    Chicken Wanton Tacos

This Applebee's is one of the busiest locations in the entire North Texas area- that's a really impressive feat and should show how popular they are in the area. They have a great reputation with friendly staff and consistent service. Out of all the locations I've ever been to, they have the best food for an Applebees. But what they are really known for is their drinks/night life more than their food. My all time favorite thing on their menu is the Chicken Wanton Tacos: tangy grilled chicken, sweet Asian chile sauce & dumpling sauce stuffed into crispy wonton shell. I'm not sure if it's still on the menu but it definitely should be. I love the sweet and tangy taste of these wantons. Their bread sticks are actually pretty good and tasty! CLASSIC BROCCOLI BLACKENED SHRIMP ALFREDO ($14.99) This was pretty good! Blackened Shrimp is served warm on a bed of fettuccine pasta tossed with broccoli and rich Alfredo sauce topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with a golden brown signature breadstick brushed with a buttery blend of garlic and parsley. THREE CHEESE CHICKEN PENNE ($13.99)bHard pass. Not that good. Asiago, Parmesan and white Cheddar are mixed with penne in a rich Parmesan cream sauce then topped with grilled chicken breast and bruschetta tomatoes. Served with a golden brown signature breadstick brushed with a buttery blend of garlic and parsley. Oh, and it's hard to pass up the triple chocolate meltdown. Yum!

Grateful we were got gift cards, but not for Applebee's, unless we could find a 5 Star-rated location. Really. Nothing but bad luck with A-B's. Always the most non-motivated workers I have seen. Heavy rain cut short our search, we pulled in at this location. We stand for a while, no staff on the entire floor, 4 diners in whole place. Where is staff? We get seated in empty booth section, waitress takes off. This booth is soaking wet from recent wipe-down. We use up our napkins trying to deal with it. Even the menus are wet. Waitress returns, I ask we just move to next booth. Okay, good to go. Our meals arrive, I am missing a side, but don't complain. Let's eat. Another couple arrives, and waitress seats them in the booth directly behind us? Sure enough, this dude keeps leaning back, tilting the booth back over our way. What are the odds? Well, from now-on, Zero. Hasta La Vista!

Avoid this place. Worst dining experience we have had in years. It's obvious they microwave the majority of their food. The kids pizza was inedible, rock hard and gross as were their breadsticks. The salad was a pile of iceberg lettuce with some cheese and tomatoes, and microwaved chicken on top. The wings were fine, burgers okay, nothing was worth the price. Go anywhere else in Rowlett for a better dining experience.

This is the joke of a manager that ruined our evening!

Food was bland. French onion soup was awful and service was terrible. Last time I will eat at this location

The build-your-own burger I made (blt, mayo, and added avocado spread) was FANTASTIC!! The fries were a hit. Sweet potato and plain were both the most amazing addition to their burgers. Loved the spicy and regular ranch! Okay now to the margarita. Strong and tasted pretty good. My husband enjoyed the beer options (purple haze and dark matter). My only beef with the harbor is the parking. I don't feel the infrastructure here is set up for this much volume of stores and customers. Of course this isn't the restaurants' fault.

What makes the Rockwall spot stand out is its incredible outdoor patio, complete with swinging tables and chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. It's one of the best patios around. The burgers themselves are wonderfully creative, often featuring unexpected ingredients--like strawberry compote. On a burger? Absolutely. And it works. I can be a pretty picky eater, but at Rodeo Goat I've learned to trust the menu. Order it the way the chef intended, and you'll be glad you did. You can't go wrong with any Rodeo Goat, but the Rockwall location is especially worth the visit for the views and the outstanding burgers. You won't be disappointed.

Decided to order something simple a burger when I ordered it I told them repeatedly only three…read moreingredients, onions, bacon and lettuce even verified it with both the owner and the waitress they brought out a burger with ketchup, mayo pickles, and tomatoes. In addition to those three ingredients making it in edible when I complained was kind of lucky the hamburger patty had not been contaminated but for no reason they threw away the bottom bun which was Okay,. And replaced it with a new bun which was not prepared as well and didn't have that nice but edge to it. Worse there was almost no onions. Just a bunch of lettuce. And the exact same bacon they had taken off that had been contaminated with ketchup and possibly not mayo. I was able to tell this because there were bits of ketchup on the bun which was brand new as he hadn't fully cleaned the bacon and it brought back the exact same patty which would've been OK if the patty was OK but it wasn't made it through about a third of the burger to 2/3 and after checking just the patio alone, the meat tasted a little bit off or Old meaning he was using good ingredients to hide bad meat with the ketchup pickles and all the other stuff that I had them take off, which is why it had tasted funny had to give up and put it in the cat bowl for the raccoons Christmas dinner outside hopefully the little guy will be able to eat it for the possum as the possums will eat bad meat as for the French fries they were actually very good somewhere between chips and fries but they were hollow which normally isn't bad. It's just up to personal taste. They were kind of the best thing in the whole place because their hollow they're kind of unique very tasty very good but you need a lot of them as far as if you want a substantial order of fries because a lot of what you're getting is air like when you get chips, there's a nice outer shell but nothing but air inside were normal you would find potato. Sadly the bacon was very good very high-quality prepared to perfection except for one spot that was completely raw that I had to snap off due to the risk of trichinosis. I'd always check the bacon in this place otherwise you might actually buy it into a piece of raw bacon Still attached to the perfectly cooked one. I have no idea how they managed to cook it that way sadly it was a hugely disappointing and frustrating experience in the end as even when you gave them a chance to fix it they didn't make the burger over again and they didn't even fix it properly because it felt like no matter how hard you try nobody is gonna listen to you when you order something and if you want them to take anything off don't count on it. It will probably show up anyway and trigger any allergies you may have. Sadly, withl borderline meet some places do a good job with spices and charbroiling but this place had none of that so you could really taste the meat and it did not taste fresh. It just tasted a little off. Very disappointing. The waitresses were attractive the atmosphere of the Physical place was good but the karaoke singers kinda kill the music. It's best to go there on a night and not karaoke. The place seems OK at the bar but as a restaurant, forget it.
