This was a disgusting location man the food steady coming out Luke warm, I ordered the 4 cheese mac and it was room temperature, the shredded cheese was cold on top and I asked for no bacon for religious purposes and my Mac tasted like pure bacon, dirty table, L service wouldn't recommend even bringing the family here. I even tried to give it to my service dog and he didn't even want it. Anna the night bartender will lie and slander you if you're there and she doesn't like you. Some time ago my husband and I witnessed a physical altercation between two customers and an employee. Anna instigated the whole situation and made it 1000 times worse. Since my husband and I spoke up against Anna she slanders us when we are there. Of coarse managers support their employees but, what about the customers? We did nothing wrong. Anna came up to us and told us we needed to cash out because our server was leaving! She was EXTREMELY RUDE. Anna didn't even know who our server was! Never going there again! Apparently, it doesn't matter if you're a good customer. Apparently they like employees who cause physical altercations and slander good people! Anna should be retrained. It is horrible Applebees let's their employees do this. read more

Last night we ordered food from UberEats, low and behold Crapplebee's has a Pseudo name "Cosmic Wings" and the food was equally unpalatable, soggy, and cold upon arrival. When I ordered my food I made a mistake and didnt want it at the time I was supposed to pick it up so I called and told them that I wanted to pick it up at a different time now keep in mind I called and told them this right away,they said that they would take care of it, anyways when I picked up my order it was like it was made so I think that the order was made at 12.30 instead of 4 like I wanted cause the food was tough and I think they made it and saved it and when it was time to pick it up they put it in the microwave, my proof is I've had the artachock dip and it never had a burnt edge, so no more business from me read more

This is the 3rd time we have attempted to do a Carside To Go. Sadly, the 3rd time was not the charm. I will NEVER patronize this restaurant again. I placed an order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We did a bit of grocery shopping to kill some time and arrived at this location in 30 minutes. We waited 10 minutes then called to check-in, and we were told that the order would be ready shortly. 10 minutes later we still had not received our order. I called a second time and was told that the order would be brought out in a couple minutes. 5 minutes more pass with no order. I walked in to find out what was happening with our order and was told that there was a problem with the order, as there were several items missing, but the order was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes. As we had frozen items in the vehicle, we started to drive away and got a call from the restaurant telling us that the order would be ready in 30 seconds, so we turned around. We parked and waited another 10 minutes with no order. The host finally stepped out of the Carside To Go door, delivered food to another vehicle. He then walked over to the vehicle parked next to us and asked about their order. He turned to our car and asked my name (he had seen me less than 5 minutes before). He said he would bring our order right out. No apology of any kind. When we got home the food was lackluster to say the least. Applebee's if you are reading this, please do not bother sending me coupons, or try to get me back. I will not be visiting Applebee's for the foreseeable future. read more

We didn't have a problem with that and we tried joking w the waiter Monika that we'd share an alcoholic w the person who does have the ID. I recently went to Applebees in Apple Valley had a decent time, the waiter didn't really serve us and we would always have to be asking him to get refills after waiting a good amount of time. After the dinner I went home and the next day I had bad stomachache and I came to find out 3 days later that they over charged my account, and giving themselves a higher tip. The food is always great. Service was awesome. Andrea was very gracious. My husband can be very picky at times and turns out they had a misunderstanding and he got the wrong . She was great about it got him the plate he originally wanted. The only thing I have to say and this is more on a personal note is that I don't appreciate not been able to wash my hands with hot water. The chicken wonton tacos is about all Applebee's has going for them food wise. On my weeklong chain restaurant endeavor with the inlaws this was the last dinner with them. The interior is nice, I love how they made the location personal by putting up local pictures and paintings of Apple Valley. We went with two samplers consisting of steak quesadilla towers (not actually towers, it was mini quesadillas with a horrible cheese sauce) cheese sticks which only my son enjoyed, burger sliders which sucked, same fake cheese sauce, pretzels with beer cheese dip, pretzels were fine, dip again the same as above, boneless wings, fine but like any out of a package, and the highlight the chicken wontons. Very artificial chicken chunks but great slaw and using wontons as taco shells genius. I had the fish and chips and a half size fiesta chicken salad. The fish really cheap, breading sucked. Salad was fine, nothing special. The guys went with steaks and crispy shrimp. No word on the steaks but my husband went on how the shrimp was a huge portion and the only thing worth anything here. We paid $130 for low quality food and lacking service, its not the worst but I see no reason to give them any of my hard earned money. read more

Food was good and our server Monika was amazing however the Manager Damien was catering to customers he shouldn't have been. My party was requesting a switch of a tv to the Laker game for about 30 minutes time then a guy walks in and the manager honors his request for the baseball playoff game which wasn't even the Dodgers. The manager said we can twist and watch it on tvs that weren't in front of us ... he should've told the guy to do that since the only big screen in the bar was to the left of that customer already had the baseball game on it. Manager Damien horrible customer service and I would hate to think race was involved but clearly it wasn't customer first come first serve. Am I the only one that thinks it is silly to be asked to wear a mask from the front door - walk ten steps and be "allowed" to remove it NOT only for my meal, but to exit the restaurant? well it was pouring down rain and I had just run inside and was happy to be in the heat. I called to inform them and the manager by the name of Mario picked up. I explained the situation and I was going to ask for a refund but to my surprise he went over and beyond to make this right. Or do I start with half the table getting food 15 minutes before the rest of the table getting it??? Or how it took 20 minutes to sit when there was no one there and tables were mostly empty and when said we could sit at the bar where there was 5 empty booths they said can sit anyone there, then people came in after us and were seated there. How about the 10 minutes for the waiter to come acknowledge us and ask if we want drinks??? I thought it was just this location as I keep trying it thinking maybe the last time was just a bad day like an idiot as now 3 strikes your out, but the Victorville location is just as bad if not worse. We sat at the bar and I witnessed the bartender mixing the drink with the tip of the straw with his bare hand and then the waitress picked it up to serve to the customer. Later on he picked up used drinks from the table and used the same hand to take the used straw out of those glasses. All I could think about was the spread of diseases I.e. flu, hep b, hep c, aids, etc. It was so unsanitary. People, I would not trust my health to people who don't care.
