Not the best one I've seen. Staff is friendly enough, mostly the bartenders. Had very different experiences the three or four times i have stopped in. From less attentive servers to very excellent service. Sat at the bar to have a woman well past the limit. Removed and she was able to keep talking herself back into the place. Fell off her bar stool and they continued to serve her. Humorous at the time but obviously a safety issue. Guess she was a regular others at the bar said. Who knew. I had a good time here after a bad experience at another restaurant earlier today. Service and food were great, though my steak was a little over cooked but I didn't mind since it had good seasonings. It started filling up and getting busy but that didn't distract the waitress as she was able to keep up and still have time to check up on my table and we made it in time for happy hour too. Gotta love happy hour. We also ordered dessert and I'm happy that they have the brownie bite as it gives me something sweet, but not too big I can't finish it and it goes to waste. Terrible server service. Our apps arrived at our table 10 minutes before our beers. When my husband finished his beer the server came asked if we want another. I still has half a glass so said no not yet, took another 10 min or so for my husbands beer to get to him. By the time he got his I had finished mine and was going to have a margarita but Scott the server just slide the drink down and didn't ask if we need anything more. I sat watching the server fiddling with the tv remote trying to get a game on while customers sat with empty glasses. I am very disappointed the place has really gone to the dogs. It is dirty, the bar area smells bad, the sink in the bar area was overflowing with dirty glasses I became ill with a stomach problem nausea, vomiting and diarrhea after having beer there out of unclean glasses or from the nasty tap. The male management do look neat and professional, with buttoned down shirts and slacks. The female management look like trailer trash. wearing a liquor logo top that was also to small and tight jeans and a baseball hick cap or they wear flannel shirts with a camisole exposed; really.... They deliver our food to the wrong table, so we got to watch other people handle our plates. When we tried to explain to the waiter that we saw our food delivered to wrong table and that we needed to get new food, he said "we are all good and on schedule" than he walked away. I would have preferred that they came out and said we accidentally gave your food away, so we are making it fresh for you. Atmosphere is comfortable. Service was good. But the food preparation was terrible. My wife found metal pieces in her salad (like from a Brillo pad). We both refused to eat our salads as a result. The on duty manager apologized and offered us one free dessert. Really? We lose two salads with our meal and we get a dessert for one? My husband I came in for dinner and to watch the Sunday night football game. The service was terrible, Donna who was working at the bar told us that she turn on the football game when she was less busy, so we'll have to wait. We waited patiently, and ordered wings with sauce on the side. Twice they brought out the food wrong to us, but third time was the charm as they say. She eventually turned on the game after 20 minute wait. We had to repeatedly ask for items like refills on our soda or silverware to eat our food. My dinner came out unpalatable - word to the wise don't order the bourbon chicken unless you like microwaveable quality chicken sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. Overall terrible experience as the service was rude and unprofessional , and food was absolutely disgusting. The lack of staff during what could have been a rush hour prevented us from enjoying our meal. We ordered an appetizer that took 25 minutes.

This was a awful meal. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was raw inside and the batter was crispy but soggy by the fish. The fries were cold and hard... inedible. On the other hand the waiter was friendly and served me perfectly. I complained about the fries and he did take $5 off the bill. I ordered to go from Applebee's in Santa Fe New Mexico and they gave me a wrong order. I ordered salmon dinner and grilled salad large and a small salad they gave me two order hamburger with bacon. I went to tell them about the order is wrong they took the hamburger order from me and within a minutes they came back with my correct order but that order was given to someone else who return it to them and I was told by a lady standing by that the man who took my order was very mad. The problem is safety how would you give me back the order that was with someone else. Where is safety, I know all of you out there have options and if you can not visit that restaurant who does not care about the safety of the people who eats there especially with Covid 19. Worst dining experience ever! We had to wait 20 minutes when there were many empty tables. The waitress said they were out of the garlic mashed potatoes and we were bummed but ordered anyway. Drinks staggered in, refill was never offered. In front of my Chinese wife and daughter they brought me an "oriental" chicken salad with fried chicken and no dressing when I ordered the grilled chicken and asked for extra dressing. Our waitress said that they were out of the dressing and just blamed the manager who she encouraged us to complain to, but never came out. She let the dish sit there the whole time we were there after I asked her to pack it up and said I didn't think I should have to pay for that. She only offered to comp me something else after my family was nearly finished eating. She took a long time to let me order and never gave me the sandwich I selected claiming they were out of bread! She also claimed to have ordered me a dessert which I wasn't offered a choice of and was never provided. After I asked for it she slid my wife the check (although I had said I was paying) with the chicken salad still on it! I demanded to see the manager once the waitress refused to take the salad off the bill and threatened to call the cops if we left without paying. The manager never came out! Finally the waitress removed the charge and brought us boxes that were too small. Every task like getting menus, boxes and coming back to take orders took longer than it should've. The messy vacated tables near us were never cleaned. After we left, I sat through a 2 1/2 hour movie while starving and it's now 1am and I am eating ramen and I am very angry. Terrible service from Javier, he's like a darn dodo bird, by far the worst service I've had all year, he charged for the margarita they didn't even have, we got our appetizer before our drinks, we had to physically get up and get our drinks, Javier didn't believe he charged us for the margarita they did not have when it was him that did our transaction, the gentleman in the other booth was our for his birthday dinner and had to go get his own birthday cake, how terrible is that, you go to a restaurant to be served not to service urself, and do not even get me started on the food, all of our food was completely cold, the lettuce on my quesadilla burger was like they refrigerated it in the burger greese, all of the food dose not feel u up, it gets u more service, if u want self service and cold terrible food that makes u more hungry then this is the place for you. At 6pm, I ordered a Burger, fries and a small salad to go , scheduled for curbside pickup at 6:40. Got there on time but no indication of where pickup parking should be. Walked in, got order, drove 5 min back to hotel. Burger was lukewarm, bun stale, fries cold, no utensils for salad. $14. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere like Burger King or McD who know how to do takeout and get a hot tasty burger for half the price. read more

Placed an online order. My card was declined. Called and placed the order instead and my card magically worked at the restaurant. Very simple order. Potstickers and a burger, to go. Side of mayo and ketchup. Not difficult. Got to my car and no ketchup or mayo. Went back in to get it. When I got back to my hotel I realized they didn't even bother to give me napkins or forks. I specifically asked for this stuff too because I said I was staying at the La Quinta. I could have looked past all that but my burger was the most disgusting thing I've ever put it my mouth. I am beyond upset with this place. We transport cars to this area all the time and we come here every time we are in town and this past time was HORRIBLE!!!!! First I think our server forgot to put our order in. We got our cheese sticks, I asked for ranch and it never showed up. The reason I believe our food was forgotten was because a table set 10 minutes after us got their food first. Second the waiter didn't even bring us our food, the manager did.... Happy to see this restaurant is still operating during covid, but it took us calling three times ringing over 4 minutes for someone to pick up, when we got there to pick up our order, there was one other car in the parking lot and the worker who took our payment walked out of it! The food was a little on the cold side and everything we ordered was dry, fettuccini Alfredo, full rack of ribs and a cheese burger, the fries tasted like they were made earlier in day. We got there in 5 minutes after ordering and the food came out about 5 minutes after that, maybe that's why it tasted old because it was! We just ordered food (through Uber eats) from Applebee's. We ordered 2 salads, a chicken tender meal, and three drinks. The Mountain Dew we requested was bitter with no sweetness. The soda machine must not be working or needs to be serviced. No dressing was sent for one of the salads, there was no honey mustard dip for the chicken tenders, and we had asked for onion rings rather than French fries. We received French fries.
