While the food here is quite good as well as the service (even though most of them don't often visit their tables based on the age; if you're a teenage group don't bother coming), no immense complaints there, the managerial staff are incompetent and refuse to listen to customer's complaints about their credit card system, specifically rude toward younger groups. Ask for Melody!! She is such a gem! We stopped in for a quick, casual bite to eat while we were in the area. Melody greeted us and checked on us throughout our meal. Super friendly and personable. Whenever there's a rum bucket drink on the menu, I'm sold. The loaded waffle fries were great, I'd definitely get them again. The chicken tender salad was pretty good with the mexi-ranch dressing, but could've used more chicken in my opinion. My husband completed the Asian chili sauce for his ribs. Wish I could rate 0 stars! First off, do NOT come here if you are a group of younger people, Applebees believes younger groups will not tip, so the service they give you is even worse. I have been here multiple times and this is how they always treat my group. The managers at this location were both extremely rude and incompetent when we needed help. They treated us so poorly and ended up yelling at us and slamming down a coupon on the table that they ended up ripping up and stealing from us later on. The food here is bar food, meaning it's poor to begin with, but the service here did NOT need to be worse than the food was. The server barely helped us at all and wasn't even around us. We had to grab our own boxes and asked another server for help. On top of that, it was not apparent to guests that you need to tell the servers about any coupons before you even sit. This made our bill $10 more than it was supposed to be and this restaurant had taken off money in the past from a coupon after already paying some money, which made this entire situation even more stupid. Our group received a $10 discount as a compensation package for the issue and we ended up losing it by the disgusting acting general manager at this location. This location needs to be studied as to how they make older rude men (who don't know how to work the system by the way) the managers. The food is predictably good but isn't the healthiest. I looked up the salt content and most of food is high in sodium. However it's delicious. I've tried most items on the menu, and my favorites are their burgers and waffle fries. The grilled chicken or chicken tenders are delicious too. The service is prompt but the restaurant gets busy. The ambiance can get loud, but they have a lot of TVs to watch sports and play decent music. read more

We ordered the appetizer platter to share and it was not great. The other food was Standard Applebees quality- just OK. The chicken on the salad was ok, but the lettuce was terrible. I'll start with the negative. I ordered a bacon hamburger with onion, and pickles. Side of fries and I got the mocktail on the beach. With utensils. The hamburger came with no bacon, and the patty was squished ridiculously thin. I like it pressed, but this was out past the bun. No utensils in the bag. Staff is not energetic. I asked if a straw was in the bag at pick up. She wasn't sure, but I'm glad I asked for one because not only was there no straw in the bag there were no utensils. The only positive was the mocktail. What an absolutely disappointing meal I just finished. I picked up a to go order and got home ready to eat. Opened up my "garlic parmesan" boneless wings (pictured) and they were not tossed in any kind of sauce. Just dry, bland chicken nuggets with a tiny tiny amount of sauce sunk to the bottom. Nothing coated the wings whatsoever. My wife and I had the chicken broccoli alfredo which was also one of the most bland, watered down dishes possible. The sauce was so watery that it wouldn't stick to the pasta at all. I had to load it up with some pepper to get it down and threw half of it out. I remember why I don't eat at places like this anymore... Father's Day 2023 - restaurant is not crowded. No hostess. So we wait. Waitress takes our order and we wait. Our order doesn't come and we wait. I note it is 7:03. At 7:11, the couple next to us, who were seated after us receive their meal. The waitress, Mona, says she doesn't know what happened to our order. When we state the other couple was seated after us, Mona says she cant control the kitchen. Still we wait. A table of 4-5 again seated after us receives their food. And we wait. Finally we receive our food about 7:30. No sorry from the waitress, who again said she can't control the kitchen, no manager, no effort to adjust the check. COVID as an excuse is over people! After going to a middle school graduation we decided to go to Applebee's. It sounded like a good idea at the time. They have a special 2 for $20 dollar menu which included one appetizer + two entrees. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which were really good plus the spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips and it was delicious!! The burgers looked amazing and boy did I regret my dinner choice. I had to get fancy and order the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp for my entrée. It was saltier than the dead sea. It was really ridiculously salty. Three other people I was with had the same thing and they thought the exact same thing. We couldn't drink enough water afterwards to reduce the bloating. Another person I was with ordered the chicken basket tenders and that was good. In the future if I decide to go there again I will stick to the appetizers and the burgers. read more

Got my order wrong. If people in the kitchen aren't going to pay attention why bother coming to work? Ordered on the app and triple checked to make sure everything was how I wanted. Asked for no pink in burger. Lettuce wrap instead of bun. Regular $4.49 Tomato soup. Garlic green beans. Burger was overdone. Bun when I specifically asked for none. Burger was overcooked and burnt in some areas. And it was flat. Like a pancake flat. I have never had a burger from anywhere that looks like that. Instead of the regular size soup I ordered, they gave me the side soup, which was very small and $2.00 less than what I paid. The only thing they got right was the beans. They get two stars because of the politeness of the server when I picked up my order. The problem was the people who prepared the food. If you are gonna half ass it than don't even bother coming in.
