Mongolian Large order
    Sammi V.

Today we decided to make use of our Door Dash pass to have a family lunch. We decided on Mongolian beef! That was a great choice. Even my young son who is picky with onions devoured this dish. This dish is a favorite for my husband and I. I love the reusable containers. We can wash and reuse again. I dislike those foam take-away boxes ! The container is great for food deliveries and the food is kept from spills. I have ordered fried rice both house and shrimp. If you love meat smothered in onions Mongolian beef is the one to try. The Door Dash app communicated very well and allowed me to receive my order in great timing. The Driver brought the order pretty quick. Overall the experience has been great with the restaurant. I have now used Grubhub and Door Dash with this restaurant and it is a very positive experience and highly recommend to Use either to purchase meals here. It is great for a family meal at home with that nice ambiance quality!

I agree, this is one of thee best Chinese food joints I've had in Washington. Why? The Teriyaki Chicken is clean with minimal fatty pieces, it's clean and delicious. I'm a picky eater and I love it. I had a large order as you can see from the photos and I ate all of it! The other dishes are just as good, the orange chicken and Kings fried rice. Fried rice as a left over is still delicious, I however recook it in a pan and it tastes even better, to me at least. They also have an excellent boba menu, which I always get honey dew. The vibe is cool and calm just like a fancy restaurant. The cashier was very attentive.

honey walnut shrimp -- not worth it so little shrimp and i think it was $10

Good american chinese food and great variety. I really do enjoy their friend rice, specifically the BBQ chicken one! It is a little pricey but it's worth it. It's a clean store and a very nice couple seem to run it and run it well! I have tried the mongolian beef and honey shrimp. I would not recommend the shrimp -- it was only five or six small shrimp for $10 and not worth it to me. The mongolian beef was good but on the sweet side which is a little unusual for that dish -- but i enjoyed their take on it. the beef was very tender. I'd definitely come again! They have quite an extensive menu -- so there's something for everyone to try. the parking is mostly street parking which at times is quite hard to find in that area but they do have a little parking lot which i believe is theirs.

First off, this place is spotless.Patient and friendly staff. The menu is huge, literally! So many choices. But I knew what I wanted right from the start..house fried rice and house chow mien and opted for the large serving ...wow.Enough for three people!Nice tasty produce.Everything but the kitchen sink.Great monetary deal.Worth a return trip to try a few more items on the menu.Plenty of tables,no alcohol....and to reiterate, clean.Really clean.

I ordered KungPao Chicken ala carte. When I got home I opened it to find a half order of Kung pan and 2 large rice balls. This is a different menu item that is less expensive. They refused giving a refund to my card and tried to tell me that the ala carte would have the same price. We're talking just a few dollars here. They cheated me and jelp my money. You can see by pic is half order. NEVER GO THERE! NEVER.

Good food. It's changed a lot since going Sushi but still good food and it's close by.

Top plate was Beef steak lo mien, lower plate was Cashew Chicken.

The food was delicious! I was there on Friday, 09/27/24 with my grandson. My grandson ordered Beef steak lo mien, I ordered Cashew Chicken. The plates were full and tasty! Service with a smile and quick. Clean tables & booths to eat in. We recommend this restaurant to many & hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Good service, ok food, and enormous portions. I was in town for an event and needed a quick bite. Good reviews and I took the plunge. On the plus side, I had two meals. A bit pricy but it's downtown Tacoma. Every costs extra, $2 more if you want it spicy which is a downer for me. I generally eat everything spicy and there are no condiments except soy sauce. A good amount of veggies with my yakisoba and no complaints on the flavor except for the lack of spice. If you need a quick meal, check it out.

I was in Tacoma for work and this place happened to be nearby and very convenient. They have a small parking lot but there's also street parking. It's a good size restaurant but it's not huge. The sign "Tacoma's No1 Fried Rice" caught our attention. But also, was recommended by some co-workers. When you walk from the parking lot, immediately you can smell the food coming from the restaurant. Smells so good. When you come in you are greeted by the person at the counter. You order the food at the counter and they bring your food to you. The food came fast and we still had plenty of time to walk around. Though they advertise the best fried rice, neither one of us had it. We had one of their many combos. My friend had the Teriyaki Chicken with steamed rice, salad, and egg roll. I had Teriyaki Chicken, with chow mein and steamed rice. It was a good amount of food for one person and It was delicious! The chicken was tasty and I almost ate all of my chow mein. I was happy the Noodles weren't over cooked. Both of us spent less than $20 for our meals. Can't beat that.

I've been here before during summer break and came back the interior was very beautiful and clean i ordered chicken fried rice and California roll and came to me under 10 minutes the rice was spot on and sushi was good she asked me for refills and needed a to go box and read my mind and gave me one I really love this place and would definitely come back and recommend it

This is my to-go spot for a quick hot lunch in the Hilltop area. The food is always hot and on point. I wish they had a Kung pao/chow mein lunch option so I wouldn't have to buy the full Kung Pao serving, but you can't have it all. They still don't have indoor seating so you'll have to grab your food to go. Don't forget to ask for chopsticks!

Quality food, lots of it, for the price. Large portions. One can get two to three meals from one large reusable container.

I definitely shouldn't have thought jajangmyeon as my first option but I was also super hungry and it was the cheapest thing on the menu, while I was also thinking it wouldn't take that long. Plus they were open early which was great as we were in the area around 10am! When we arrived, there was a older gentleman who greeted us then looked like he was prepping for the day. He can speak Korean and English just fine too. Once we were ready, we placed an order of jajangmyeon and egg rolls and he brought us out banchan. I did ask for more daikon but he seemed to have forgotten or maybe left as his daughter was there delivering food, tea and taking orders. She was a lot more attentive, she would check in on customers and was very friendly! Also it turns out that my boyfriend's friend who he has known since high school was that female employee, so for those saying the owners have changed, they have not. There is plenty of seating at this food court as well as other options from sushi, Korean food and and this spot that serves Korean-Chinese food. The lighting here is a bit dark but it is light enough to take different photos. It's not too cold nor hot either. You can also leave your plates, utensils and trash on the table and someone will come get it. The jajangmyeon was really good, I was surprised as I feel like there aren't too many places that have good jajangmyeon in Lakewood but I can say it is way better than the other places that serve in the area. I usually don't scoop up the sauce but it was actually really good. They offer kimchi, onion and daikon for their side dishes which I think is perfectly fine. They do offer refills and when I asked for more daikon, the kind female employee even gave me extra vinegar. My boyfriend said the egg roll was pretty good too. We look forward to coming back!
